Great location. Good bed. Air conditions worked great. Patios were nice.
Very low water pressure in shower and no hot water in shower, Luke warm at best. Couches are not comfortable. Paint is peeling on the bedroom ceiling and falls onto the bed. Was loud on the weekend.

location & overall decor & feel of the place. owner was friendly & helpful especially with me booking so last minute.
shower didn’t have space for toiletries. at night it can be a little scary with the homeless.

Location was great. Loved the balcony and the kitchen facility.
The sheets were so pilled! Also the nespresso maker was broken. Would love to have washcloths in addition to towels in bath, and kitchen towels in addition to paper towels in kitchen. In the middle of the night it sounded like someone was pressure washing the street below. Very loud. Bring earplugs.

Great location! Good directions and easily found the place
Kitchen could have been better stocked (like 1 good knife) and some shelves in room falling apart

Cute old SJ building, interiors designed with love, smug fridge, cool to say the least, and great location in terms of access to the historical sites and restaurants and all….but:
What a noisy, restless street!!! kept us awake all first night (homeless, drugged shouting “puta puta” below our bedroom, and garbage trucks as soon as the street people went finally quiet).
Flat itself: the toilet did not flush!
Landlord: not very responsive, just bare minimum communication vs we used booking.com apartment renting just recently in Spain/Estepona, and had the most wonderful landlords going far beyond expected with tips for local events, responsive and helpful when our flights got canceled etc. Just different people but just be realistic with this landlord.

Location is great like everyone says. The unit is large and the AC works well. They’ve replaced the outdoor furniture. Host is responsive.
While checking in, there was a communication breakdown and I was locked out of the building. So I was stranded outside for 40 minutes until someone could come and let me in with keys. This wasn’t the hosts fault, but another tenant in the building who I assumed locked one of the exterior doors that they shouldn’t have.
Once I get inside, it’s a 3 floor steep walk up. I’m an active person, but this was not ideal after a long day of travel. It should be highlighted for people with disabilities or who are elderly.
The unit is moderately clean and there’s minimal light. It’s also very loud. You can hear the parking garage across the street beeping all night and I could also hear people talking in the hallway for hours. So I had to play my white noise machine to combat to get any sleep.
Outside of those things, it was okay overall. Just wanted to highlight my entire experience.

The location was amazing and having a kitchen to store ice water for the hot sun.
There are a lot of steps.

The property had all sorts of access to restaurants, paid parking 24 hours, laundry sites for drop off. In addition to walking to historic sites. Their was many food trucks by the marina which I had other options. They also have a CVS within 4 mins from the property. I loved that the property was SAFE to stay with the security cameras and to that well equipped with a full kitchen. The host was very courteous and communicated well in message.
Need Elevator for the future. Lol

dusty, noisy, toilet didn't flush properly and overflowed. there's a kitchen, but no real place to sit and eat, no desk for work. no lamps; just ceiling lights. it would not be possible to sleep in this apartment without ear plugs. the exit gate at the parking garage across the street beeps like a loud microwave every time someone leaves the garage, every minute or so through much of the night.

Very authentic, right in the heart of all the fun. Convenient parking.

best location. best service the restaurant downstairs is great too

This place was so clean and spacious. We stayed in a room with a huge balcony. This place was in the hub of everything in old San Juan. Within walking distance to everything. There was a great restaurant right downstairs and close to bars. We didn’t eat there but did have the best Pina colada! We ate to a restaurant just down the street and the food was delicious! The host was fantastic. We were given perfect instructions how to enter when we arrived. We had a little trouble getting the key from the lock box; however, once I sent a message through there was someone that came right away to help. When I travel to San Juan again I would definitely stay here again! Thanks again for a perfect stay 😁
There was nothing that I didn’t like about this place. The only thing that was a little hinderance was the stairs and no elevator. We were on the top floor and was difficult to carry our luggage. Would this stop me from staying here again No!

clean, modern, close to everything, restaurants close by and easy access

The apartment is great - clean, modern, secure and a comfy bed! The personal rooftop area is great too. It’s also not noisy, considering the apartment’s central location. Kitchen is well-equipped and bathroom is really nice. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a hidden gem and a unique stay in Old San Juan!
Nothing, it was all great!! Just be prepared there are a lot of stairs to get up to the apartment.

Very cute and comfortable stay! Even though it is a mostly open air design, it still was quiet and sleeping wasn’t an issue. The outdoor spaces are amazing!
It’s not that I didn’t like it, but be aware there is no elevator.

Such a unique property with a true, real feel of Old San Juan! Most special place we’ve ever stayed!

The location was excellent. Everything was in walking distance.
The problem I had was when it’s time to go to sleep. You hear everything that’s goes on outside. You will not have a peaceful sleep.

The apartment was spacious and located in the heart of old San Juan.
There were not enough clean towels for our family of four during our six night stay. The location although very central, was also extremely noisy with music and construction sounds into the early morning. There was also a sewage smell in the master bathroom and bedroom.

Location! Air conditioning, Nespresso machine and the deck! We were in the heart of Old San Juan and could easily walk everywhere! Such a variety of restaurants and places to checkout! We really had so much fun!
Pretty clean but furniture a little soiled. The main room had a peculiar smell, so we went and got air freshener. The deck was new and delightful as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and linens were clean and crisp!

No one sent me the details on how to get in. Took me some trouble and anxiety to communicate so as to enter.

The property was right in the middle of everything and a parking garage right across the street for our rental car. The ease of self check in and check out was a bonus and I loved the patio off of our apartment!

central location.
the noise from the parking garage beeping as people exited all day and night. I expected the hubbub of the crowded location but not that noise. I also did not like the check in process, which involves going into a crowded restaurant and waiting for the manager.

I loved that it was right in the middle of everything.

Eclectic, with very modern amenities! And pretty much all you can ask for and need.

Room and location was excellent. Jose, the building manager, was such a gracious and helpful host. He was there to meet us and help with the luggage. Answered all our questions, gave us tips of where to go and places to eat and even offered to take us to the airport. He was always just a text message away and answered our messages promptly. Amazing!! Eddie and his wife (owners) were extremely helpful and nice as well. Highly recommend this as the place to stay in Old San Juan!! Five stars all the way!!

great location for tourists. excellent for walking multiple places and also not a far Uber or taxi ride when going anywhere outside of San Juan

Great location! The restaurant below had wonderful food. The check-in process was fast and it was pretty convenient to have the outside door unlocked by code and the room door key inside a locker box.
Be prepared to bring your luggage up some flights of stairs.
