Guter Durchschnitt wenn man nix anderes findet

1. Bequeme Betten 2. Badezimmer angenehme Größe 3.Sauberes und gepflegtes Zimmer

1.Die Lage/ Einfahrt schwer Nachts zu finden. 2. Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze sehr wenige kostenlose Parkplätze 3. Beleuchtung im Zimmer sehr wenig und sehr dunkel reicht gerade so um nicht auf die Fresse zu fliegen. 4.Badezimmertür gewöhnungsbedürftig nicht abschließbar.

Wir haben gut geschlafen und gut gefrühstückt.

Das Zimmer war komfortabel. Bügeleisen, Wasserkocher, Tee, Instantkaffee vorhanden und das Frühstück war gut.

Parkplatz überteuert, Diskussion mit dem Personal , war nicht vermerkt, dass Frühstück inclusive war bei der Booking com Buchung, Teppich hatte Flecken im Bettbereich, sah leider aus wie Erbrochenes- nicht schön

Very expensive but value for money is not there

Well placed and beautiful building

The staff was very stingy with toilet paper and water etc. I had to ask 5 times for them to give me toilet paper and they gave me one roll for 4 people.

...dass es für Frühreisende ( ab 5:00) Muffins, Obst, Kaffee satt an der Theke gab.

Kein warmes Wasser mehr gegeben hat zu "Stosszeiten" 😜

Die Übernachtung war nur für einen Aufenthalt, weil wir nächsten Tag in die Türkei geflogen sind

Die Unterkunft war sehr leise, man konnte richtig gut entspannen. Trotz Flughafen war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln

Komfortables, modernes Hotel in außergewöhnlicher Lage mit leichten Abstrichen beim Service.

Komfortables Hotel in außergewöhnlicher Lage unmittelbar an der Startbahn. Die Skybar in der neunten Etage mit Blick auf die startenden Flugzeuge ist außergewöhnlich und in jedem Fall einen Drink wert. Auch der Wellnessbereich mit zwei Saunen und Außenterrasse ist sehr schön und komfortabel.

Das Hotel wirbt mit Umweltbewusstsein und reinigt deshalb erst nach dem dritten Tag das Zimmer. Auf Wunsch gerne auch früher. darum habe ich zweimal gebeten, was jedoch nicht erfolgt ist. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse und Lage, ein no go! War die Dame an der Rezeption sehr entgegenkommend und betroffen und hat aufgrund meiner Reklamation die Kosten für das Flughafen-Shuttle gutgeschrieben.

Great hotel when on your way to the airport.

Great hotel if you are flying out of Hamburg as it is 5 min from the airport and they have a shuttle service every 30 min. You beside can leave your car in the hotel parking when away and at half the price of airport parking. The hotel is very nice with a roof top bar with a view to the airport runway and beside they have a nice restaurant with good food and fair prices.

Es war ein optimaler, abwechslungsreicher Hotelaufenthalt mit super lecker Essen aus dem eigenen Restaurant.

Tolle Unterkunft; mit einem super Saunaaufenthalt. Toller Ausblick. Ein schöner Abend mit einer ruhiger Erholung.

Mehr Geräte für den Sportbereich würde ich mir wünschen.

Sehr gutes Hotel fürs Wochenende

Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut ! Zimmer groß und gut ausgestattet, Flugzeuge hört man nur minimal ! Innenstadt mit ÖPNV gut erreichbar

Dusche läuft leider aus, so dass nach 2 Personen der Vorleger komplett nass ist !

Sehr sauberes und modernes Zimmer. Anständige Matratzen. Ruhig; von startenden und landenden Flugzeugen nichts zu hören. Preis/Leistung absolut i. O. Cocktails an der Bar gut gemixt, hochpreisig aber ihren Preis (inkl. Ausblick) wert.

Wie kann ein Hotel ohne Fenster überhaupt gebaut werden?? Ein Horror! Nie wieder!!

Der junge Mitarbeiter von der Rezeption hat sich viel Mühe gegeben!

Ein Hotel ohne Fenster ist eine Zumutung!… es gibt keine Hinweise, dass es sich um ein Hotel handelt, indem man nie ein Fenster öffnen kann!! Hätten sowas nie gebucht!! Die Luft im Zimmer war extrem stickig,und total verbraucht!!

Gute Adresse für eine Übernachtung

Sehr sauberes, modernes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Von Fluglärm hört man kaum was. Frühstück war auch sehr lecker mit einer guten Auswahl.

Rooftop-Bar war nur für geschlossene Gesellschaft mit Partymusik bis in die Nacht.

The size of the room is excellent, so are its conveniences, very modern, good bed, good pillows. size of bathroom. Front desk very friendly and expedite. Best of all and never experienced, I had to leave for the airport 03:45, they had a breakfast box ready for me, coffee, apples and water. Fantastic, no stress to find something to eat at the airport. Fantastic place if you need to get quickly to airport at off hours. Cannot comment from a Tourist point of view, as this was not the purpose of my trip

there isn't really anything I didn't like. only recommendation, in booking it sounds like the Hotel is in walking distance of the airport entrance, be more precise and mention that it is a 10 min taxi drive away. Again this is not a real issue.

The breakfast was good and the hotel was really clean in all areas. In my departure day the staff was really nice and serviceable. The Shuttle Bus was on time.

The room was really hot and the A/C wasn't working properly. The Shuttle Bus never picked me up from the Airport even I was calling multiple times the hotel, but not response from them. When I finally paid a taxi to take me to the hotel, on my arrival the female at the reception desk was really rude and unprofessional. I requested to talk to a Supervisor that never showed up.

Only if you have to take a plane and if no other options are available

Rooms are acceptable but the restaurant is in another building. It has a convenient location if you need the airport.

Staff looks like completely burn-out. They are like robots, specially at the reception desk, they did not feel you really welcome (like better stay in another hotel). I've had to ask to all the questions not proactive like in the most of the hotels.

The toilette seat was somehow with issues and the bathroom area do have less toiletteries kits that i Expect. I would advice to check that area

Great place for a stopover of you want to make your own breakfast or the restaurant can be recommended for dinner

Close to the highway. The restaurant was amazing. Nice food and friendly staff. The room was clean and beds ok. Great to have this small kitchen and refrigerator.

The hotel was quiet, but given the airport is so close to the hotel, some noise from planes must be expected
