Absolute gold star location and facilities
Having to leave

We stayed in cabin five, which is set back a little, nice and quiet. The cabin is spacious and clean with a king size bed and air conditioning.
I have no complaints.

Nous avons été updagradé dans le beach bungalow et avons beaucoup apprécié ce geste, merci !
4.5
Cute, tropical accommodations. Rooms were a good size, and the aircon worked well. The restaurant/bar had decent food and the location was convenient.
Loved the property. However I would say that the beach infront of the place is not the nicest area to swim in as there are alot of boats

The view from the pool was great. Restaurant, especially dinner, was like in a 5-star hotel. Islands tours departing from the beach apologised to the hotel. Everything was just perfect!
4.5
The hotel is quiet, clean and has beautiful gardens and pool area. The view from the restaurant is lovely overlooking the sea and islands beyond. The staff are really helpful and friendly.
There isn’t a lot around, but the tricycles will take you into town for 100 pesos.

Staff went out of their way to make your stay special. Bring adults only meant that it was very quiet. We booked a standard room as that is all that was available and while very comfortable the stand alone villas looked very nice. Breakfast was very nice each day
Restaurant could have had a bigger menu.

the staffs were nice, the location was amazing. the room was pretty neat. it was comfortable to stay with
The lavatory was high for us since we are tiny people😬

Beautiful gardens, great staff, incredible views, good food. Rooms very well appointed. Good air-conditioning which is a must here. Comfy beds, close to restaurants and bars.

First the Staff, all of the staff were so kind and lovelly to us! The room was great, the a la carte breakfast was delicious! The hotel restaurante had really nice food too!! They helped us prganizong the boat tours and the boat picked us up right in front of the hotel, was like getting out of the room and inside the boat! Can’t get better than this in terms of practice!!!
They had energy peaks but solved in few minutes, nothing that changes my mind in terms of how great our stay was!

everything, the suite was really beautiful with views on the sea. the location is really nice on a quiet part of the beach but also lots of places around to have diner.
breakfast was good! staff is also really friendly and helpful.
4.5
The staff was excellent, friendly, and quick to respond to anything that we needed. The breakfast was a great value and nice location right next to the water. Property is beautiful, lush, and quiet and the room was comfortable.
El Nido in general is still developing, so things like hot water and wi-if were inconsistent throughout our stay. The pool was cleaned in the mornings but had a lot of leaves/bugs floating in it by the evening.
4.0
the location is perfect if you want to stay in front of the beach and also with good restaurants around. the room was very clean and the bed also very comfortable
the Wi-Fi lost connection a few times

food selection can improve.

Excellent stay, the location was perfect, right on the beach and the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Staff was very tentative and went above and beyond. highly recommend
nothing, everything was perfect

we loved everything about the property! The staff was amazing!

Excellent location right on the beach. Very clean, good restaurant.
The shower pressure wasn’t great at certain points of the day, not just weak but very difficult to wash hair etc.
3.0
that staff of course was super hospitable and accommodating. the landscaping was beautiful, the location was great, only 20 mins from the airport. they have a beachfront property although the beach front isn’t wide enough to lay a beach mat on. instead, last frontier has bean bags in front where you can sit and just stare at the beach all day. it’s a pleasant walk along the beachfront to see the resorts lining corong-corong beach. very convenient to resort hop for dinner.
the free breakfast is good enough
their villas are weird in that yes, the bathroom is separated from the bed/living area by a wall but the ceiling is just one open ceiling. this causes the whole room to smell a bit like sewer-ish.
and if somebody is doing their thing in the toilet, then for privacy, the other person has to fully leave the room.
also, I didn’t like that the rooms were dark. I’m sure they designed it for mood lighting but for me, I don’t get why I need to fumble in the dark.

The breakfast was really good. Plus the amazing view. Was a cozy relaxing environment. Staff are very polite. They also helped us to arrange the tours. Great location too. We enjoyed our stay.
Nothing.

Great location with a wonderful staff. Food was excellent and 2 for 1 happy hour. The larger room is worth the upgrade.

One of the best places to stay when visiting El Nido/Corong-corong. Staff were super friendly and professional, and would bring towels everytime we went to the pool or were going on our tour. Location is amongst the best in Corong-corong. Sunset view from the pool area is priceless.
I would book tours elsewhere. We booked a tour of the Bacuit bay (tour A) through the hotel and it wasn't great. Instead of booking one of the ones that leave from the beche on the front of the hotel we had to take a tricycle to El Nido. The driver was late, and all the process until getting on the boat was very messy. At the return there was no one there to drive us back.

All staff have got impeccable customer service skills, and the food was amazing, they've got good selection of drinks as well. The place has got really nice views as well, close to shops and restaurants, and they helped out with organizing van transfers and island hopping tours.

I loved the resort. The rooms were beautiful and Villa styled. The restaurant/bar had the most amazing view, food and staff working (Judith is incredible!!!). The pool was always clean and the perfect temperature for the hot weather. Maintenance kept the place spick and span too.
4.5
The staff were absolutely lovely and some of the best I have ever experienced. Easy to book and to get around the place. Not in El Nido town which was perfect and a beautiful location. Clean room.
Possibly a bit more choice for dining in and the bathroom seemed large compared to the bedroom in that it was huge. But it was lovely so this is not a negative. It would be easier to pay any balance by credit or debit card rather than cash.
4.5
Awesome location on the beach. Sunset drinks beside the pool or right on the beachfront. Nice modern rooms with spacious well equipped bathroom. Friendly and very helpful staff.
All the hotels in the Phillipines seem over-priced compared to other Asian holiday destinations..
