This bright and spacious four bedroom LOWER LEVEL condominium is located less then 2 blocks from Wildwood's Convention Center, beaches and boardwalk. The boardwalk is 2.5 miles long with amusement piers, restaurants, and specialty shops.

Families can relax on the deck, or sit back and relax in front of the fireplace.

Wireless Internet is included at no additional charge.

The Family Room has a 49" Smart TV.

The kitchen table has 6 chairs, and the kitchen island has 6 stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with service for 10, a blender, toaster, toaster oven, KEURIG coffee maker and all needed pots, pans, and utensils for cooking.

The living room has a huge sectional.

This smoke-free condominium has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser with full mirror, closet, additional dresser, Smart TV and a full bath.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, dresser and end table, and a Smart TV.

The third bedroom has queen size bed, 2 dressers, closet, and a Smart TV.

The fourth bedroom is our "kids" room with a triple twin bunkbed, a 3/4 Full futon, dresser/desk, closet, and a Smart TV.

Convenient outside shower in the back yard to clean off after a long day at the beach.

A charcoal grill is provided for barbecuing.

Convenient parking for up to 3 vehicles.

A fully stock garage with plenty of beach accessories (chairs, boogey boards, and beach toys).

The home was located a short walk to the beach, mini golf, boardwalk and several restaurants. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out. Overall we had a great time!!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Jersey Shore condo during our 4th annual brothers and cousins trip! The condo had everything we needed, from comfortable beds to a fully equipped kitchen. The location was unbeatable—we were within walking distance to some of the best restaurants and activities Wildwood has to offer. It was so convenient to step out and enjoy the vibrant local scene without needing to worry about driving. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it the perfect home base for our trip.year! Highly recommend!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this location. The house was cozy and clean. We loved the front porch and the decor. Everything was what we hoped for and more. The boardwalk and beach were nearby as well as restaurants we walked to for lunch and dinner. The host was accommodating and responded quickly. We had children all ages, they loved everything about this property. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. We will be back!

This property is a great location. Only a few minutes walk from beach, boardwalk, and convention center. Off street parking for 3 cars made it convenient especially during a holiday week. Clean and comfortable. Hope to be back!

This wonderful beach house was warm and inviting upon walking into it. It was clean and tidy and the decor and style added to the overall warm and upbeat vibe. My boyfriend and I stayed with two of our couple friends and we had a blast. We played games and sat out on the porch to talk and just relax. The weekend was even better though because of the house's close proximity to the boardwalk, restaurants, and mini golf among other fun activities. It was a rainy weekend but that in no way dampened our mood or enjoyment of our trip. The house and the host are wonderful. Ann was so kind during all of my communication with her. She also was sure to keep me in the loop about when I would receive the rental agreement/check in and out instructions. And the agreement and instructions were very clear and concise. I didn't really have questions regarding those. And the questions I did have she answered promptly so I did not have to wait long at all. Ann is awesome, very kind, and I talked to her once over the phone too and she sounds like a very fun person to be around as well. I highly recommend renting this house and if not this house then I highly recommend working with her on renting from her and planning your trip to Wildwood! Thank you again so much, Ann!!

The house was very nice and clean. It had nice furniture. It did not have good pots, pans or many cooking utensils. The ice maker is not working. None of the porch furniture was on the porch. The price was very reasonable. The location was great.

This property has a perfect location and everything you could want for a beach vacation. Exactly as described. Ann responded to all my messages within minutes and went above and beyond for us. We had a nice stay. The house was in a great location. Just a short walk to the boardwalk. Nicely furnished, comfortable beds, fairly well stocked kitchen. One thing missing was kitchen towels. We’d have brought our own had we known. All in all it was great.

The property is on a one way street which made the noise level very low as well as traffic. The inside was very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. There are lots of sand toys and a few chairs in the garage. Also nice to have an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. Biggest downside is having to bring all of your own towels (beach, shower, hand, kitchen, bath mats) and linens for the beds. When you’re traveling across the country it takes up a lot of space and just something I didn’t realize upon booking. Ice machine and water in the fridge worked out great! Washer and dryer were very useful and worked great as well. Overall I would stay again!

The house was nice and served us very well. Location was excellent for us. The reason I didn’t give five stars on all options because for the money spent : ( might be nit picking to some and that’s ok. This is my review and some of the things we noticed during our stay We had a full house and I would have been nice to have a door code lock instead of keys in a lock box. No cable and the internet was so spotty we ended up disconnecting or phones In hall bath the towel bar had been “fixed” in the past and was hanging off the wall on one end. ( looked shotty) The master bath didn’t have a rug or bathmat w/ having to provide own towels this was a huge inconvenience. Pots and pans were old and in need of good scrubbing.

We came down for my daughter to participate in “War at the shore” located at the convention center. It was a 2 min walk. The home is spotless, well taken care of and feels like home. The kitchen is well stocked with all that you could need. The Keurig was awesome. I’m a big coffee lover. Everything was perfect and we will definitely be looking to book again soon!

We had a wonderful time in Wildwood on vacation! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed in order to enjoy a nice week away from the grind! The place was impeccably clean! My three year old son told me his favorite part of vacation was his bunk bed! We walked almost everywhere and took advantage of the beach taxis as my mom has a bad knee. The location was great and we had a really wonderful week as a family and were so thankful to have a nice clean place to enjoy!
