Great breakfast, lovely "hotel", nice surprise to have a pingpong table and nice outdoor area.
Only downside was that when other guests came in late at night, it'd wake you up: lot of echo in the hall way and not very sound-proof. But other than that, I would definitely recommend it.

Nice breakfast and kind lady who met us and showed us around. Nice garden and interior. Very large room with spacious and very clean bathroom.

This family-owned hotel is located in a quiet village and is a very classy hotel in a beautiful building. The rooms are very big, clean and modern, with a very comfy bed and everything you need! The bathroom is big, clean and has a great, modern shower! The breakfast was wonderful! All the service was super friendly, quick and very welcoming. We had a lovely dinner in the nice and cosy restaurant nextdoor, and there is a small grocery shop in the village. You can play ping-pong in the courtyard and there is a pool table in the bar. The landscape of the surrouding area is stunning.
That night, there was a smell of cigarettes in the bar (only in that seperate area, not at all in the other communal areas) On a warm day, this veranda-type room can be opened completely, so I think this was just a temporary mishap that day.

We'll be back for sure next time!

Breakfast was ok.
We booked this hotel, despite the high cost, because it specifically advertised air conditioning and the because the weather forecast was for a heat wave during our stay. On arrival we were informed that no air con was available. No explanation for the misleading claim was provided. We ended up being exceedingly hot and frustrated at spending so much for no benefit.

The place was beautiful, the room and bathroom had enough space. Just 15 minutes from Durbuy, perfect location with a frituur nearby.
Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful.
I didn't have a problem with it, but I was kind of a struggle to communicate in english when the host only spoke french, although she was really nice and eager to help us.
When I ask for an iron, they didn't have, so beware of this.

Breakfast was OK and room was decent. good location. enough parking space.
Host doesn't understand/speak English so its almost impossible to communicate. No internet at all, it shows Wifi with full range but you can't even open google search, also TV is there without any connections. Rooms could have been more cleaned specially towels as it had stains so we didn't use it. It way expensive for its price and I have experienced better places in Belgium for this price with quality services.

We enjoyed the fact that there was a pooltable and a pingpong table. The breakfast was nice. And it is 15 minutes to Durbuy which is a really nice village.
The main house looks nice, however we were in a small studio behind it that is a bit outdated (but with good facilities like microwave). I had some trouble understanding the Romanian lady but she was nice.

most things
leading persons were nice and friendly ,but because of language problem, contact was more difficult and answer very often difficult to understand.

Everything was locked, bar, wellness and pool table. You are also not supposed to Sit in the garden in the evening. So especially recommended for people who go to bed latest at 9 pm. Maybe the owners had an off day but the only smile we discovered during our stay was when we left.

Nice area
Host was very stressed, could not understand her verry good, no equipement to cook in the appartement, pooltable and ping pong old and weared, no bbq… sauna has to be paid extra but how much we did not understand

Very nice, clean hotel, in 20 minutes drive from Durbuy. Breakfast was also great - a typical french with croissants, cheese, orange juice, ham, cheese, and fruits. The hotel has a big garden for relaxing, billiard and private parking. Room and bathroom are huge.
The only (tiny) thing, which could be improved - curtains in the room (was a bit too light in the room at night).
4.5
Amazing hotel with great rooms and an excellent breakfast
Lots of facilities for children and grownups.
The host is nice but bit bossy and not always easy to communicate.
The communication with the host
