Excellent location

Great location- just in the heart of city . Streets where rooms are located is full of pubs and restaurant open till late nihgt, but not disturb during night. Breakfast was excellent- specialy Isabelle breakfast menu. Very helpful staff.

The furniture in the rooms was a bit older. Rooms are located in several places, so one part of family was on other side of street

Good, but it can be better

- great breakfast - manager answered very quickly and solved our problem - very big living room

- I've rent the room via booking ~1 hour before arriving, and the room was very cold. I understand the situation, but that but that heat radiator has no way to cope with the 2 rooms that are so big. - the air conditioner was also not working. - he host was very responsive and they moved us to another room, which in the end, after several hours, got pretty warm. - the beds are quite uncomfortable because of the hard mattresses. (it's my opinion, maybe someone else likes it that way.) - As a sign of thanks, we received breakfast from the house, and because it was very delicious, we forgot the troubles we had.

I love Slovenia and its climate - delicious food

Great location in the center of Maribor. Car parking available. Small room and bathroom, but there is a kitchen. Great bunk bed for kids. Delicious breakfast - I chose this location once again.

Great place for family of 4.

Great family room! The kids had their separate part so everybody had their privacy.

Only a little noisy from the neighbours upstairs, who were running around until 22.00 hours. And 2 nightlamps were out of order.

The Studio 1 Apartment was really small and one could hardly move in the bathroom.

The superior apartment was quite big, comfortable for 4 persons. The price included the breakfast which was served at the coffee house downstairs and it was delicious! I also liked the location, it is in the center of Maribor, we could easily access all the tourist attractions and restaurants on foot.

I missed some equipment from the kitchen and the black out curtain did not work, so we tried to sleep in almost full light. (We stayed after Christmas and street light decoration was just before our window). Since the apartment is in the city center, and the little street is full of coffee houses and pubs, it was quite noisy during the nights, specially on Friday night when party was on.

Splendid location in the center and the Isabella breakfast was excellent!

The studio was basic, but good value for money.

Wonderful breakfast and location, professional staff and owner.

Spacious, contemporary design, hot water, well-equipped kitchen, good electrical items, comfortable beds.

The difference between the large double bed and triple bunks was a bit odd for two people sharing but good for a larger group of friends.

The location is in the city center of Maribor which is perfect everything is on a short walking distance. The breakfast was delicious. A la cart breakfast with many choices, also enough options if you have a allergy or something.

The room doesn't have black out curtains. There is a lot of light in the room. For us okay but our 11 month old son had a hard time sleeping and so had we. So we decided to cancel our second stay because we almost didn't slept at this room.

Cute, quiet, perfect location, and delicious breakfast - a winner!

Sparkling clean, convenient, quiet (amazingly so!) delicious breakfast, loved the look/design. it was cool!

Let’s be clear: I LOVE this property. & I noticed ways to make it Even Better!! Arrival process: not welcomed - poked my face into dishwashers’ pass-through and asked for help wondered should I wait for my host to take drink orders? confusing process re: 3 keys/doors/locks which key is for what? should doors be locked or shut? when? adjust temp too much a/c - icy address water damage on bathroom ceiling (my boyfriend is a tiler who replaces one leaky shower pan after another, sorry to say you have to redo it) seeing water damage makes me sad, and my shower floor was wet - I nearly slipped and fell! repair improperly installed/cracked tile drain wifi pw not provided Parking option not mentioned - used easy park app for 5€
