we use the apartment as a base to see friends who live locally. It was very close to the lake and all the facilities for

very modern, very comfortable facility, especially liked the washing machine and dryer and the coffee machine in the kitchen.

Lovely appartment when you find it. A little out of the centre but it worked for us and our needs.

The apparment was very spacious. It was lovely.

It was difficult for us to find our room. After we did find it it was clear that it was at the start but we didn't know this and so walked alot up alot of steps for no reason - this was our fault but maybe a message to let us know that the appartment is accessed at the first entrance as we come into the area would be helpful. I did try to reach out to the hosts but they did not reply. It took is 40mins wandering around trying to find the correct one. Then access to the front door was easy but we could not get into our appartment. We had a key fob on our phone which did work in the end but it took several attempts. Again, I reached out to the hosts but they did not reply. this was quite worrying at one point as we didn't know what to do. We just kept trying and eventually we got in. We also thought we had an oven but it was actually a microwave which did make it difficult to cook. the washing machine we thought was in the appartment too but it was not.

The apartment are clean and modern.

We stay there for 2 nights. Woke up 9am found not hot water to shower.😡😡 and we have a 2 years old baby to clean up

Everything perfect. I will return whenever possible.

Excellent apartment. Close to everything. Parking included at the door of the accommodation. I rented a car, maybe if you don't have a car you may have to walk to access the shops and restaurants, about 5 minutes away. The lake is about 15 minutes away on foot. Children's playgrounds in the surroundings. I will return at another opportunity, without a doubt.

Just a suggestion. As I stayed for 11 days, the consumables had to be replaced: toilet paper, soap, napkins, but nothing we couldn't afford.

Although trains pass nearby, no specific noise is heard. The silence is perfect. The access to the apartment is based on an electronic key. The staff was very kind and assisted me by phone.

The access to the location is made through a narrow street, which at a certain moment seems to stop suddenly. But if you go further you will discover the location in all its splendor

Very close to Lausanne. Very clean and organized. The apartment had everything we needed during our stay. They even had coffee capsules and tea bags (although we don't drink coffee and we brought our own tea, this is a very nice gesture!)

They charge extremely high rate for pets: *40 CHF per day* for small dogs, although they don't have to do anything about the house pets during the stay. Also, for 2 nights stay they wanted to charge us 3 days for the dog (120 CHF). In the end we decided to come without the dog since Hundhotel (hotel for dogs) at another place charges 35 CHF per day and offers complete care. Also, a minor thing - we didn't get any hand or shower soap or shampoo. We had our own, but it's something that guests should be aware of before coming.

Pet Friendly! Car Park Friendly! Easy Access! Beautiful terrace! Incredible TV !!! Comfortable bed! Top Location! Honestly speaking, some reviews i have read made me confused not to book it before.. The place is much much better than I expected and i will definitely book it for a month! So happy I found my perfect place for my dog and me for a reasonable price that is definitely worth it! P.S. I am not from the people that takes time for a review.. but here I couldn’t not do it )))
