Exceptional

host is very friendly and helpful. she was kind and helped us with everything we needed. the room was also spatious, cozy and clean the location is close to the seaside with only a few steps to a pebbly beach and pretty shallow waters. totally recommend!

Lovely room at 2 min from the sea

The apartment is super close to the sea, just some stairs to reach the beach. the balcony was also very nice with the view of the sea and all the greens around. the bedroom had everything you need and was nicely designed. the host was super nice

super small details like a water in the fridge and a body shower gel but there was hand washer.

vacation 14 nights for 2 families

We stayed with two families for 14 nights and used a total of 4 rooms. The rooms were clean and beautiful. On the second floor, the renovation is more modern. The kitchen is small and was on the second floor, but all the dishes were there. You could eat either in the room or on the large terrace on the first floor. Each room also had its own balcony with a view of the beautiful park. You can also see the sea and the beach from the balcony. Accommodation on the first line and the beach was only 100-150 meters away through the park. The hostess was very hospitable and gave apricots from her garden. Our vacation during this two weeks was exceptional and we would definitely like to repeat our vacation at this property.

Great place to relax on the beach and visit Dubrovnik Riviera

Very convenient location just 2min walk from the beach and bus station. Easy to get to Dubrovnik and Cavtat by bus or boat service. Comfortable room with two double beds, good ventilation, small bathroom and kitchen with all the necessary facilities and great balcony, where you can enjoy park view and find some shade in the morning. Great hospitality of the owner, who is always willing to help with any question. We enjoyed our stay here and would love to visit it again!

Beds are comfortable, but squeaking, so don't wriggle at night. ;-) There are many stairs to climb from the beach and traffic can be heard from the street, but that is obvious in this area and has no impact on rest.

Great location, beautiful view! Staff was nice and helpful, apartment had everything we needed, shared kitchen has absolutely everything. I recommend it☺️

Parking is public, and its 3 minutes away from the apartments.

Great location - in a pine tree park, with a view to the see. Some rooms have a shared kitchen - it wasn't a problem for us, but check before you book if it's important for you.

Really nice apartment situated in a pine-tree park a bit away from other hotels and houses. The host was very kind - gave us some apricots from her garden and, most importantly, allowed us to stay until 2pm on the last day (because she didn't have anyone else after us).

It was very difficult to find and stressful not answering to our calls, when we eventually found the place 30 minutes later they told us we didn’t have a reservation after we already paid. Fair enough, it took 5 minutes to solve and lots of apologies from manager. The apartment is old, being then short on space and facilities quality. Nothing broken or bad, but off-season you can get much better amenities for the same price even in Croatian cities center.
