will not rent this house anymore if im going to stuttgart again.

the owner expects 15-20 people to share one bathroom? i wasn’t expecting that at all. the location also quite far from the city centre so there’s no benefit at all staying at this house. the room is also very small. there is also no space to put our shoes so our room was very smelly after a long day walking around stuttgart because of we need to put our shoes in our room.

Host left us on the road in the middle of the night!

We requested late arrival instructions, but we never entered the structure as we never received the access codes and we never got answers to our phone calls. Finally, we had to take a taxi and find another place for the night. We judge the behaviour of the host as unacceptable.

I loved how comfortable it was. The bedrooms had a nice size, me and my friends fit really well. The bathroom was really clean.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL !!!

Location was pretty good, not far from the highway.

Don't stay in this place ! 1. From the moment that you book it you will get an email / Whatsapp with 5000 rules, and penalties that you must pay if you check out late, if you break the cable of the key ( fabulous system), if you park in front of the location, etc. You don't feel like a respected guest, but an enemy which will be charged at anytime, and the system is made that they will charge you if they get the chance. 2. Check-in time is very late ( 15:00) and i wrote that i arrive by that time and the guy there told me to come at 15:30 even though the rule is 15:00. I arrived at 15:00, took the keys from the box and realized nobody was in the ,,hotel", so i realized that the guy had no motivation to do his work in the morning and wanted to win time on my comfort 3. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO respected Covid rules, he guy was not even wearing a mask while working inside, none of the guests did, no soap in the bathroom, etc. 4. This is not a hotel, that's why in the fotos he just shows fotos of the beds, nothing else !!! Mostly construction workers sleep there, and after seeing the mirrors on the ceiling i realized that this place was turned into an accomodation, but earlier it was from another kind of ,,industry" maybe... 5. no parking close to the place, you must find on the nearby streets 6. it is more like a hostel, common bathroom, and mostly construction workers there, which means that at night you must have a very deep sleep to relax. 7. i was in my room working on my PC, and the guy knocked on my door ( i didn't answer), and he steped inside of our room without saying anything, no mask, and took from the 5 beds, 2 pillows away ( we were a family of 3), which shocked me. This atmosphere and behaviour made us feel very bad and we left the next morning. 8. the sun protection at the windows are left down, so the room is very dark, like in jail, and you can't move them up, because it is mechanically impossible. 9.

Disappointing

The bed sheets, towels and toilet were clean.

The property did not tell the truth about the place. The pictures were not the same as those shown at the reservation time. The pictures were deleted after that. No clean cup. Dirty electric kettle. Defect dishwashing machine. Very very poor internet connection. We got a message from property that we cannot download anything and we are only allowed to check the email and send text. All at all our residence at the property was very bad. My son was also bitten by an insect. The naibour in the beside room opened our the door of our room, as she had tough that the room is the toilet. The property was not suitable for families.
