Excellent value for money option

Good breakfast with several options with beautiful views to the sea. Free on-premise parking. Very big and spotless room.

Nice and spacious room with sea view. Nice staff, always available. The breakfast in the seaside restaurant, facing Corfu, it's an unique experience.

Good place to stay on the water.

My wife and I stayed in a 2-bedroom ocean view suite. One room was an interior room with 2 single beds. The other room was larger and had a king bed; this room connected directly to the balcony that had a table and chairs for 4 people. The two rooms are connected by a private hallway that also provides access to the shared bathroom and access to the balcony for the room with 2 single beds. The balcony has a nice view of the sea. There is free and secure parking on-site. There is a decent restaurant that is part of the property where the free breakfast buffet is set up in the morning. You can also get drinks, lunch, dinner, snacks, etc. at the restaurant. The restaurant is near the water’s edge. Between the restaurant and the water is a small gravelly beach with umbrellas and sun loungers that the hotel provides. Although there are restaurants and bars nearby, you could be comfortable never leaving the property.

Nothing to complain about.

Amazing place to stay, would stay again

The hotel is located away from the main strip of Sarandë therefore quiet and more local areas to eat with being just a short walk to boardwalk. The room was spotless and one of the cleanest places I have stayed. The private beach and breakfast is a great addition and made our trip more relaxing.

Perfect view and private beach

Fantastic sea view from our large 2 bedroom suite. Very high cleaning standard. Great breakfast buffet in the beach bar with sea view. Free sun beds/umbrella on the small private beach. Lots of free parking. Walking distance to city center, but still a quiet area. Highly recommended for a stay in Saranda

The small bedroom had no windows.

Recently renovated suite with sea view, and annexed beach just downstairs

Recently renovated, everything new clean and comfortable. The owner is very nice and he would even offer me a drink in the annexed beach bar. It’s a little something which adds on the positive points.

Out of the two bedrooms in the queen suite, only the main one has the sea view. the second room with single beds was behind the main room with no windows at all. This was not clear from the pictures when I booked, which are somehow misleading in this sense: they show a mix of different suites, giving this false idea of all rooms having the sea view. At least there was air conditioning in both.

I absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Family owned and the owner was always very attentive and going above and beyond for the hotel guests. Once you enter into the room you get luxurious vibe immediately, and that's not easy to find in Albania. I loved the sea view and the oversized shower. Daily fresh breakfast was also included in our stay. And they had free parking onsite for the guests, and it was spacious parking. I highly recommend this place for your next vacation or visit to Saranda, and can't wait to be back.

Spacious modern accommodation with a sea view. We particularly liked the walk in rain shower. The private beach with a view of Corfu is an added bonus. The breakfast was a veritable feast right by the sea. Walking distance of the ferry port and the central part of Sarandë.

no blinds on windows so had to close curtains - light shared with next apartment so we had light on shining into our bedroom until 130am and couldn’t sleep. for a suite it had no comfortable chairs / no lounge - could be improved

Excellent spot with spacious rooms and outstanding view

The view is spectacular. The balcony is very nice. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The WiFi, air conditioner, and hot water all work very well. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly We'd happily stay again.

Loved the place the large balcony overlooking the water.

Excellent location and very clean new rooms. Just a short walk to downtown for evening stroll. Highly recommended. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic

The location was perfect, minutes away from a private beach . The scenery from room was unbelievable - the sea during the day and lights at night from the sarande promenade . Perfect .

Everything was exceptional. Room was very spacious, modern and very clean. Wifi was very fast too. Breakfast was very delicious with great variety to choose from. The hotel had a private beach 10ft away, with its own beach accomodies (umbrella and chairs) included in the price. Free private parking also included with the price. The location was also great, with a 5 minute walk to the centre. You won't be disappointed if you choose to stay at this hotel. 10/10
