L’emplacement.

État de la chambre déplorable,piscine sale et non entretenue,pas de parking alors qu’ils disent qu’il y a un parking, odeur et saleté sûr oreiller et drap .

Magnifique hôtel !

Nous avions une belle chambre avec vue sur la mer et la piscine. Le personnel a été très accueillant et professionnel. Le buffet du petit déjà était exquis.

Petites tâches sur une des taies d'oreillers et peignoir.

Buena y agradable.

Esta cerca de la costa y de la Medina. El hotel es moderno pero le falta actualizar. Tenia piscina pero al ser viaje de trabajo no pude aprovechar. El trato personal de las personas del hotel muy bien.

Las sabanas no estaban muy limpias, falta blanquear toda la ropa de la cama. El baño tenia atascado el desague. Mini bar no tenia nada para beber, agua, zumos coca cola, etc.

Гостиница требует ремонта Открытая веранда под номером - заброшенный Макдональдс Одна из сотрудниц ресторана "хитрила с ценами на вино" Жили 10 дней - один и тот же завтрак, хорошее качество, но устали Не всегда были приборы на завтраке, нужно было приходить пораньше, чтобы их найти Халат выдали два раза и то только один, хотя отдыхали вдвоем 9 дней.

Hotel a nivel europeo

La situación es excelente , las habitaciones amplias , luminosas y una decoración actual.El buffet amplio y generoso. Els café muy bueno .

La puerta del lavablo se había hinchado y no se podía cerrar .Para un hotel de 4 estrellas el servicio de mantenimiento tendría que ser más eficaz en estos detalles .

Zeker een aanrader

Prachtig hotel met een toplocatie. Uitzicht was adembenemend. We hadden een kamer met uitzicht op het zwembad èn zee. Iedere ochtend wakker worden met zon uitzicht was een absolute verademing. In de late avond was het heerlijk vertoeven op je eigen balkon waar je nogmaals kon genieten van de zee en haven. Het ontbijt is fantastisch, er is keus voor iedereen en alles is ver. Van de msemen ( Marokkaanse pannekoeken) tot aan de kleine hartige lekkernijen. Olijven, vers fruit, vers brood, heerlijke omeletten, kalkoen worstjes in heerlijke homemade sausje, verse groenten en ga zo maar door. Voor ieder wat wils. Het hotel heeft ook een spa waar je je heerlijk kunt laten verwennen en waar je een heerlijke hamam sessie kunt nemen. Niks anders dan lof voor de lieve hardwerkende dame die mij een hamam sessie heeft gegeven. Het hotel ruikt heeeerlijk door de geur die de spa gebruikt.

Wanneer men met zn 2en boekt verwacht je ook bepaalde faciliteiten en spullen voor 2 personen. Denk aan badhanddoeken, gastendoekjes, toiletpapier. Er wordt geadverteerd met een koelkast maar bij navraag blijkt deze niet te werken. Erg jammer, zeker als t net als bij ons ruim 25 graden was.

Tangier hotel

Up on the hill overlooking the port, and walkable to the Kasbah/Medina. A nice pool. Great breakfasts.

Undergoing a bit of renovation, so lots of banging, etc Room maintenance standards could be improved. Bathroom door water-damaged, so wouldn't close. Various power sockets and bedside lights not working. AC didn't work on arrival, but was fixed quickly after we reported it. The pool should stay open later, and could be made into a much better centrepiece of the hotel in my opinion. Poolside drinks and snacks would have been great. Wifi really not good. Didn't work in any communal areas, and only worked in the bedroom if stood outside the bathroom door!

location is good nothing else is good or even ok

very bad hotel Rooms are outdated, horrible condition for the flooring. they tried to change my room 3 times , all of them same bad condition. AC was not working as per the management (in May already the weather is hot) Don't recommend this facility by any mean.

Good hotel, conveniently situated

The Fredj Hotel is very pleasant on the inside. The rooms were great - modern, clean, and well equipped. The staff were helpful. The location is great, with easy access to all parts of town. The restaurant was good (we were there during Ramadan). You can get a drink in the bar.

The exterior of the hotel is very much in need of repainting and general refurbishment. It looks tired and old-fashioned. The area of the forecourt is rather run down, and full of closed shops. This is a shame, but should not detract from the good facilities of the hotel as a whole.

The hotel was clean and modern looking. The staff were helpful and polite.

Wifi signal was extremely weak in the room. This is not ideal if you have to do anything online. The toilet had a bum gun with it bit it didn't work. So definitely something that should be repaired.

Relaxing stay

The rooms were good and the balcony view just unbeatable. The breakfast was definitely the highlight of our stay, as they provide an incredible variety of food and drinks. The pool was a nice bonus, as it was already open and accessible in March.

The location is fine, but not the easiest to access neither by public transport nor by foot.

Nice hotel with super friendly staff in the centre of Tangier

the property is located in the city centre and very close to all the tourist attractions and the hotel itself is a 4 star hotel so the staff and facilities good and the room we got is spacious and clean. the breakfast here is very delicious especially the fish balls. yummy. Staff here are also exceptionally polite and friendly. they allows us to leave our luggages before our check in time. overall it’s a great place to stay for a short sojourn in Tangier

the hotel might be very old even though it’s a 4 stars hotel the facilities look a bit aged, especially we can’t close the bathroom door as the door has expanded over the door frame due to steam and water from the bathroom. the toilet brush was also broken so we couldn’t clean the toilet after using it, which is a bit inconvenient. also the sound insulation is not very good as we can hear traffics in the early morning.

Poor

An old refubrished hotel a couple of minutes walk from the Medina. The breakfast is variated and includes moroccan and western food alike. The rooms are big and spacious, sadly they are filled with mold.

Mold mold mold, everywhere, all rooms (they changed me twice) have rotten wooden floors and mold signs everywhere. With no drain or proper courtains in the bathroom, all the water flows straing to the hallway, filling everything with water and rot. It's really a pitty, otherwise is a nice hotel.

Location, large rooms. Breakfast was good and staff were very nice.

The bathroom door could not be closed shut, let alone locked. There was peeling paintwork on one of the walls. I did not pay a cheap price so wasn’t expecting this. I’d consider staying again but the whole property needs a bit of a refurbishment.

Good staff, dirty facilities.

The staff was very friendly welcoming and kind. breakfast very tasty and full of options, good size of bed.

toilet was dirty and towels too, we had our own ones, but I was very disappointed with this. also bed was looking like someone slept there before us. Didn’t complaint just added my own sleeping bag on it, we were very tired.
