Good for an Overnight Stay

Great stay, great bartender.

Clean room and comfy bed. Food was nice and the happy hour from 5-7 was an excellent touch. Nicholas behind the bar was superb. Every suggestion he made was on point. All the staff were really kind and helpful especially as we had a little bubble with us. Really pleasant pre-flight stay overall.

The pool was freezing which wasn’t unexpected, but would have just polished off what was an already excellent stay.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to others.

The staff were lovely. Very helpful. Dinner was beautiful and good value for money. The room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was way overpriced for what was on offer.

We arrived late in the day after a 6 hour international flight and we were given a room with bathroom facilities for disabled which is not normally a problem but the basin was near shower and if you wanted a shave you did so with wet feet. The bath mat can only cope with so much water. The bed was reasonably comfortable but bottom and cover sheet didn’t make it to end of bed by about 200mm ( we don’t like sleeping with tucked in sheet). As we didn’t eat on plane we hoped to grab something from the restaurant but was closed (understandably) but when we looked at menu for room service it was very limited to mostly burghers of various kinds and other gluten food. The only non gluten food we could find was a cold cesar salad. We understand you can’t get a full range of food in a room service menu but it would have been good to have at least one additional gluten free option and preferably hot. Being at the airport with late arriving flights you would think all types of people could be catered for. We noticed a lot of of dusk particles in the air in the room.

A quick stay before travel in a convenient and clean hotel with friendly staff

Very clean and lovely and close to Brisbane Airport. Fine dining restaurant and bar.

The swimming pool was lovely but unfortunately not heated.

Short stay at Pulman

I like everything. The position,the friendly staff reception and restaurant. I was travelling with handicap Mum and Brad was extremely helpful on arrival and check out. The service in the restaurant and the exellent choice of wine 🍷 👌 made my short stay very pleasant.

HEAVENLY BEDS AND PILLOWS

The beds and pillows are HEAVENLY. Best night's sleep I've ever had. Excellent bathroom. Nice room.

Disappointed with TV system and inclusions/exclusions. Even basic hotels have Netflix or Foxtel movies for guests, but Pullman still charges for movies and have an exceptionally archaic tv system. (But given the heavenly beds I wouldn't let this stop me staying there again).

Handy to airport but next time somewhere else.

Close to the airport.

Room way too cold and couldnt get twmp up above 19 degrees. Too much highly perfumed chemicals used in cleaning. I would have had breakfast but firebrigade called out. Lifts not working. So because of delay i told them i couldnt stay. Still charged breakfast inclusive price. For me the bed was not comfortable.

The prices for a wine in the bar was over the top expensive absolutely ridiculous prices Plus we had a cheese platter with one bit of cheese the worst platter we have had and again over priced We never complain but the prices are so wrong

The bed was comfortable

There were no directions available as to how to get from the airport to the hotel. When I called the hotel, 4 times, my calls were not answered. When I finally got to the hotel by walking unsafeluy on roads, the hotel reception worker told me that the phone number sent to me by Bookings.com was incorrect.
