Scenic and relaxing jungle paradise

The property was gorgeous, nestled down in the jungle giving it a very exotic and peaceful feel. The location is a nice distance away from central Ubud, however everything you might need is easily accessible including spa, dining, and refreshment options. The staff were extremely helpful, courteous, and respectful. Overall, Cloud Nine offered an experience to remember and we could not recommend it more. From the little touches, like the welcome drink, to the thoughtful perks, such as the awesome pool view or delicious breakfast, this made an amazing place for a honeymoon. A big thank you to the team.

Exceptional

The view is breathtaking! This is a beautiful luxury villa. It is close to the Campuhan ridge walk to Ubud. We had a fantastic breakfast every day made with special detail. The people were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again. There is a lovely coffee shop and restaurant, The Shed within a few meters.

Paradise! Would recommend

Cloud nine is absolutely gorgeous. Feels like paradise in the jungle. It is a little outside of Ubud but that’s what we loved about it. It felt very peaceful with only jungle noises to hear from our room. The bed was the comfiest I think I’ve ever slept in. The breakfast is also incredible as are the very helpful butlers.

The wifi was terrible - very slow. Although we didn’t want to be on our phones much, it would have been helpful so that we could do research and plan our days.

I would have liked to buy dinner and lunch at cloud nine, and not take away. Just becaurse their breakfast was so nice, that if tje made lunch and dinner, it would have been amazing

Superb

The staffs were super friendly and helpful. They made us feel at home and welcomed. The food was good and the service was the best apart from our arrival. The trip was our honeymoon, so the staff decorated the room really lovely, we really loved our stay in general.

We were lost upon arrival as the sign was tiny. Besides, when we arrived before the check-in time of 20 mins there were no receptionists as they were busy cleaning the rooms. We had to walk really far downstairs with the heavy luggage. However, when we checked out, the staff helped us bring our luggage up.

Paradise in Ubud

I loved everything, the place was amazing it was a piece of heaven ❤️

I loved the place, it was modern, well furnished. The staff was very nice and helpful always there for anything we needed. The view was so beautiful it was out of this world. I really recommend this place for anyone who likes nature and want to relax.

location was amazing! views were out of this world. the view from the pool was 10/10

had a gecko in my room that went off during the early hours but didn’t mind overall. he got rid of all the insects 🐜

Blissful stay at Cloud Nine Estate

A beautiful sanctuary a little out of Ubud with lovely spaces to relax, and very friendly and accommodating staff. Great coffee shop overlooking the trees just down the road, and had a great massage at Karsa Spa, also nearby. Just 45 mins into the centre of town over the ridgetop walk. Thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will be back without a doubt.

Either need to hire a bike or arrange taxis to get to town if not up for the 45 min walk. Staff very helpful on this though.

Great family run villas.

Staff and owners were so lovely. They went to great effort to make my birthday so special- setting up decorations and even a cake!! The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. Breakfast and tea time were beautifully presented and it was great to taste local foods. Pool was nice- a little cold in June as not much sun. The ridge walk from the Estate into the main part of Ubud was great- we did this walk twice.

Stairs leading down to property were very slippery and dangerous. Lots of mosquitos and ants in the villa- which is to be expected in the jungle! Bathroom and upstairs bedroom weren’t sealed to outside, meaning you couldn’t avoid bugs in the villa. Dog at neighbouring villa was a little aggressive- baking/growling and not letting us past to access our villa, at times. A little far from central Ubud. 20min taxi ride.

The Lotus Villa was very spacious and perfect for our young family, the included breakfast and afternoon tea was excellent, and the owners and staff were attentive without compromising our space. The setting of the villas overlooking the river valley and jungle is very special. Cloud Nine Estate is a beautiful property.

Escape to nature

Fantastic location overlooking the lush green valley. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Feels remote but still close to all the major hotspots in Ubud.

Nothing, but worth noting you need some sort of transport to go around because it's located in a bit isolated street

It is an amazing place, beautiful and blissful decor. Perfect place to unwind and connect with self. Great walks along campuhan ridge nearby with many scenic cafes. Breakfast and its presentation were fab. It is a great place to select during times like this, provides perfect solitude. One can enjoy the holiday without being over cautious 😊
