This hostal is unbelievable! The place is amazing! Not just Constanza and its surroundings, but the place itself!

Owner is great and we wish we could have spent longer so we could talk more with him!

The quiet and grocery store that was nearby.
The kitchen
The bed was dusty and there were no pillow covers. The lamp did not turn off completely which gave me a hard time to fall asleep.

Absolutely NOTHING,No water AT all for my Wife and my self. The electrical outlets Did not Work. It was in my 52 years of age the WORST experience that I've ever had. As a Christian,I will continue to pray for the Owners. The managers need to understand that Humans beings are using the facility and Water is essential for Existence. God bless whom ever reads this msg.
Sincerely
Victor H Raposo.!!!
No Water, room was dirty, electrical outlets DO NOT,therefore I could NOT charge my,which I used mainly for charity work.

Because we had a road facing room with thin windows, traffic noise in the morning was quite disturbing.

The little touches are just beautiful like the swan formed towels, the rose in the toilet paper, the coffee in the morning. The whole place feels very relaxing with the wind chime and the very creative decoration. It's immaculately clean and the owner and the staff are incredibly nice and welcoming and very relaxed. I felt at ease here and stayed for 2 weeks. I couldn't recommend it enough. I like that there is a kitchen so that you don't have to eat out all the time and can eat how you want. Melvin the owner has so many stories from travelling all over the world and has a very generous spirit and Martina who cares for the place is shy, has a kind smile and works hard. The setting is beautiful with mountains surrounding it and it's peaceful at night so you get a good nights sleep.

The decor is fantastic. Melvin has meticulously designed the hostel with artifacts from his own travels. It’s an eclectic collection with which he has transformed the ambience of the hostel into something really special. Also, I really appreciate the morning coffee waiting outside my door.

A very nice place with unique furniture and style.
I really enjoyed my stay and will highly recommend this house. Quiet neighborhood, in walking-distance to the center. Very clean, with lots of nice details, hot water and a cosy bed.
Very very kind, open-minded and helpful people!
Special thanks to them!

First of all the style of this cute hotel is amazing! You can travel the whole world by just staying there thanks to all its details. The location was good too, in a quiet area. Around 10 mins walking from the main street. Last but not least, the kindness of each and everyone working there. Thank you all so much! Highly recommended.

Cutest little place ever!
Impossible to sleep. This is the loudest street. Dogs barking all night. Motos Racing by all night. Both of us never slept and left exhausted.
I would love to return, but the noise will force me to look elsewhere next time.

I liked that the hotel had character. I liked that the hotel owner was attentive to our needs and the hotel was safe: the hotel entrance door was always locked and one needed a key to open/close the gate to the parking lot. I liked that there was parking. I liked the hotel playlist. I liked that breakfast was included (bread and mini croissants, toppings, coffee, tea, hot chocolate) and I liked the hotel owner's hot chocolate. I liked the hotel owner's recommendations for food, dessert, and sightseeing. I liked that one can make the reservation without paying a fee - it creates a sense of trust, which made me feel good.
I didn't like the sound of traffic and loud music late at night (not the hotel owner's fault).

It has a kitchen if you will like to cook and if you don't you can walk to the town and eat there it only takes like 15 minutes.

The hotel staff is incredible friendly and helpful, They answered all of our questions with a smile on their face. They even allowed us to check in early and leave our luggage at the front desk.
The fan in the room was very noisy, It worked but made horrible noises all night and made it difficult to sleep, also no windows in the room. Also didn't like having to pay beforehand with a bank transfer or deposit.

Decoration of the whole B&B is just amazing: very stylish and nice! The view from the balcony is inspiring and conveniently facing to the Sun during winter. Very friendly personnel.
It is a little far from the town centre, which is where main bars and restaurants are. However, there are options to buy food and drinks close by, and the centre is into a walkable distance.
