location very good but others and rooms are very poor . I came here in july and they have airconditions ,so stay was avarage .

Arrogant staff, small room, very dusty room and toilet ceiling very short, very loud, no privacy.

Very Arrogant staff - treating the guest like prisoner He told in the beginning that room is not allocated because phone number not working, then I have to argue with him to get the room. while travelling how the mobie will work. There are lot of way to contact us email, whatsapp. Room is very very small and lot of dust inside the room not cleaned. Next to room is one temple and full time songs played very loudly The window cannot be closed properly, lot of mosquitos entering inside Toilet ceiling height is very short cannot stand upright Toilet not flushing properly Not cleaning the dust bin Even the bedsheets and the pillow cover not changed and looking dusty. We have to request then only they will do. They always close the main door and we have to wait outside for the room service to come and open the door. Not value for money. No Privacy. sound coming from everywhere.

basic amenity good only if u take bath in Ganges river and do lot of activities around riverside and ghat

location if u have activities around that and river it has got a river view and u can walk down the stairs from hotel to river

cleanliness of bathroom main entrance accessibility is poor as car and auto will not reach there so u need to carry luggage’s for 1 km before u get an auto/taxi

Worst Stay I have ever booked in my Life.

Me and my female friend visited banaras and stayed in Alakhnanda guest house. In reality we didnt like anything about this place. The only thing which kept us here was , because it was near to ghats and kashi mandir. Also only and only the a/c in the room was working fine.

1. The room was too small and the bathroom was worst it was so tiny that we both were not even comfortable in seating down to pee or poop. 2. When the room was alotted to us, the bed was done neatly but the bedding were not changed to fresh before our arrival. 3. There were used packets and bottles of snacks in the sode drawers also it was dusty all over the place. They didnt wiped it off. Even after we told them to do so. 4. There was no room service and no facilities at all. 5. There were tiny tiny insects all over the room infact over the bed too. Only we know how me managed to sleep. 6.. Over all worst stay ever in my life. We were bound to stay there because we are females and all other places were faced so we couldn't shift to a new hotel and major we already needed to pay here 3000 for the stay.

Staff akshay is very good person. Location is very near to ghat All rooms having river view Near to temple and ghats Not suggestive for couples having below 5 year kids or family members above 55 as its has some distance to cover by walk from main Access road

Wash room did not have a wash basin, nor a mirror.

Well, I liked everything about this place. Friendly staff, decent room and amenities, a great view of the Ganges and situated on an excellent location to walk around the ghats. Well don't expect too much luxury, but for me, this place exceeded my expectations. Special mention and thanks to Akshay and the boys.
