Room large and comfortable. Breakfast OK but prefer greater choice. Staff helpful.
Had to get to breakfast by going outside in the street. Car parking not terribly convenient.

I didn't have a cooked breakfast but there was everything I wanted available and the lady who served was a joy 😂.
Evening meals(I only had the main course), were good value, well presented and the staff were very polite and willing to help.
Location was good, quiet and within easy walking distance of both the station and the old town
I have nothing to say here

Easy to park in the council car park just 5mins away. Free parking permit for our whole stay. Lovely hotel, very welcoming. Perfect for our visit to the theatre. So great to stay somewhere a little unique. Set on a lovely little square.

Staff checking in and serving evening meal were lovely
The bedroom I was in had a sloped ceiling. When I got up in the night I knocked myself unconscious.
When I went down in the morning to complain there we no warning signs they just said "oh are you checking out now"
That room is really dangerous if you are taller than a pygmy
DONT STAY HERE

The welcome, service and support from staff was amazing. Our room was comfortable and spacious and we were upgraded at no extra cost following a mix up in extending our booking. I love the location. It is in a quiet, peaceful haven in the city close to the New Hull Theatre and an easy walk to the city centre. Meals were freshly made and tasty. Reliable wifi. Complimentary parking for residents.
The hotel is a little old fashioned but perfectly comfortable. I would have liked fresh sourdough bread available; and also feather pillows and down duvets in the suite rooms.

Fabulous breakfast, attentive and friendly staff, different world to staying in one of the big chains and a better price. Will be staying again.
Shower was a bit economical and towel could have been bigger.
