Fantastic

Breakfast was brilliant Thony and the breakfast staff was amazing specially Thony she was the best . The hotel room was lovely and I have never felt so welcome and looked after in any hotel before can’t wait to stay again

Clean, Tidy, Excellent and well presented room with helpful staff and great location.

Room was clean and tidy with great lighting and nice appliances. Bed was super comfy and move then enough room space not feeling like you are closed in. Friendly staff and definitely well presented hotel with the slightly extra price comes with the extra attention to detail and more bang for your buck.

Would only suggest parking somewhere else as car park is £12 when local ones near by are £3 for 24hrs if you don’t mind a 5minute walk.

Had higher expectations. Nearby room party destroyed my night....

The bed and bed sheets are extremely comfortable to sleep in. You get a hot cookie after checking in (tons of calories though). The location is perfect - 5 minutes walking from the central station.

There was no mini bar. The light in the closet was turned on the whole night. No windows to open and let fresh air it. The room was freezing and increasing the temperature on the AC did not help. Water in the bathroom took 30 seconds to get warm. I was given a handicapped room without asking if this was OK for me. There are no signs to find the elevators - I got lost a bit while trying to go downstairs the first time. Lastly, this is not a fault of the hotel though, there was a room party going on the whole night and people were loudly entering and exiting a nearby room and speaking very loud, so I woke up multiple times during the night.

Hotel ma dobre położenie blisko dworca kolejowego, jest czysto, pokoje są ładnie urządzone, a personel miły i pomocny

Na śniadaniu bardzo mały wybór, a jedzenie zamówione do pokoju (dania obiadowe) niestety nam nie smakowało. Dużym minusem jest brak lodówki i brak wody w butelkach.

Very nice, clean and accommodating

It’s exceptionally clean, staff were very helpful when there was a noise issue and helped me move rooms, complimentary cookie was welcomed, rooms very clean and spacious, delightful shower gel, free water and lovely bar area.

The beds were exceptionally hard. Now some people might like that but I’m just not used to it I have a slightly softer mattress. The second moan was the exceptionally loud dance music coming from the roof top bar. I couldn’t sleep. But the reception staff were very accommodating and moved me to the quietest part of the hotel. Thank you to the lady on nights at the reception area who organised that.

Nice Shortstay

Great location Right next to the train station and shopping centre, nice rooms

The rooms could’ve done with a fridge and different Comforts of pillows We also had to change rooms because we was at the front of the building and the roads were noisy, but this was no problem I moved to the back which was quieter

Fabulous hotel spotless clean amazing staff would 💯 visit again sky bar was gorgeous as was steak restaurant

Gorgeous hotel meal in the evening was lovely staff were amazing especially the bar/restaurant sky bar is beautiful with amazing cocktails and fabulous staff

The holding deposit of £50 on your room never had to do that before The annoying waiter at breakfast that kept circling our table taking items as soon you had finished when other people were still eating Parking £12 overnight when all the car parks around were £4.50 we paid £12 as car park was secure as we didn’t really know the area

The breakfast buffet was incredible with an amazing selection, food room service was also impeccable. The bed was so very comfy and the location was great and central. This visit was so see my sick father in hospital so it made for a very pleasant stay during this difficult time 😊

A really lovely hotel

The staff were always helpful and cheerful. The rooms are spotless, quiet and beds comfortable. The hotel is in a great location. The buffet breakfast was beautifully set out with lots of choices and good value. The rooftop bar is lovely with excellent service and great views of the city. We will definitely be back!

The only thing I didn't like was there was no small fridge in the room, but the staff were happy to bring us an ice bucket.

The fact that there were no mini bars, I expected the hotel to provide at least 2 complementary bottles of water per day for a guest regardless of their “Hilton honour” status. This is water, not soda or wine.

Perfect for what I needed for work but also good if you are visiting Hull on vacation

Very clean and comfortable in a perfect location for all amenities in Hull. Staff are always very attentive and cannot do enough for you. Food is amazing good choice for breakfast and evening meal was exceptional

Stayed overnight for a party held in the roof bar and was pleasantly surprised.

Comfortable bed, excellent bathroom. Despite been located at the front over a main road it was very quiet. Breakfast was excellent and a good choice.

This is realistically a 3 star hotel cut down to the bone.

Poor amenities. Extremely uncomfortable sofa bed in Junior Suite. Sofa bed mattress so thin you could feel the metal against your body. No minibar and no ice. Breakfast modest at best for a 4 star hotel.

The breakfast hall had a lovely ambience and quality food was served! The option of additional omelette was also a good one. The room and bathroom/toilet was quite spacious which is something I appreciate! The gym facility was nice 👌

Perfect as could be

Went to a family wedding. Lovely, welcoming staff, great place & all went exceptionally well. It was an amazing day & perfect at this Hilton. Best one ever been in.

The shower screen seemed a bit short & no matter how you tried water went onto the floor Only thing after a perfect stay.

nice decor - luxury feel for a good price

staff need to sort out their attitude. was standing in the queue with my sister then a gentleman came to join the queue. was obvious we were there first but when another staff member hopped on the desk to serve he completely ignored us and served the gentleman. not sure if this is a racial thing or because we weren’t dressed a certain way but they need to learn to treat all their guests the same because guess what…we’re all paying money to be here

1 , The marathon walk from the car park to reception,the marathon walk from reception to room 301…(.this is a disability booking..) typical faulty towers treatment..i think it’s a boot camp for invalids .brilliant design..the Architect deserves an Oscar.. 2 ,The details on booking.com not relating to doubletree reality…( no fridge no cooker no dining facility) Being told i should address booking.com about the problem.. 3 ,Shower framework in room 301,never been cleaned.. 4 , Shower water pressure inadequate… 5 ,£12 a night for car parking is terrible value ,i think that’s Doubletrees guilty secret.. 6 ,the parking mobile phone app is really badly designed its a nightmare to use..

Clean comfortable hotel with very friendly staff.

Staff was very nice friendly and attentive

Booked the Hilton purely because it advertised a bath in the rooms. On arrival there was no bath only a large shower. Seems petty but I paid £30 more than any other hotel in the area as this was the selling point for me. The Lexington sky bar was closed for the full evening also
