Great accommodation, great staff

Staff were exceptional, so polite and respectful. Son enjoyed being just a short taxi drive away from shopping. Enjoyed having a breakfast delivered each morning, a good choice selection. Pool was lovely.

Service staff, security, breakfast everyday and comfy beds!

Many slugs at the pool area, swimming pool wasn’t very clean. Toilet drainage clogs up easily, hairdryer was lousy :(

So so...I won't come back and will not recommend the place.

Breakfast was very good, staff were friendly and helpful.

Location was a bit poor, it's tucked in a very narrow road. The staff were generally good and friendly, however they tend to repeat numerous times what had been discussed and I think that's them just trying to make sure they got all the details correct given the language difference between them and their guests, however this can be quite annoying especially when you are rushing to go somewhere. My friend had to borrow an electric plug but had to be collected from us every night because they only have one plug to share to their guests. There was one night where there was a brown out in the area and although and the villa was not equipped with their own power generator. We got lucky that the electric power supply came back a little bit more than an hour later, otherwise we will be sleeping uncomfortably hot.

Lovely staff in a central location, walking distance to restaurants, shops, markets & beach.

Very spacious. Private pool. Aircon. WiFi. Comfortable beds. Amazing staff. Fairly priced. Drinking water provided. Large fridge.

The decorative pebbles in the shower are unhygienic full of hair and grossness. Hot water runs out in the evening. Breakfast wasn’t great. Extremely bad traffic every afternoon on the street

Luxury in a post pandemic world.

We thought the rooms were decently sized, high ceilings. Extremely spacious. There were also sufficient breakfast options daily. The service was also great! We had really lovely staff and security around.

The property is alot more run down than in the pictures. We had rusted equipment in the kitchen, some mould growing at the cooking area, rusted mirrors. The bathroom was also old. The bed was decent sized, but with the most horrendous lumpy pillows. (My poor neck) For the price we paid, think there are much better quality villas around the Seminyak area.

Location was good villa is little out dated, Break-fast not good at all !!!cheff has no idea how to cook simple egg and toast . Juice also was not fresh in-fact they use syrup for orange juice .

Villa is outdated needs upgrade or renovation considering ppl paying top dollars . Staff was lovely ..

it was very comfortable and clean and the staff where extremely friendly and accommodating.

There could be some minor improvements around simple things like making sure there is enough glasses etc for the number of guests. Also our door needed some maintenance.

FANTASTIC PLACE

It is a beautiful villa and the whole crew are amazing. Location is perfect, very close to the beach, in between seminyak and canggu. will definitely come back for sureee
