The hotel is good, located next to a nature park, roman ruins and historical landmarks. Close to many local restaurants and attractions. Beautiful and peaceful small town with many animal and bird species, rich ancient cultures and heritage.
Food was poor for the money. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were overcrowded and I literally couldn’t even get in. Some of the hotel guests were really disrespectful, loud and dirty. I can’t recommend this place. Really disappointing for the price.
Poor food, only one sauna and salt room - really bad maintained , really poor conditions in the SPA CENTRE. It didn’t worth it at all!

5.0
Swimming pool, whirlpools, location, friendly staff, clean and tidy
Nice as a whole, only the coffee machine and the coffee itself were horrible
3.5
Breakfast was basic but nothing exceptional. It was clean and tidy, but staff were a bit unfriendly at times.
The restaurant menu was offering a limited selection of most common Bulgarian dishes.

It is a big, old communist time hotel, quite big that's why it was the only option for a reasonable price when we stayed there. There is a swimming pool that you can use. Like any hotel in Hisarya everywhere is walking distance. I can just say price was reasonable given the fact most/all hotels were booked at that time.
- Breakfast is below average
- Most workers look unhappy, they are not doing their job with joy
- Receptionist were OK/smiley
- if you come with a car or taxi, you cannot unload your luggage at the door like in other hotels, so first you have to walk to reception for checking, then with your lugguage you have to go all the way back to the parking (if you have car make sure you don't unload your luggage) and enter your room section from there

Very clean all around but very cold spaces including the spa.

It is friendly
They did not renovate. It is still like 10 or 20 years ago.

The hotel is nice, the water slide is great.
There are many adults in the children's pool

The hotel was clean and tidy except for the SPA. The personnel were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is okay. The location is quiet - no loud neighbours nearby.
There is free parking with enough capacity.
SPA is tiny for the capacity of the hotel. The hotel for 500 + guests has a sauna for 6! And just one jacuzzi.
The jacuzzi itself was really dirty.
Also, stuff in the lobby bar is unnecessarily expensive.
Overall hotel is quite shabby and rusty for the money they want.
4.0
The size of the pool. The balcony. The location.

This hotel has a perfect location. The beautiful park is just around the corner, and there are numerous restaurants, offering local food. I was impressed with the breakfast. It was delicious like a good home-style country breakfast. We had an enjoyable four days at the SPA with a sauna, salt room and massage. The inside pool is very clean, water is coming from the thermal spring with a temperature of 29 Celsius and the jacuzzi is just perfect for relaxing.

They have a good size pools both indoor and outdoor with mineral water. Even though the indoor pool was over crowded we were able to even swim. They reacted immediately to our complaint that the room smells like cigarettes and they sent someone to bring us keys for another room. There's clothes line on the balcony. Very thoughtful.
Only the kids pool outdoors was with water warm enough. The inside pool was overcrowded at all times as well as the jacuzzi. The sauna I was able to use in the morning. The afternoon was packed.
