Buena ubicación,Falta de mantenimiento.

Buena ubicación en pleno centro de averió,tienes a mano todo,desde los famosos canales hasta museo,iglesia,cafeterias,restaurantes y el centro comercial,la cocina esta bien,el parking lo tienes justo debajo del alojamiento lo que te facilita mucho las cosas.

Conexión a Internet muy mala por no decir inexistente,la luz saltaba cada poco a nada que enchufaras el radiador para no pasar frío,la tv es muy antigua y no es smart tv así que a no ser que entiendas portugués poco o ningun uso le darás,alguna que otra humedad y grieta saltan a la vista lo que hace ver que las instalaciones tienen mucho desgaste ,en el baño la ducha no traga bien el agua,el ascensor es muy antiguo tan bien lo que provoca que cuando llega al piso siempre queda un desnivel que hace un escalón peligroso entre el ascensor y el piso mucho ojo con no tropezarse,y al estar en la última planta del edificio nuestra mala suerte fue que estábamos justo al lado del motor del ascensor,que como ya dije es muy antiguo y cada vez que alguien lo usa hace mucho ruido,por el día lo puedes tolerar pero por la noche cuenta con que te vas a despertar con algún que otro sobresalto cada vez que el elevador se ponga en marcha...

Apt. in zentraler Lage aber mit einigen Mängeln

Sehr gute Lage, gute Aussicht aus dem 6. Stock. Netterweise durften wir 1 Stunde eher in das Apt., sehr gutes Wlan. Bequemes Bett. Englischsprachige TV Kanäle vorhanden.

Das Apt. roch muffig, als wir reinkamen, es stellte sich heraus, das ein großer Teil der Wand am Fenster voller Schimmel war. Als wir den Vermieter darauf hinwiesen, kam dazu keine Antwort. Kommunikation für die Schlüsselübergabe war auch eher wortkarg als freundlich und die Anweisungen stimmten nicht (falsches Foto der Eingangstür). Das Apt. war nur oberflächlich sauber, die Kacheln im Bad und in der Küche, die Schrankgriffe etc. waren sehr schmierig und fleckig und lange nicht sauber gemacht. Auch das Geschirr musste teilweise nochmal abgewaschen werden. Es wurde zwar einmal saubergemacht während unseres Aufenthaltes und netterweise abgewaschen und der Müll entsorgt, aber auch da mussten wir nachbessern. Hätte also nicht sein müssen. Die Küchenausstattung war mäßig - kein Trinkglas und kein einziger Teelöffel, es gab nur winzige Espressolöffel. Das hätte nach der Reinigung behoben werden können, da wir ja dem Vermieter bescheid gesagt hatten, es wurde aber nichts verbessert. Unstabiler Küchentisch, der umkippen würde, wäre er nicht an die Wand gelehnt (ein Bein defekt). Der Abfluss an der Dusche lief nur sehr langsam ab, man stand nach dem Duschen in seinem eingenen Schmutzwasser. Nach 5 Minuten war das Wasser dann endlich mal abgelaufen. Auf die Großbaustelle vor der Tür (die gesamte Hauptstrasse wird erneuert) hätte hingewiesen werden müssen, um 8 Uhr ging der Lärm los. Die Arbeiten dauern bestimmt noch lange an. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass das Apartment einmal top in Schuss gewesen sein muss, jetzt aber seit längerer Zeit nicht gut gepflegt wurde.

Clean and well equipped. Nice location with easy access to the old town.

The parking garage is closed during the weekends, so you need to park (free of charge) on the public street, which can take a while until you find a spot nearby in summer time.

good for the price

The best thing about this apartment is its location. Perched in the centre of town everything is very handy. Although small, there is a good kitchen, adequate bathroom and, being perched high, a nice big window to view over the city.

They definitely need to get some working ventilation into the bathroom…. if you get my drift, and the bed is super shaky.

Very good

Location was good. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the canals. The room was clean and comfortable.

We arrived on a Sunday and weren't able to get parking until Monday morning.

highly recommended for a comfortable romantic break

free parking and close to amenities cooking facilities and washing machine cosy and compact but airy good and quick communication from Hugo

parking was free, but on occasion we stayed the car park was shut for the weekend and some confusion about getting out but Hugo was very helpful only 2 forks only 2 tiny shower gels

6th floor, unfortunately the elevator broke. We did not know there was another elevator in the back or the building & packed our luggage up the stairs. Elevator not the owners fault but not great.

Nice apartment-poor quality bed.

Clean apartment, good location, easy check in. Host is easy to communicate with, replies quickly. Everything you need is in the apartment.

The bed was very uncomfortable, pillows were so flat. Both my husband and I had a terrible night sleep.

Disappointing

Good location - the center of Aveiro

A quite dirty place - the check-in is at 4 pm but the apartment's floor was dirty. Many small insects in the kitchen. Definitely not value for money. Free parking doesn't work on Sundays and holidays - so we need to park elsewhere during the weekends because we arrived and left on weekends

Good location and modern apartment with all you would need.

The apartment was a compact but a good size for the two of us. Modern, light and airy. It was well equipped and we especially enjoyed having some TV in english when we weren't out sightseeing. Apart from a little noise when other guests accessed their own apartments it was quiet.

We appreciated the free parking nearby but it was a bit of a trek with your bags. The entrance to the building, lift and landings were clean but a bit grim and old.

The apartment was completely adequate for us, or anyone else who would like to visit Aveiro.

It's a very central location. The access to a parking garage was great as it's a very busy and crowded city in Summer. The restaurant near the entrance was an unexpected bonus. Good food and nice service. Proximity to the old city and attractions was walkable with no problem. Everyone we met or dealt with were friendly and helpful, regardless of some difficulty with the language difference. Would stay again if the need arises. We are in the process of immigration, so the location of these services was very close. We accomplished a great deal in just a few days.

The lock on the secondary entrance door was a bit difficult to operate.

Superb

Excellent location - walking distance from all of the attractions, great breakfast/brunch spot located in the ground floor of the building. The free parking facilities (essential in the city, as street parking is hard to find) was also a great plus point of our stay.

Walls of the building are a little thin, so you can hear outside noise. This could be an issue for a light sleeper, but this is probaby a problem that you could have encountered in any property and doesn't diminish the value or quality of the apartment.

Pleasant

Decent size, good location, free parking, great view from the room towards to ocean, easy check in/out.

The room was cold and hard to heat at night, had to sleep in sweat pants and sweater, not enough outlets, one of the bathroom lights didn't work, there was a bad odor that smelled like rancid garlic coming from the bathroom.

Sunny stay in a friendly "Venice" city of Portugal - Aveiro.

Dani, the lady managing this property was the really kind and met me at the train station in Aveiro and brought me to the Apt. The apt was is centrally located - just one street over to the Mercado and walking distance to the canals and all other touristic areas. It was a pleasure to be in this city - walkable - it was sunny. With colourful "Venice" style boats on the canals. The Apt is modern with views far out towards the "water".... And since it was Christmas, the streets, etc were beautifully lit up with the lights. And on the day of my departure, Dani kindly drove me to the station. How nice is that!.

great hotel on the sixth floor. my room had a nice view. the room had everything you need: stove, dishes, refrigerator, table, chairs, comfortable chair. Nice bathroom. the room is large, the bed is comfortable, the room is very clean. from the time of booking to check in an hour passed, the staff met without problems, gave their phone number-said that I can contact for any questions. great hotel! excellent location - to the station 10 minutes walk to the centre - even less. nearby there is a grocery store, souvenir shops, various cafes and restaurants.

shower cubicle may not be suitable for very tall people - my height is 160, I was comfortable, but the ceiling in the shower cubicle is lower than usual. but if you are above 185cm, I think it may be uncomfortable

An ideal location to explore Aveiro by foot

The apartment is cosy and ideally situated on the main street of Aveiro close by to all attractions. There is a free, secured parking close by that you use with the card provided by the owner. There's a lift in the property which is a plus. The bathroom is rather small but well equipped. There's sufficient storage space to store your belongings. The WiFi is excellent.
