Hele sfeervolle en ruime kamers op een prachtige locatie vlakbij de ruïnes. Super vriendelijk personeel wat in alle wensen wilt voorzien, met goed eten (ontbijt en diner mogelijk). Comfortabel verblijf en bed. Lekker zwembad.Gelegen in de jungle. Oase van rust!

It’s a very quiet hideaway, very peaceful. The pool seemed well maintained and the rooms are a generous size. The view onto the adjoining field was lovely. Perfect for a quiet night or 2 away. Area is remote so have the number of a taxi on hand. Adriana and staff treated us like family.
A tad remote, but we knew this before booking.

The nature surrounding this place was amazing! The sounds of all the monkeys and birds was magical! Staff was amazing. The room was huge! And definitely get up for sunrise here.... wow!
I didn't have hot water in my room until the last day. Apparently the burner wasn't on full. But this was not bad enough to merit any real bda review. Everything else was perfect.

I absolutely loved the soul of this place, adriana has decorated with stained glass everywhere which makes this place magical, the staff was also very kind and the room was clean and pretty.
4.3
the property and rooms are beautiful.
Breakfast was namesake would have been good to mention upfront because included breakfast was not really y sufficient and forced but breakfast in menu they provided.

Really beautiful and in a fantastic location. The staff were INCREDIBLE - everyone we met was so helpful and friendly. We arrived early and not only did they make us lunch (we did pay but still so generous to get one of the staff to cook something for us when the kitchen was closed) but they gave us a temporary room while they finished cleaning ours. We ended up spending an entire day in and around the pool because of how gorgeous it was. Honestly couldn’t have faulted anything. Also, the dinner was delicious with a well stocked bar!
everything was perfect

Staff was very friendly, always willing to help out. Rooms are spacious, airconditioned, and beautifully decorated. The hotel is located just out of Palenque centre, making it a very quiet and peaceful place to stay. I cannot recommend them enough. 10/10.
4.3
Beautifully designed (especially the pool area) comfy bed, cool room, good wifi signal, great food, very friendly staff
A total haven
Slightly off beaten track but adds to haven feeling and it’s still very close to ruins and centre of town

You were way outside the noise of the town (note that the road leading to Villas Adriana is quite bumpy). The view from one of the many hammocks or the terrace of the restaurant is fantastic (just nature) and the pool was very refreshing and spacious. The breakfast and Dinner meals were very tasty (try a totally self-made pizza!).
There was private parking on the premises and you got your room cleaned and towels changed every day.
Last but not least: The staff was very helpful and friendly at all times - we even received a little give-away in the end!
Some appartments are missing possibilities to hang your wet clothes (e.g. the Sun Village) and we could have done without the two or three rather wornout sofas on the premises.
Lastly, the generator in front of the Sun Village appartement was pretty noisy.

The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and the placement is stunning. Really nice lodges which make you feel you’re right in the heart of the jungle.
Whilst the rooms themselves are nice, some of the staff are really not welcoming at all. Adriana herself tried to pressure us into booking a tour for 700 pesos when we asked her about a colectivo to Roberto Barrios Waterfalls. After eventually backing down and saying she would get back to us with the info, she never did. The bar and restaurant are lovely, but the food is exceptionally basic and really not worth the money they charge. Reminded me of being back in student halls, making cheap pasta dishes. Having said that breakfast is much better fare, though that looked like it was handled by a different group of chefs.

We enjoyed our short stay here. The room was very spacious and clean, super comfortable bed and nice look and feel. A lot of shadow places to hide from the heat in the garden and amazing open nature view. The host was super welcoming and was very genereous towards us, allowing us to keep enjoying the facilities until late in the evening even after check out, while taking care of organazing our taxi. I must say the stay exceeded my expextations after reading some reviews before.
I would recommend the host to change "breakfast included" to "breakfast available". You get free coffee and toast with jam, however it is a bit misleading that extra orders are charged seperately.

Good wifi, friendly and helpfull owner, nice room and very comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Generally good atmosfere.

We had an amazing experience, we could join a icebath in the morning and went to a local temascal. we had a lot of fun and enjoyed our time here.
Breakfast could be a little more, maybe eggs or yoghurt would be great.
4.3
The location is awesome, and so is the room and the whole villa as well! It really feels like you are in the jungle. The rooms are bug proof and no insects or spiders have been inside during our stay. You can hear the monkeys in the jungle during the evening and see the tempels of Palenque during the morning (from our room).
The beds are good and the breakfast is good too.
The staff is friendly and the owner talked a lot with us, absolutely an amazing guy who really let us feel home there.
Nothing, it was perfect

the view was was wonderful,
loved toucans flying across sky,
sounds of monkeys and birds in the morning, even the cows and bulls 🙈😁😂
at night seeing the stars ✨
very welcoming staff
odd smell sometimes, music from hotel next door sometimes till 3am…

beautiful setting just off the main road to the ruins- great location. really good food, lovely staff and a very refreshing pool.
breakfast was a staple fruit, coffee and toast offering with the option to pay extra for eggs, pancakes etc.
4.3
Great location near Palenque ruins. Nice pool and beatiful views.
There was no one there to welcome us but the gardner, so no info on breakfast or wifi on arrival. The airconditioner in the room did not function properly. The mattresses were extremely hard on a noisy wooden frame. Very basic free breakfast, have to pay for any extra's beside bread with jam.
4.3
Friendly staff, good food options, quiet room
The shower was cold
4.3
Perfect location, beautiful rooms, good food, a super friendly staff and two adorable dogs!
Nothing, everything was perfect.
4.3
very nice atmosphere, friendly staff and beautiful accommodation.
4.3
Location was nice.
‘Breakfast included’ is not correct - you just get a cup coffee & some fruit - after waiting for 45 minutes. The rest you have to pay extra.
Swimming pool was not clean. The “sky suit” was suite litteral… there was a storm at night, it was pooring rain inside the room.
4.3
the peaceful feel of the place and staff. so many outdoor sitting areas.
There’s road traffic early in the morning but only one of us was woken by it. other rooms may not encounter this
4.3
when we arrived at the hotel we immediately felt zen. the host is very friendly and speaks good english. the food they prepared was delicious. we had the most amazing calzone with veggie’s and tuna. it was a challenge to finish the calzone with the two of us because it was so big. also there is good wifi and also the possibility to have a warm shower. to be at this hotel was an experience itself along with palenque. the jungle is beautiful and the hotel managed it to make you feel that you are in the jungle already. we would recommend this place for everyone, a big 10 for us!!
4.3
Very nice hidden gem surrounded in the jungle, very calm and we had a room with a 360° view. The host was very welcoming and caring, prepared excellent food and was very helpful.
Nothing to complain about.

You should know that Villas Adriana is a place where to stay more than 48 hours. The hotel decor and the whole setting is unique, with nature all around that you can adire from different spots. The rooms and the shared spaces are finely decorated with artisanal glass and other peculiar pieces. My room was very comfortable with all the mentioned services working well. The staff has been very friendly, professional and helpful to arrange tours and transports. The bar serves some delicious meals and this is very useful since the hotel is far from other restaurants and from the center. If you eant to enjoy a peaceful stay not far from Palenque ruins stay definitely here!
The door handle of my room needs some reparation from the inside and the mosquito nets as well, which have some holes. but I didn't have any problems
4.3
Everything was absolutely perfect - Villas are near to Palenque archeological site, but in the middle of nowhere, so you can relax there. We became a sky-suit with an amazing view over the area. The swimming pool was pretty cool and they do have an small “restaurant”-it’s a large terrace with a good view, where the stuff makes your breakfast/dinner ready and you can just chill there drinking your cold beer.
There is nothing to complain about.
4.3
The staff was awesome. They were down to earth, super fun and helpful. We really liked them all.
We loved the sky suite for its amazing view and cool jungle vibe.
We loved listening to howler monkeys and birds everyday and waking up to a beautiful sunrise.
We stayed for 4 nights and 3 out of 4 of the afternoons and evenings there was very loud music from across the street. That ruined the jungle and relaxing vibe a lot for us. 3-4 hours everyday we also needed to listen to kids yelling from the pool area as there is no sound isolation.
But if you don’t mind that kind of things the place is pretty perfect in our opinion.
We hope they’ll but up a shower curtain and some small door to the toilet as there is very little privacy.
A lot of reviews comments on the poor maintained pool. Still haven’t seen a very maintained one in Mexico, so maybe that’s just how it is.

It was a funtastic stay with especially really helpful personal. Best stay to calm down in the atmonsphere of a Jungle. Loved it!!!

We had great stay. Room was spacious, nice shower. Great location, although road was super bumpy, but it wasnt huge deal.
Everything was fine.

The property is charming and full of character. Our room was excellent with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating to our needs. Highly recommended!
