Perfektes Hotel zum Besuch Veronas und der Arena.

Perfekte Lage direkt am Parkhaus (öffentlich) und nur wenige Schritte zur Arena in Verona und zur Innenstadt. Einrichtung topp und sehr wertig und neu. Waren schlichtweg begeistert.

Die Lage war sehr gut !! Sehr geräumig, freundlich und hell .

Kaffeemaschine war defekt, es wurde kein Wasser zu Verfügung gestellt , zb fürs Zähneputzen! Nur Minibar 😟

Room was very large, very comfortable bed, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic.

The TV didn’t work. Felt like the room was very quickly renovated and therefore many of the fittings looked to be not completed. For example pipes in bathroom were sticking out of the walls and covered in silicon, shower would completely flood the bathroom floor, and some PowerPoints didn’t work.

Bad room, difficult to find with no direction but good location.

The shower was great, location was good too and everything was in walking distance

There was no sign to the hotel, we spent so long in the heat trying to find it, till a local told us to go to the opposite hotel with a different name. They should be clear with their directions. Someone had also left the window open in our room, and there were mosquitos in the room which bit me all night to the point where I had to go to the hospital once I got back to the UK. It’s ridiculous that someone would leave the window open like that! I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Overall a nice stay.

Location. This is literally in the city centre, 2min walk to the Arena. I couldn't ask for a better stay.

I'm not a fan of the fact you have to cross the street to get breakfast or do your check in/out. It took us at least 10min in the rain to figure out where it was located since there were no signs to the hotel room.

Terrible facility

Close to the old town

I needed to check in at the hotel next street - which was a busy street with people and traffic to cross. The neighborhood was busy and noisy. The curtain did not close fully and a shop sign right out of the window shined me all night. The shower was terribly designed and the water flooded everywhere.

Great place to stay in Verona. Good size room and bathroom with a comfortable bed. All was very clean and modern. Right in the center of Verona with walking distance to the attractions, shops and restaurants.

Room was nice but spare me…. after we complained you told us the air conditioning in all apartments were switched off due to Government regulations. What a joke, after travelling Italy for 4 weeks it’s seems no one else was effected. Advertised on booking .com with A/C and heated towel rail. Both switched off. We did not get what we paid for.

Reasonable room if you are using as a base for exploring

The room we stayed in was very clean and reasonably looked after. The location of air suite is very central meaning that Verona's attractions were all within walking distance. Although basic, the breakfast I found to be reasonable. Please note that because of covid we were told breakfast to the room service has been suspended.

Unfortunately when we arrived when we tried to turn on air conditioning it wouldn't work. On contacting reception they said that it had been turned off and the heating was likely to be turned on soon. It would be nice if the hotel could adjust their description to give a period when ac would be working and when not. Also in our room the shower cubical leaked.

The room and bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable.

No A/C. I asked the front desk if the could activate the AC and they said management had already made the decision to shut the AC off for the rest of the season. The room was 24.5° Celsius (76° Fahrenheit) due to global warming its warm and humid in October. I don't care to open the windows as it does not eliminate the humidity and therefore because it's warm during the day and cold at night, you're now likely to get a cold rather than have an even temperature in your room. Either way poor management decision for a hotel that if it had A/C would have gotten a 10 rating instead I'm giving it a 4 or 5 rating.

Great location but needs fine tuning

Room size was perfect & bdroom facilities were good. Location was excellent. Easy access & yet still very secure. WiFi was easy & the room was cleaned early every morning

The shower was a disaster - water landed everywhere because the shower head was spraying all over. Bathroom facilities overall were average! The breakfast was a disaster - the room & layout was poor & the options were basic & not fresh - we only had breakfast one morning of our 3 night stay even though it was part of our package

It was just lovely!

Beautiful building, very safe, very clean, spacious room and bathroom, close to the Arena di Verona and the city center with great restaurants, cafes, cultural activities, shops and public transportation, if needed. Staff was extremely friendly and kind, they made you truly feel welcome!

Lovely stay

Perfect location in Verona in old town. Room was very modern with comfortable firm mattress.

Reception is across the road in Hotel Mastino. Also breakfast is there.

Very very poor stay, was excited about it, but upon arrival was very frustrated.

The bathroom was nice. The bed was big, however split in half (two matresses). The location was good.

The TV didn't work. The Coffee machine didnt work. The room service was non-existant. The breakfast is in another hotel - over the road. The check in is another hotel - over the road. The doors of the room were glitchy and hard to open. The room was cleaned very poorly - only in visible spots. The size of the bed was nice,however there were two little mattresses stiched together - very uncomfortable to sleep together with your SO. To get to your room, you need to go through some kind of office building. The breakfast was very poor. Everything had problems and it is not a 4 star hotel.
