Great location in a tiny apartment

Exceptional

Dont know why this apartment doesnt have better rating. I really feel it like at home because it does have really everything what you need! Location cant be better as it is and still peacefull. The biggest surprise was view on the Eiffel tower, yeah the top of it but still you can see it all the time 😉

Shower can be complicated about to get the right temperature of water out of it. I suggest to do something about that, because it can be really scary on such a small place being burned from hot water.

Absolutely gorgeous and value for money

I was really surprised with the location of the place and also the fibre in this property is unreal!

there were some mosquitoes flying around the apartment at night which lead annoying moments

the location is perfect. I really enjoy the view. the apartment is clean.

I only have one observation. The property published shows two different bedrooms. You will receive the one in the mezzanine.

Perfect location. Everything was clean and the apartment was quiet. Very good for people who are traveling alone.

Great location, clean house and street very close to Champs Elysees, possibility to explore Paris downtown on foot. Wi-fi works good.

The apartment is small, with bed under the ceiling, but we were ready for it. The advertisement contains photos of two different apartments, so take it in mind. We were outraged by dirt: a dirty dishes, a dirty bathrobe with stains and hair, a dirty sofa. Both rolls of toilet paper were half new. Soap, shampoo and shower gel are not available. We were given only clean bedding and towels. At the same time, the ad states that a separate fee of about 60 euros will be charged for cleaning...=(

Disappointing

Great location steps to champs Elysees

The advertisement is false . The picture on this comment request or on my confirmation booking is a different apartment. Our apartment had a loft bed with 12 step ladder. clearly not mentioned in description or confirmation picture.Apparently pictures I saw are for another apartment that they rent ! See attached pictures of our apartment. My wife is awaiting knee replacement surgery so the ladder presented a painful experience. I am 6 foot nine and the clearance on the loft bed of 3 feet presented additional problems. The property should correct their misleading website and consider giving us a partial refund . If it was in the states I would have sued them.

The location is absolutely exquisite. It is right off Champs Elysees and there is a view of a part of the Eiffel tower which is really nice. It's on the n.1 metro line so you can get to most of the major monuments very easily. The personnel is nice. Wifi works very well. A lot of towels and pillows. There's a plug by the bed.

There was no air conditioning. The kitchen equipment was very poor. There was no spatula and the pots and pans did not have handles. It's really difficult to cook with a pan without handles. Some of the dishes were a bit dirty. Also no product to put in the laundry machine. The apartment was tiny, which I don't think is exactly a bad thing or a problem but I do want to point it out.

Pleasant

The placement of the apartment is very nice. A lot of clothes shops, food shop, metro station and restaurants near there. Also there were a lot of daylight in the apartment because of the big windows.

There was nothing inside like a toilet paper, shampoo, soap, salts, sugar and anything else. Also, was no a frying pen, hairdryer, the dish washing tools, but the owner of the apartment brought them to us, as we asked him. The chairs in a dining room were not comfortable for us. A lot of things like a shower shelf, bedside table were broken. The second bedroom was pretty poor - just a small bed in a tiny room. If you aren’t going to spend a lot of time inside the apartment it is pretty comfortable place to stay in Paris.
