Está bien pero falta más atención y limpieza en baños

La ubicación es excelente, las áreas comunes como la alberca, el bar y las salas de estar están increíbles

El baño tanto de la habitación como los compartidos no los mantenían limpios, en el aspecto de que no recogían continuamente los papeles de los cestos de basura. Además que los lavabos ya se ven desgastados. En el caso de las paredes del baño de la habitación mixta están manchadas con huellas de zapatos. También se escucha ruido de las habitaciones de al lado

La atención del personal, las áreas comunes son bastante lindas y la ubicación es estratégica para conocer la ciudad

En la habitación no hay ventana y las toallas son pequeñas.

Very relaxing place in Cali. It’s spacious, a pool to cool down and the possibility to take private salsa classes was amazing. Recommended! Location is great too, just a few steps from San Antonio and the center

Was ok

The hostel itself looks really nice with all the plants and if you wanna party it will be the right hostel for you!

The noise. If you like a party hostel, this is the place to go. If you want to relax, it isn't. Party in front of the room until 01.30. The bedroom has one window, but then everybody can look in your room from the hostel (garden). Wifi didn't work, which isn't a huge problem. But just say so while checking in, as we need wifi for an uber etc. Same for the warm water. The lamps next to the bed weren't working.

Worse hostel experience of my life

I would not recommend this hostel. The location is great, and breakfast, but apart from that it was the worse hostel experience I have ever had.

The check in wasn't fast, the room was very noise and bright at night. Also they didn't have internet at all, they gave me 10% discount because of it. But I had to pay a taxi to Starbucks to work. Which was way more than that. On my second night it rained and the water entered the entire room. It was 6am when I realized. My computer was on the locker under the bed and all my work equipment was flooded in water. I was crying and worried for all that morning and weekend. I think it was very irresponsible from their part to put people in a room that gets flooded when it rains. Everyone's baggage got wet. I heard from other staff that it wasn't the first time, and I guess will keep happening. They didn't move us from the room straight way. We had to beg for that, and at least I got moved to another room for the next night. I didn’t feel safe in that place, I had 2 books with me that got damaged by the water. All my clothes and shoes got wet from the water, which wasn't clean. They didn't even offer to wash it. Just to dried. And about my computer, that was the worse, they didn't pay anything regarding that. A lot of people were sick on my room. I don't know exactly if it was from mosquitoes, but I also got very sick 3 days later. Just like the people who were sick there. They charged me for the 3 nights of nightmare, so. I had an horrible time, lots of inconveniences, and still paid for it. I booked one private salsa class with them and the instructor were late. There are many hostels in Cali, I made a bad choice and had a bad experience. That could have been way better somewhere else for even a better price. I would Not recommend the hostel.

Great stay!

Nice rooms and atmosphere. It was also great that they offered free salsa classes every night (and go to nice salsa places afterwards), which made it easy to meet people.

Overall everything was nice! Only recommendation is to turn the volume of the music in the morning a bit down or more like a morning vibe playlist :)

Dancing in Cali

Very friendly staff, great building, nice courtyard, good breakfast Salsa classes excellent fun Evening outings amazing, especially the Friday night salsa street

Would have liked a clothes hanger in the room and a bedside light. Some more loungers by the pool are needed. Would also have been great if they had encouraged dancing during the afternoon/evening by the pool area. Dance music was playing 🎵

For a small price you can get a nice and easy breakfast :). There's also lunch and a bar. There's a Whatsapp group to connect with the others, which is a good initiative (but lacks some enthusiasm maybe ;)). Free salsa and yoga classes were nice as well.

The check in took like 20 minutes - too long if you just come from a long travel. Reception is somewhat slow (but very kind!) The music is loud and present from 9.30am to 11pm. Even in my room I could hear the music word for word. There's no quiet space in the hostel to relax, think or work. The pool is very cold.

staff is just great !! kate and vale are just outstanding! they make the best out of your stay there. the atmosphere, breakfast, bar and restaurant prices, and facilities in general are algo wonderful

the fan in the room, even at its highest speed, is not enough to cool down the room. a little more sound isolation in the room would be great

Superb

The hostel is very cool. It was a very beautiful inner yard with bar, swimming pool and a rooftop. One of those hostels in which you consider staying the whole day there rather than going out and exploring the city. Room and bathroom were standard.

You guys need to specify that the rooms are to be shared with 5 more estrangers people and that is unhealthy.

A great option at a great price. Really feel like a resort in the middle of cali

The hostel has a really like-home feeling. A great option to stay in cali if you consider not so much going out by yourself, not including going out a night.

It was kinda hot in the room during the day and the cleanness of the toilets and showers could have been better.
