We were treated well by a staff member called Dat. He was sensational 👏🏽 He Made our visit so welcoming and warm. We thank him for everything.
Only thing is we had alot of luggage but no staff asked if we needed help getting it up to our rooms.
3.7
Room was clean
Parking and no pick up drop off area outside
3.7
Rooms not cleaned up each day properly, the electrical switch kept going out multiple times a night. Massive construction across the road meant verandah could not be opened up

Location
To be paying so much money for a “luxury” hotel, it was extremely disappointing that our room was filthy and dusty, leading 2 people needing to buy inhalers to help breathing from dust. Fire alarms did not work in our room and we spent 15 mins in our room before becoming aware that we were supposed to of been evacuated- found out from someone else staying in the hotel. All cutlery and appliances, as well as cushions and towels were dirty and/or stained when we arrived, and we had to wait 5 hours and ask 3 times for extra bedding for the pull out sofa we booked for.

TV’s didn’t work
Shower drain kept clogging every time we had a shower
Room was very dusty
3.7
The building was very modern. Our room had everything we needed (microwave, oven, washing machine, etc.)
The fire alarm went off everyday and we kept getting evacuated for “false alarms” which interrupted our sleep a lot.

The roof top pool. Location to the clubs in the Valley
I wouldn't pay the money I did for that size room again. To small. Being evacuated 3 times with the fire alarm in 4 days ridiculous. On 2 occasions, it was a false alarm. The other was a fire in the rubbish chute but in another building, so that was still inconvenient but understandable.

everything was close by and it was the most cleanest and most comfortable rooms we have ever stayed at
nothing, everything was good

great location near the fortitude valley area, convenient to restaurants and bars. weekend parking was free on the street so that was good. rooms very clean and nice for the amount we paid. had nice pool and spa areas although a bit cold for us on the day.
our room had an odd bathroom, it was for wheelchair access or elderly or handicap. it was a bit odd. but it was clean and nice just unusual for an apartment. on the up side it was a nice large bathroom and had a great shower.

Location, cleanliness and comfort.
Payed parking

Clean and good location
The bed was uncomfortable.
Quiet apartment was nice and clean
There were no oven mitts so I couldn’t cook without difficulty.
There was a plastic bag covering the fire alarm.
Staff seemed uncaring and bored.
3.7
Friendly staff, central location.
Very over-priced hotel. Facilities were not well maintained and the apartment we stayed in wasn’t very clean. Cockroaches were in the elevator, dust along all the skirting boards of our room, some rubbish left on the bathroom floor, and mouldy shower, empty beer cans in the pool gardens. We paid over $330 per night to stay here for the weekend and it was really disappointing for the money we spent. We won’t be back again.

Loved the Pools and Cinemas
Arrived nowhere to park to check in. Then get told it's Valet Parking, which was ok, but nowhere to load unload luggage with no help from staff, which we paid for. We went exploring the hotel as staff at reception were not very helpful. Amazing view from roof top pool then for our son walk led all through faeces all over deck and down the stairs and the stench was disgusting. Reception staff didn't seem really interested in rectifying to quick or even an apology. We then settled to our room, and the laundry smelt like trash next minute. The whole room was engulfed in a stench of sewerage and trash. Again, reception came up, and the staff member was embarrassed and said this was disgusting, which we agreed. Reception did move rooms for us, but again, there was no offer of compensation for it. Just more that we were being a nuisance to them. The next 2 days were amazing. Pools are great cinema was great but not clean the security guard walking around at 10pm to say get out of the pools is a bit much, especially when showering after the pool. Check out the same again nowhere to load the car, then for the reception to say no, you have to pay for parking even though they take $300 hold on a card. All in all facilities were great bed pillows and unit were average staff were poor cleanliness very poor. For a peppers and accor hotel this was very disappointing stay compared to the others we have stayed at.

Roof top pool
Bad Location, No Breakfast Restaurant open on any days but advertised it was, No parking onsite - Valet full, Not enough beds made up for all five of us, Room dirty - especially rug, Room did not have a balcony but i paid for one

Good location for what we wanted

location
small rooms and construction works started at 6am

Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Manager resolved issue with room and helped with other needs during stay. Despite being a busy location double glazed windows helped to keep noise down
Had an issue with drainage in room and took a long time to resolve until manager became involved and then fixed very quickly. Location is a decent walk from main attractions however we had a car and the location is central to traveling to different parts of the city.
3.7
location and ease of access
external noise from ongoing constructions (beginning early in the morning)
3.7
The pool
I was asking for higher level and they put me in the lowest level possible

The rooms were very nice & the rooftop pool area was excellent. Staff excellent as well.
Not enough security for late night time
3.7
good location. clean, friendly helpful staff.
self parking and walking back to the hotel is really inconvenient for me. I’m sure others won’t mind the 5-10 min walk to and from the hotel.

1 staff make was rude 3 times. Female staff were lovley
3.7
Central location, close to train station/bars/groceries
There was a horrendous smell in the side lobby and lifts.
There were also no spots open for breakfast at the hotel or close by on a weekend.

Great views on the 26th floor, aircon worked well, friendly staff.
Curtain in the shower broken and wouldn’t shut, elevators were broken and had to wait 10 minutes for a lift at times, door was flimsy and wouldn’t open with the key card. Too expensive for what it was and couldn’t even use the rooftop pool that was the initial reason I chose to stay at this hotel. Am quite disappointed at how much you pay for not great quality.
