Very sweet people with great service

The hotel is really lovely, lots of greenery and old style Thai wooden building. The staff are super friendly and helpful. There is one main pool and also a smaller one which is great to dip into if it is close to your room. The room was really a great size and all comforts. They had thought of just about everything: umbrella, torch, etc
A great location too, easy to walk to old part and also the river. Close to everything.
It would be good to have a rack where you can dry your wet swimmers. There is no where to hang your wet clothes.

The pool was nice.
The location was good.
The staff were mostly accommodating.
The Aircon in my room wasn't working properly and didn't sufficiently cool my room.
Breakfast wasn't included as was pointed out in my booking but was a bit expensive for what you received.
Wasn't any convenient power points to use near the bed area for my room.
The wifi wasn't good or consistent, I was better off using mobile data with the local sim I had purchased.

room size, staff, quiet, landscaping, pool and location
make the safe larger to accommodate laptops, more light at the bathroom sink and larger tv

The hotel room and clean and I loved the decor. The hotel itself was beautiful and well-taken care of. We even spent some time hanging by the pool
in the little courtyard and got drinks from the bar. The staff was super friendly and very helpful with our questions and needs.
Unfortunately the bed was pretty uncomfortable and noisy.

Breakfast was good by the pool. The place is a little oasis in the center for an affordable price… a little boutique village
The bed is quite hard

The location is perfect. Walking distance to the Night Bazaar and Old Town. A lot of restaurants and coffee shops nearby.
There was some music from the bars one street over, but it stops around 11pm. You can barely hear it but it's there.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was small, but nice. They have 2 new warm, Asian dishes every morning so you get a surprise. Eggs, ham, sausages, and bacon are brought freshly made to the table after filling in a small questionnaire about what you want.
We stayed in a suite and it was lovely. Lots of space! Separate shower and bath. Private balcony looking over the pool.
Breakfast: could have a larger selection. Fruit was the same every morning.
Room:
-There is only one mirror and it's by the sink where the light is not the best. A full body mirror in the room would be a great addition.
-the bathtub didn't fill up. The drain wouldn't close properly. We didn't ask for it to be fixed since we just wanted to use it to soak our feet for a bit.

Absolutely nothing
Everything about the place

relatively central, nice pool (but cold!), nicely landscaped central court.
Depends on the room/building you end up in. My first room in the back building wasn’t very nice. If I were you I’d splurge and go for the higher category room around the main pool. Prices aren’t much higher but the rooms are much nicer (I did decide to upgrade). Overall the place looks tired and needs some maintenance, and it’s not as idyllic as some people write (lots of noise around the room bc of thin walls: other guests talking, toilet flushes, water pumps etc).

The room was spacious this included the bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. The bonus for my husband was that it had a pool to relax and cool down in. The staff was very attentive and easy to talk to.
Nothing that I can think of.

Beautifull green oasis close to the city. Most of the staff very friendly and helpfull, The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Water, tea and coffee in the room. Nice breakfast, choice of asian or western. Walking distance to old town. The restaurant wasnt open every evening ( I think due to low season), but the food we had one evening was good. Our daughter loved the swimming pool and the lovely ladies of the staff, she didnt want to leave. Same for us and we booked an extra night.
When we arrived the welcome could have been warmer. Also in the room the first thing we found was a list of prices to pay in case we would break or stain anything in the room. No other welcome or information about the hotel or environment. That felt a bit unwelcome. But as said above, the staff we met in the morning at breakfast the next day was so incredibly friendly and nice, this feeling disappeared and we were very happy at the hotel!

Beds are not confortable, as too hard.

Staff very nice and friendly
Air condition very noisy - could not be controlled properly
Pool water dirty
Entire facility a bit run down
Breakfeast big disappointment
No drinks at bar/mini bar available in the evening - had to go to seven eleven
Electricity broke down in the morning (only our room, no one there to fix it, no lights at hand - had to pack in the dark - forgot and lost a few clothes)
Ok, it is Thailand - but for that price is too high
