좋은 오션뷰, 친절한 직원분들. 립스틱 자국 머그잔 기억에 남았습니다.

직원분들이 너무 친절 했습니다. 감사합니다.

객실내 커피포트 와 머그잔 위생 관리 엉망이었습니다. 머그잔 립스틱 자국은 전화 해서 방바꿔 달라 할뻔 했습니다.

Definitely Gangrung is better than Sokcho

Location, bakery downstairs, staffs were amazing

Breakfast buffet was little lame. You gotta be dog lovers to enjoy the stay. Also accept the fact that swimming pool is not free, not worth for the money- would recommend just enjoying the beach! Didn't see any room service available

You need to pay for all facilities and sanitary items - pool, sauna, tooth paste & brush, in the room to spoons and coffee.

No Go - book Seamarq instead Not worth your money

Location is next to the beach

1. Room is small 2. No amenities provided 3. Have to pay for everything extra 4. We had EFL (Executive Lounge) included - was the poorest we've ever seen. Only wine - No beer, poor side menu , cup noodles 5. Dinner for ₩80,000 a person at Oh Crab dining. There was hardly any seafood! No crab - except for some poor pieces 6. We mailed the hotel in the morning if early check in was available - No response for 4 hours and then a message in Korean that we would just need to come to hotel to see if it was possible. 7. Tv quality was horrible 8. Although the hotel was located right next to the beach - before entering the hotel there were no facilities to wash or brush sand of. 9. The phone charger didn't work 10. Loud music at night from pool? 11. We came to check room for VIP guests, but we won't recommend it.

very clean and modern, friendly staff, short walk to beach

lack of small details (re: coffee, sugar, creamer, cottage swabs, tooth brushes, etc)

Clean and space room.

I was given a room on a lower floor, so the view was blocked and stuffy. There were not enough towels and cups in the 3-person room. The hotel is so big but has insufficient elevator, so that it took a long long time to wait for the elevator.

Fantastic vacation 🥰

I love how big the hotel with 3 towers divided into Lake, Pine, Ocean Tower. Guests can park on the basement or the higher level parking area. Check-in was so smooth and fast that we only need few minutes. This time we got the Lake Tower for 16th floor (half ocean view) and 6th floor (back view). The hotel has a ice cube machine and microwave machine provided on 8th floor. The amenities were good but they do not provide the toothbrush, sandal, toothpastes which you can buy with vending machine on each floor near elevators or convenience store on 1st floor (which is more less expensive than the vending machine). The hotel and the beach is very near and great to have a nice walk with great view. To the left side there are restaurants and cafes near by just by walking the beach. To the right side with a distance you can visit the cafe street. The hotel provide you with self check-in and checkout processes which is very convenient.

The 6th floor was pet friendly floor that allows guests to stay with their pets. But my family did not have a pet and have to stay at that floor is little bit uncomfortable because of the noises. I did not know that floor was for that purpose until we get on that floor. It would be great if there was other options or notice beforehand to us.

really comfortable bed. good bakery in the building. directly at the beautiful beach . infinity pool was great

next to a big road and the room was next to the outdoor air condition machinery. therefore the balcony was completely unusable

Good but (sadly) not great

Room was very comfortable. Nice views of mountains out the back. Short walk to a nice beach with coffee shops and restaurants.

Check-in took a long time. I was pushed out the way a lot when queueing at the concierge desk. Prices of the facilities and amenities were very high. Felt like I didn't get much value for the price of the room I paid. Using the elevators was a real stress.

the rooms were clean and the whole staff was very hepful

the beach is 2 mins walk but you can not swim in the sea in front of the hotel, because the beach is a non-swimming zone. you need to walk to the other beaches. you have to pay for the swimming pools which does not make any sense. even extra towel costs money road facing rooms are noisy when you need to open the doors
