Smještaj za poželjeti, savršeno 😊

Veoma ljubazni domaćini, apartman jako čist i uredan, sve kao što je prikazano na slikama, ugodnog mirisa, udobni namještaj, moderno uređeno sa stilom. Ima sve što je potrebno za ugodan boravak, od opremljene kuhinje do perilice za rublje, tv a, free wifi, terase... Pristup apartmanu je jednostavan i posjeduje vlastiti parking. Za svaku preporuku, jednom riječju oduševljeni smo 😊

Nije nam se svidjelo jedino što nismo imali vremena duže ostati u ovako divnom apartmanu😊

Cute property in the heart of Dubrovnik.

We enjoyed our stay in Dubrovnik and the host Ivana was very friendly and welcoming. The house was very clean. It is perfect for a couple or family of three. The host suggested us many different beaches around the area and an amazing traditional restaurant “Kobona Dubrava” . She was very helpful. The price of the stay was reasonable.

Very good

The host and her daughter are really nice. Even though I kept asking them about the house and the neighborhood, they didn't seem to be bothered by me. They are really kind. The apartment is neat and clean. You can cook for yourself and do your laundry.

It’s likely to confuse the picture of the house with the actual house you stay in. You can stay in a small apartment that has only one room and a kitchen. but It’s good. However, it’s not ideal that there’s no door between the room and the kitchen. When I cooked for myself, the smoke from my meal would go into my room. Additionally, the location is really inconvenient. You have to take the bus every time you want to go somewhere, and it’s difficult to climb up to the house, which left me exhausted when I arrived.

Excellent stay !

Very helpful and welcoming host. Host provided us with brochures, bus maps and times which were helpful during our stay. Great facilities, it was very nice to have a washing machine in the apartment. Good location, the bus stop not to far from the apartment.

- very spatious apartment - well equipped, we loved that we had a washing machine and a dishwasher - quiet surroundings, just on the outskirts of the city - good communication with the owner and very helpful - comfortable bed - it's a 10-15 minute drive to the beaches around - cute and very intuitive kitchen with everything on hand - nice big terrace where we could chat in the evening - even had a friendly cat visit us one day, we spent the entire morning with her - super clean

- parking was a bit far away, on a very steep road but there's nothing anyone can do, that's just the way the area is built

Not a rental flat but real home

Very good apartments. Everything inside is made with great attention to detail. The property does not feel like a rental and feels like a real home. Nice view of the city from above plus the best hosts ever.

Steps, many steps, to reach this place without a car. However, the whole of Dubrovnik is steps.

Owners were super friendly:) Everything was comfortable, clean and well-organised! The bus stop is close to the apartment and can be found easily I’ll definitely come back here;)

Overall worth it!

Basically can find all the things I need during a single night stay. Sofa is cozy where you can comfortably get a good rest back home. Shampoo and shower gel is also provided so you won’t bring travel sets if you want. The host and her lovely daughter is really nice haha and give us lot of tips during our stay. Traffic is also convenient, you take take bus 3 just down the apartment directly to the old town and from the main bus station.

The shower went cold quickly when I was taking the shower like about 10 minutes nonstop of hot water, this could be a problem, because I’m the kind of person who uses water a lot during bath. People who would like to live here could be careful about the usage of the shower.
