Beautiful and tranquil location worth the stay if you want killer views. Rooms could use an update.

Location, location, location. Each room has its own balcony view of the mountains and the city of Constanza located in the valley below. Great layout. The breakfast buffet was what you'd expect. And the staff were attentive and accommodating.

Better descriptions of rooms could be helpful for booking. I was most interested in the balcony and its corresponding view. I would have been happy to pay for a room with a larger balcony/better view, but this wasn't clear from the room descriptions. We were only staying one night, and didn't need a whole apartment, so I went with one of the simpler rooms. In retrospect, I would have chosen an apartment to get a more spacious balcony. The rooms were a bit outdated too.

Nice experience, could be a lot better.

Room was nice but no air-conditioning. This worked out fine because it was cool especially at night, but I would not come here in the summer time. Food was excellent, staff was very nice and courteous, place looks great. In need of a pool and a jacuzzi that actually is available for use. It's nice to have a 1pm check out, no need to rush out in the morning.

Didn't like the fact there are no air conditioners, anywhere. Construction and hammering going on early in the morning. People playing music extremely loud at night in the A.M. hours. Couldn't use the spa, couldn't use the zip lines, couldn't use the jacuzzi. The hotel should pay and have the road leading in paved. It would make good business sence.

The most wonderful place in Constanza

I loved eveything about this hotel. The place is just wonderful!! I have visited Constanza before but this time I felt it was pure magic. The best place to stay in this city :) We would definitely return in 2021.

I can't answer this question beacuse I truly loved eveything, The room was comfortable with an amazing view, the food is really good, the staff is friendly. We didn't complain about anyhting and truly want to return.
