The staff were really nice and accommodating. The place was peaceful since its in a very discreet location. Best choice for introverts like me.

Excellent location to stay and to reach out to all important places of Metro Manila in a nice and quiet part of the city. Very helpful and friendly staff, all the family were very satisfied.
No complaints.

The price. If you just need a place to sleep, this is the place for you.
Bed and acu is good and comfortable.
Packed breakfast is affordable but delicious. One of the best tapa, better than those in 3 or 4 star hotel's buffet breakfast.
Quite a few. But not really a deal breaker for me.

accessible and very easy to find on maps. owner is very accommodating and allowed us to extend for a fee. they even had long foldable tables and bench we were able to use inside our room. :) thank you!
shower drain in our room was clogged; rooms are good and neat otherwise. :)

Booking was good value for money. Amenities such as water, towel, shampoo, toothbrush, was provided.
Property was located a bit far from modes of transport. There weren't convenient stores in the area. The lock code for the door wasn't promptly given, had to ask the attendant a couple of times, but still wasn't provided until check out.

The lady that attended to us are nice and very helpful
I was made to understand from the description that the location is about 10km away from the airport hence I booked the place for our transit but I don’t think they are honest about, it’s quite far easily 20-25 I’m and the neighborhood don’t seem safe especially if you’re female or single traveller. Initial room offered to us had an obvious animal/ cat pee’s smell but immediately changed to different room when requested.

Appreciated the hot shower, cool air-conditioning, relatively comfortable bed, and purified water. We were thankful for the flexibility of our host to let us extend our stay by one night as needed.
There were no towels in the room, but luckily we brought a spare. Similarly, we ran out of toilet tissue, but had some with us. I wish there was an electric kettle in the room so we could have a cup of tea with the mugs in the room.

The only good point here are the staff who accomodate our request though some problems were not been solved we do appreciate the effort.
1. Check in is a disappointment. They let previous guest extend their stay even though we have booked/reserved that specific room on that specific date and asked us to be in seperate room (1 double and 1 single room) instead, we did not agree with the situation since we cannot let any of us to be seperated and we specifically chose to booked their place since they have rooms for the three of us to be together in one room unfortunately they were fully booked and we have to suffer with their poor management. We even asked for our booking to be cancelled for us to looked for another place to stay but the staff said they were not able to do that. Since the staff were polite and nice, we decided to compromised and asked for the matress in the single room to be brought in the double room for us to stay together though our room became cramped.
2. Parking is a hassle. We understand that we have to move in and out of the parking area so that the car inside can get out. We were informed that the owner of the car inside will have to leave very early in the morning and we also informed the staff that we will have to leave early as well and have to leave our car behind so we will have to switch place with the car inside and the staff told us that it is okay and they will just have to knock on our door when the time comes for the other party to leave in the morning however when the time came for us to leave the owner of the car inside is not available and we have to wait for them to arrive and we were already running out of time and have to leave immediately for the graduation rites. It is really inconvenient
3. Facilities inside the room are also unsatisfactory. The shower drainage is clogged. The faucet in the sink is leaking ( we were informed by the staff regarding that beforehand but what can we do, we cant change room since they were fuly booked). Soundproofing is a sham. We can clearly hear people going up and down the stairs and even the voices and noises outside.

The ambiance was very relaxing, it almost felt like home
I was talking to someone at the place and I asked if there will be food at the area and he confidently said yes but when we got there we found out from the care taker that we had to order food from grab which was very frustrating and expensive. We stayed at the place for two nights and three days so imagine how much more we had to pay just for food since there was a delivery fee. Of course we tried finding ways to save money. We asked the care taker if there was a place where we can cook food but they only have a microwave. The care taker was nice but our room was never cleaned or at least was never checked if the trash needed replacement. To add to that the wifi was very slow. I was very disappointed but I had to disregard it since I was focusing with my board exam.
