Good

The location is good. Not in the center. The beach near the apartments is also nice. Not so crowded, without loud music.

It was not cleaned properly. They didn’t even take the meat from microwave from the previous guests.

it’s not made for 6 people, no shower curtain and also not properly working, and aircon didn’t work, no bin, we mentioned these things to the host but they were not fixed

Saranda. Gorgeous sea, especially if you drive a little from the city. The accommodation is good, in general we liked it, the location is favorable. Since the apartment was located on the minus 3rd floor, it was always cool there, shade. The view from the balcony to the sea is gorgeous, but there is also a staircase next to which strangers sometimes go. Everything you need is in the apartment.

In the bedroom, the window overlooks the wall, the view is bad. It was not visible in the photo. Noisy neighbors repairing. An old rusty dryer that leaves stains on things. And bad drain in the shower. The leg in the glass table is broken, the owner was told about it on the first day. Since we have children, we did not want to hurt ourselves. But the table was not taken away or repaired. Bed linen heavily washed.

Nice location within walking distance of town & on bus routes.

The apartment was perfect for a family (4 of us) the accommodation is located on the bus route to town & to Ksamil & Butrint National Park.

Building work was going on in a nearby flat, but we assume this is a temporary thing & they worked sensible times.

Convenient stay in a spacious apartment, quite far from city center

+ the price for quality was pretty fair + apartment was spacious + location was okay, as it was next to main road with some restaurants nearby, but still quite far to the main Sarande part + many free car park places around

- owner a bit chaotic and could keep his word more precisely ;) (being on time, time of returning part of the money that was overpaid by us) - has sea view, but actually view could be better (it's on -2 ground, so part of view is on the construction area prepared for the next building)

This is exceptional value! Great location right on the beach, big enough to sleep about 7 people though we were just two. Beds were very comfortable, great communication with host

Water heater leaked when you showered. Would have loved a kettle in the kitchen for making tea, as we couldn't get the stove top to work to boil water

Amazing balcony view 😍

The balcony view is absolutely awesome, the host was super friendly and doing everything for a pleasant stay. There is a supermarket just in front of the entry.

The apartment was at a good location with a nice view, quiet during the night and free parking nearby. It haves all the necessary facilities and there was no need to turn on the air conditioner, only in rare cases because the apartment was cool itself.

This review is based for the room i stayed in ( -1/6) The apartment is really spacious and has enough lighting, has a beautiful view from the balcony, you get that free Wifi as promised and the Price is damn cheap, but it got some cons.

1.The air conditioner didn't work ( it was 37 degrees ), the maintenance guy came and told us that he can't fix it because he had to go to the capital to buy the spare parts. 2. There was no parking lot as mentioned in the description ( FREE parking! ), u gotta be lucky and find a place in front of the building or someplace near. 3.Because there was no air conditioning we had to close all the windows when we got out, when we came back it smelled badly mold, i know the air humidity is really high on the coast, but that made our stay uncomfortable and sleep with that odor.

Superb

Modern, decent-sized studio with an amazing view; you can see the sea from bed. It's located in a quiet building, in a laid-back neighborhood full of restaurants, and is about a twenty-minute walk from the center. The location is ideal if you want to explore some of the nearby sights and beaches, as the bus to Ksamil/Butrint stops about 10 meters from the building. Appliances all worked properly, and internet connection was consistent throughout my stay.

There was no wardrobe/closet, or even clothes hangers, making it inconvenient for longer stays.
