Agréable et paisible

Vacances Mauricienne à Stella Rina !!!

Tout!!! Le charme de L'hôtel Familiale!!! Le personnel des dames qui font le ménage, le serveur, les cusiniers toutes ces personnes Mauriciennes sont adorables!!! Que dire de Cyril, Valerie et Cassandra les responsables qui dirigent cet établissement au top!!! Toujours à l'écoute. Ils s'occupent aussi des transferts et des locations de voitures!!! On vous recommande fortement Stella Rina. C'etait super. Merci à vous!!! Nathalie et Patrick 🌺

Séjours familiales au calme

si vous souhaitez un sejour tranquille je vous conseille ce petit hôtel familiale je dis bravo au chef cuisinier qui tout les soirs nous a fais vibrer avec ses super plats(trop copieux pour mon petit estomac😃😃) À Emilie la petite serveuse très agréable Au patron qui ont étais présent pour toute les demandes Et oui la piscine n’est pas olympique mais un piscine naturel ce trouve autour de l’île et franchement venir à île Maurice pour passer sa journée dans la piscine pour moi pas possible 😂 Donc un grand merci pour ce séjour un peu bouleversé par ce sacrée cyclone mais vous avais su prendre soin des clients ☺️☺️☺️et j’oublier bouleversé avec toute ses annulations de vols et d’excursions mais bon dame nature on peu rien y faire

L’accueil et les conseils de la responsable

L’entretien de la piscine, l’entretien des terrasses de chambre, l’immobilier, la vaisselle, la clim coulait dans la chambre.

Die Dame am Empfang war super freundlich und hat sich direkt dem Problem der Buchung über booking angenommen und und schnell eine Lösung präsentiert. Wir hatten Zimmer 8 das Zimmer ist zwar spartanisch gehalten ein Doppelbett, Kühlschrank, Tisch, Einbauschrank und ein schönes Bad das auch sauber war. Was für uns aber vollkommen in Ordnung war, da wir die Unterkunft nur zum nächtigen brauchten. Die Innenanlage ist super gepflegt schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten im Schatten auch direkt in Pool Nähe. Die Bar ist schön eingerichtet, das Personal super Freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war super lecker und frisch zubereitet. Unterm Strich wir waren super zufrieden :)

Tranquillité, chambre agréable, accès de l'hôtel pratique, et cadre calme et reposant, petit déjeuner et diner excellent manque variété.

piscine un peu petit pour le nombre de client de l'hôtel les indications extérieur et sur route peu visible pour les taxi et voiture

Very well located place with ample parking and excellent breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent. I love everything. It's just a pity there was no expresso. The room was very clean.

I wish the swimming pool was bigger.

Un endroit au calme, et mignon

Chambre spacieuse, belle salle de bain, extérieur avec mobilier, le personnel est très gentil. La famille propriétaire depuis 8 mois a fait beaucoup d'améliorations depuis la reprise, par exemple des rideaux occultants. La WiFi est excellente puisque plusieurs box ont été ajoutées et on capte partout !. Les lits sont confortables.

Petit déjeuner identique tous les jours, mais c'était quand même bon. Il faut peut être améliorer les desserts du menu, qui lui était excellent.

Fair stay

It was clean and the staff were very friendly.

There was only one pillow for each of us on the bed and there were a lot of lizards/ geckos in the room.. not sanitary at all.

would like to go back again.

It was a lovely place. We enjoyed it so much. The lady was very kind. I asked for a bottle of water and she gave it to me free of charge.

BEAUTIFUL and FRIENDLY Mauritius people and country; except Ms Appoonam. her face is always sour. i wish she could smile

friendly kitchen staff.

Receptionist Ms Appoonam. Her hospitality to welcome guests and offering help to get advice of surrounding is very poor. She is rude, curt, and not friendly at all. upon arrival, the room floor is sticky and also the safe is broken. there is no toiletries except for hand wash. the aircon is also not cold and there was no electricity one night for a while. The very friendly kitchen staff (French lady) gave us two bottles of mineral water and confirmed its free. but upon check out, Ms Appoonam billed us three bottles and said its not free. If I had known, I wouldn’t have taken because I could purchase when we go out; and cheaper! the breakfast offered in the place was a cheat; totally different from the picture and review. We had the SAME breakfast for 4days stay there: egg, 2 small pastries, 1 pancake, some fruits, bread butter and jam, coffee, and orange juice. EVERYDAY. And birds we flying all over on the table.

Our room was quite small no possibility to change Breakfast limited,no buffet Dinner also only 2 choices No welcome drink or greet when check in .

Good stay

The staff was awesome! Big thanks to them for everything, their kindness and their disponibility :) we had a great time! A big thank to the owner Chrystelle who gave us a better room.

The bed was really uncomfortable, the breakfast could be more varied, evacuation for the toilets didn't work well.

Helpful staff, good value for money

The staff is exceptional, they are so helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I had in Mauritius. Bus stop is 10 min far. Shopping 15.

Some little details could easily make it 10. Like properly cleaned toilet from water residue, or beach towels, or better chairs close to pool(which is smaller than it looks on the photo).

A calm and peaceful place

The staff was very courteous and polite. The chef and the other lady care taker were very humble and helpful.

They did not have options in vegetarian food. Though, they tried hard to make us comfortable as much as possible.

Beautiful gem

Beautiful space in gorgeous surroundings , a lot of nature around, restaurants , beaches walking distance or depends if you want to take a car, however i enjoyed the walks to the beach. Great host was looking after me from check in and accommodating my late check out. Lady was very friendly and positive and helpful! Amazing breakfast with different varieties every morning, prepared fresh for you by great chef! Also really good coffee! Property is not huge, which gives you a very secluded and personal space. Room was cleaned daily and it was spacious, modern, with safety box / fridge/air con and coffee station etc all there for you. Only thing i noticed to mention was that wifi was not strong in the room, however worked well on the balcony and by the common areas, so maybe dont rely on it for downloads/streaming etc..

For me was an amazing stay,i loved it , cant wait to return soon!
