Une vue a couper le souffle!

Troisième séjour ici pour notre part! Cette fois dans le studio au 3e étage. La vue a couper le souffle, la salle de bain est plus moderne que dans les chambres du bas. Le lit est toujours aussi confortable et tout correspond à nos attentes. La dame de l'accueil est adorable, les terrasses des chambres sont très agréables et les couchers de soleil à couper le souffle.

Dans le studio du 3eme étage le wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien du tout. Nous n'avons pas apprécié que le personnel d'entretien fasse du bruit dès 7h30 du matin en nettoyant les chambres voisines en déplaçant les meubles, frappant sur les murs etc. Et ce pendant plusieurs heures donc quand ils commencent, impossible de dormir. Et ceux-ci sont venus frapper à 9h à notre porte pour savoir s'ils devaient nettoyer notre chambre. Nous sommes en vacances et n'avons pas apprécié d'être dérangés chaque jour, soit par leur manque de discrétion soit par leur manque de tact.

Nice experience

I like the view, was direct near the bay. I like the that the apartment was big and well equipped. In the area are a couple of restaurants that you may find useful. Mount Choisy beach is 5 min by car and it's a spectacular beach.

The bed was a little bit hard.

The apartment is well equipped and the view out of this world. Thanks to all the staff, well done!!!!! Anuske thanks for all your help and the same to the owner. Very friendly and assisted us with information on places to visit daily. The complex is close to restaurants, bus stops and shops.

A little assistance with the luggage up to the top apartments.......👍

Bel appartement, vue sur mer et Grand Baie

Bel appartement en rez de chaussée, deux jolies chambres pour nous 4, jolie vue sur la baie. Accueil tres sympa du propriétaire des lieux, qui nous a donné plein de renseignements. Tout était parfait.

Clean room with great view in a nice location. Bus stop and great breakfast roti nearby.

Airport pickup arranged by Residence Peramel was over an hour late; the taxi and driver had both seen better days!

Great place

Big room ; restaurants , supermarkets, beach , shops , temples etc all are very close; everyone was friendly and helpful with the questions; spectacular view from the balcony!

The bed needs a new mattress- it is very hard to sleep on it!

Wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer

Einfache Unterkunft mit besonderem Balkonausblick auf das Meer (wir waren im 2. OG) :-)

Wer es einfach mag - prima Unterkunft. Wer mehr Wert auf Details (Sauberkeit) legt, ggf. andere Unterkunft bevorzugen, da z.B. Ameisen im Bad, kein Spüli, kein Schwamm oder Geschirrtücher zum Abtrocknen vorhanden. Ausser z.B. Teller, Tassen, Pfannen und Besteck musste alles selbst gekauft werden.

Magnificent view

Great welcome and our hostess was very accommodating as she changed our unit to one with less stairs. The location was very central.The view was spectacular! Couldn't ask for anything better.

A pity there was no washing up liquid and toaster- two simple items to improve the stay.

The unecessary claim of money from the staffs.the cleanliness level of bathroom. We checked in very late and the staff insisted we leave just 5minutes past their official checkout time.without adjustment.

If you dont want to be part of a package holiday, this is a perfect base.

We had the superior room with wonderful views and amazing sunsets. It was perfect for our needs, no hustle and bustle of a hotel which is what we preferred and we hopped on buses many times to Mont Choisy which is only a 10 min. ride away.

All was as expected.

On my second night I was woken at 03:00 by a VERY load generator that ran for an hour. Was off for half an hour and then started again. This sounded like it was right outside the door of my room. That was a bit unpleasant

Wonderful views, and a clean, spacious room. Loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the blue waters. Lovely staff too!

1. The bed was a little stiff but still manageable. 2. Adding water or coffee in the room would be wonderful. But a mini-mart is just around the corner!

You need to take a short walk to the beach. Access to the sea from the hotel is via rocks.

Great location, excellent quiet position on Grand Baie and close proximity to Mont Choisy beach.

Amazing view from the balconies straight onto Grand Baie. I loved watching the light over the water change at sunrise and then seeing the sunset over the bay.

The chairs in the lounge area are extremely low-back and so uncomfortable for reading or watching TV. TV limited for English speakers to BBC so very repetitive so don't expect to watch much tv whilst there. (not a bad thing)

A very classy and extremely well run establishment

Superb sea view from a spacious terrace. Well appointed interior and attractive furniture. Lovely garden. Towels changed daily. Meticulously clean thanks to daily cleaning. Large fridge. Decently equipped kitchenette. Location in a quiet area close to restaurants and supermarkets. Tons of channels on the TV. Huge king-size bed with comfy pillows. Excellent wifi. Excellent price-quality ratio. The owner Mr. Aresen was extremely helpful with his very useful local tips.

Access road was a bit rough. No wine glasses. Card payment incurs a 3.5% commission (you can pay cash in Euros though). No lighting on the hallway stairs at night.

It was an excellent stay. many tourist spots were close by.

Right on the waterfront, many shops and restaurants around. Friendly staff eager to help us at any time.

The area outside the property is poorly lit or rather not lit so it is very challenging to walk the alley without a torch or similar support. The alley road is also not in a good condition. May be the property owner can take up this issues with the local municipal council to get the roads repaired and the area sufficiently lighted.

The location is convenient to catch transportation. The staff is friendly and informative. The location is right by the beach with amazing views.

The place needs fumigation. I was fortunate to bring my own insect repellent as I stopped some cockroaches. The linen has old stains. Its hard moving around the place with your luggage as there’s only stairs

Lovely spacious apartment with beautiful sea view and garden access, extra large patio - well equipped kitchen with nice big fridge and great cooker - spotlessly clean. Really comfortable accommodation.

Shower was awkward to use as it is hand held - not easy when trying to shower the kids. This aspect lets down the whole experience as everything else was great (TV didn't work - they brought in a replacement but didn't come back to set it up) No direct swimming beach access but great rocks and piers for fishing.

We took a night off from a cruise ship. Peramal arranged a taxi back to the port.

No breakfast on site but small cafe nearby Very basic but comfortable. Fantastic view

Shower was a bit challenging.

Breathtaking views and great location. Awesome restaurants just a walking distance away. Spacious and well-equipped apartment. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful.
