The host was a micromanager, the place is not thatttt close to the airport, but the place is clean & nice.

It was clean and well renovated / decorated!

There was not much privacy from the host and no set parking spot so had to park behind her spot. The host was always asking for a 10/10 rating even when she was essentially kicking us out of the apartment early (asking us to move things into one room so she can start cleaning while we were still there), also I was going to take a quick nap while she was cleaning & I heard her open up my door without knocking!! I’m sorry but please don’t disturb us until the time of checkout - no privacy. Also she had demanded that we move our car at 7:30am so she could go on a walk (problem with parking). We just weren’t pleased with the pressure for a good rating & that it seemed like we had to fit her schedule

Super clean and great service..

The balcony /kitchen /sitting area is open and there are no fans or ac so its very hot and humid.. Also abit noisy from the main road..

The staff was incredibly supportive and gave us plenty of attention. The owner was very careful with our kids and is even helping us to recover forgotten objects.

It's actually not close to the airport, but the 20min by car from the aurport are worth taking because the backyard is a super relaxing environment and the rooms are very comfortable.

Misled about the facts

Shower was good. Coffee good. The hostess was kind enough to take us to the train in the morning and woke up in the middle of the night when our flight was delayed in order to check us in to the unit. But she refused to refund the money when we told her that our flight was only going to arrive at 3:30 in the morning so we came anyway only to find a three story walk up and a single bed instead of two beds

We thought that the unit was going to be closer to the airport but it was not. Also we thought that there were going to be two queen size beds and found only one! This made it very uncomfortable for two women traveling together. Also it was a three-floor walk up which we did not know about

Great place to stay near Ben Gurion

The property was very clean in a nice safe neighborhood. It was quiet yet close to main road access and quick to the airport. While the host spoke little English, she was able to relay the information needed for our stay.

There are several rooms. Ours was smallish and on the third floor. There was no lift, so we lumped our luggage to the top. We found out the next morning at 4:30 am that we had locked the car park behind ourselves, and left the keys in the foyer. We had to hop the 8ft. high gate with our luggage in order to leave. The owner is not on site. It was an adventure ;-)

One night staying in a charming unit in Rishon

The unit is located in a huge and nice villa house. The place was spotlessly clean, very comfortable matrass, very nice owner. Comunication was very easy. I was staying for 1 night for my stadying in Shamir Hospital( the unit located 15 minutes from there)

Mixed Feelings. Nice but listing inaccurate

MIXED FEELINGS = 6/10. Clean. Cute balcony. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely shower. Friendly host who met us outside, helped w parking and check-in. However, listing is INACCURATE! Listing shows queen room 2 beds 2 bathrooms. Imagine my surprise when I arrived to find only 1 bed in the room. The host then told me none of the rooms have 2 beds. It gets better. There is in fact a locked adjoining room with another bed (only a bed, no bath but access to the same balcony so clearly part of the same suite.) According to the host my genius price on booking was too low...so if I wanted to open the room with the other bed it was going to cost an extra 250 shekels CASH. Nearly double my price charged to my card in advance. CRAZY!!! The host agreed to fix this listing but as of today it is still not fixed. If you are a couple, you will be fine. Travelling with a room mate or an elderly parent or kids and need the extra bed? Expect to show up and pay Double! And if you got a good price or a genius price on booking, think again because the host might make you pay extra cash on the side because your price was too low. Honestly it feels like a Tel Aviv scam. Language barrier a significant problem. All communication w host had to be Hebrew English on Google translate

A great home from home in a fascinating and beautiful city

We are a family of 6 (3 children, an elderly lady, and a couple). This was a wonderful place to stay in our first trip to Israel. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the neighbourhood was absolutely wonderful (well planned, quiet streets with beautiful flowers, and shops within walking distance -1/2km) The hosts communicated so brilliantly with us through what’s app, email and Google translate. they were so kind and helpful. We spent 3 nights here - on the first day we explored Rishon LeTsiyon and learnt about its fascinating history, ate awesome falafel and drank great coffee- we walked but there are tons of buses if it’s too hot. It really is a great city. The children adored the swimming pool (I had fun in it too- but it’s more child size)- and that brings me to another highlight- the garden is beautiful- we loved the plants and birds. The view from the kitchen balcony was also beautiful. On our 2nd day we took the bus (super easy - took about 30 minutes) to Jaffa. WOW! We drank Arabic coffee, ate Kanefeh (sp? a cake made with cheese and cooked on a grill… the highlight of my whole trip so far!! Delicious!), listened to the call to prayer, explored old Jaffa (think Jonah and the whale) - the port being 4000 years old. We then walked along the beach and swam in the sea for a few hours at Tel Aviv. we then got the bus home from there. A fantastic couple of days :)

The only negative I can think of is that there is a main road at the back of the house which is noisy especially during rush hour. A normal feature of a bustling, vibrant city!

Nice location, quiet, and perfect for escape vacation, room is super clean, and big balcon, hosts were very kind and welcoming :)

No lighting at night in the pool area in case one wanted to take a night swim :)
