La privacidad, y el lugar es muy rico
Estuviera perfecto si tuviera sus propia escalera para la playa pero está muy bien así

The staff, they were super lovely. Dealt with any issue promptly. Coffee available. Just such a lovely family. We don’t speak Spanish and still grasped how lovely they were. The bed in the second room we went in was super big and comfy. Nice view over to the sea in the pool. Laundry available to pay for on site, air dried which we loved because we hate machine drying clothes.
Our initial room had loads of bugs, but we were moved to another room as soon as we said which was good. The shower wasn’t the best and the toilet flusher was difficult to make work but nothing you can’t deal with for the cheap price.

good location to bus from potchutla and an OXXO
was a bit dodgy and ants everywhere! not clean but honestly for £26 a night we didn’t expect more.

two double beds, nice view from room, clean bedroom and spacious badroom.
Air condotion.
lacking interest of staff, bad internet, lack of proper common area.

Everything was great! You can use swimming pool. Rooms are clean and very good hot and cold water in bathroom.

It was clean and could put small things in their fridge.
I felt so unwelcome and unwell. I booked 7 nights. As I arrived they told me I didn’t paid bacause they didn’t receive the paymant from booking. Every single day they kept asking if I’m sure that I already paid or how many nights more I will stay. At the end they receive the money from booking during my stay but didn’t even inform me. Maybe something went wrong with their booking account but at least I felt unwelcome and so badly unwell. No friendly word, no welcome, no thank you.
The room was ugly but clean. I booked a room with an Balcony/ Pool view but got another room, that was the ugliest one.
Of course my experience could be an exception but its the only I have experienced. So far I won’t recommend it.

the property was perfectly located between the beach and night market. the rooms were ok and the pool was ok. the staff at this property were the best part very accommodating and quick to solve problems and very knowledgeable about the area and were able to point us in the right direction to the cool spots. zicatela beach was a 15 min walk away and the old part of puerto was a 5 min walk to hang out and eat with the locals also a big Walmart type store a 5 min walk witch was nice to get sunscreen food etc in one stop. I really enjoyed my week at this property a small family run hotel and I enjoyed supporting a small family rather than some mega resort. of your first time to Puerto Escondido it does not matter where you stay in this town it is party surfer beach and it is very loud with music and people having a good time all night so it can be hard to sleep.
no safes to store valuable’s bit they were doing work in the property to improve some of the rooms etc and said they were in the process of updating the security of the entire property.

Smack bang in the middle of the two best bits of Puerto
Dripping pipe outside of room soaked my washing, also cigarette butts left on balcony floor.

Location, view, parking, pool
The room was really basic - just a couple of beds and a small rack. No aircon, no shampoo. I feel like for that price it should be a little bit more than that

This is a small simple place apparently intended for locals, so bring local expectations.
The staff tolerated my horrible Spanish and was kind to me
It was a small room with excellent ventilation in a pleasant family establishment.

Location is nice and the pool is deep enough to dive in.
The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly but the staff is really kind and helpful.

staff are as sweet as sugar! we got an upgrade to a fantastic room full of windows .. in the morning u wake up to sunlight.. sound of crashing waves in the distance.. :) cabanas are also very centrally located.. 1 min from town.. 3 mins down to the first beach

Family of (4) with (6) and (8) year old boys. Double bed room (Queen size) with air conditioning. Pool was awesome and the location is very close to the main st of central Puerto Escondido and centrally located to other beaches. Rooms where cleaned everyday, very clean. Quiet street, felt safe walking in town and close to an Oxxo and Chedrowy(Similar to Walmart)
Staying here again!
Nothing to really complain about. Expectations at this price point is fair.

Conveniently located between the town center in the hills and the beach on the foothills. Very basic building, with bathroom, Aircon ans a swimming pool. The family operates also eight jeep rental station, refurbishing old CJ and turning them into buggy style vehicles.
Wi-Fi could’ve been a bit stronger, but it worked anyway.

The staff was just great. We had a very good time spending 3 days in this family-run hotel. The view is beautiful, fresh air, have a swim in the pool, and the location at the center of Puerto Escondido is very convenient. I strongly recommend!

We loved everything about staying here!! We were supposed to stay for one night and ended up staying for one week. The family is incredibly friendly and helpful, the location is right next to beaches and cafes and a huge supermarket, the pool is clean and refreshing, the rooms are spacious and very clean with an amazing ocean view, and overall a fantastic atmosphere that felt like our home away from home. We highly recommend this place and will miss it!
Nothing, we loved everything about this place!
