Room was large, well appointed and the staff were super friendly and customer focused.

The bed and pillows were the most comfortable throughout my time in Albania. Very modern, comfortable room. Great location. Food really good at the restaurant. The staff were helpful and accommodating. I would recommend staying here.
The AC was not very powerful and struggled to cool the room during the day. The coolest it would get was 22. At night, it would get down to 20. Also, in order to allow the air to flow into the room, I had to keep the curtains open on the one window. Otherwise, the curtains would cover the AC vent.

Room size was good
Breakfast was convenient
- our rooms were in the ground floor. The room smelled like sewage. We informed the receptionist several time and they send a house keeper to clean however the smell was still the same which is a downside for the hotel

Central location, close to the pedestrian area, restaurants and supermarkets. Big parking just opposite the hotel. We got a free upgrade and the room was spacious and clean, with AC and hot water. Breakfast was amazing at their nearby restaurant (3min. walk from the hotel). A fitness room/gym is also available but not in the same building (2min. walk, just across the parking lot). Meri at the reception was welcoming and helpful.

Exceptionally friendly, helpful staff. Very central location but also quiet and peaceful. Having an underground garage where I could safely store my bike was great.
I would have liked the option to have coffee or breakfast in the hotel but it was only 50 metres to all the cafes on the Main Street so no problem really.

location, staff, food in the restaurant
no space to sit in the room to do some writing or checking emails in your laptop

The hotel is located in the center of Shkoder not far from the pedestrian street where many restaurants and coffee shops are located. The restaurant and hotel are separate but are close together. The rooms are clean, the staff friendly.

I like “Elita’s” location. Everything is an easy walk.

Excellent staff who were always ready to help us and really go above and beyond - they booked our tickets for the Koman Ferry, as well as a taxi back from Theth and a taxi from Ulcinj (Montenegro) and could always answer our questions. The hotel itself is good with all the facilities in good condition. A great breakfast and a great location, only a short walk from the main streets in Shkoder.
