Nothing
This is a con you think your getting a 1 bedroom apartment and you get a little box room
3.2
It was close to station
Listed as apartment, however no table or chairs. It was more of a large bedroom (with twin bed’s pushed together), and sink with microwave and refrigerator. Host had to come in while we were out to give us toilet paper (only half roll upon our arrival), TV is connected to internet which works off your phone, however would not connect, so no TV . Picture did not match actual room.
3.2
Easy to find, cheap and cheerful
There wasn’t enough beds for us all to sleep
3.2
Despite making a booking for 5 adults, the amenities were suitable only for 4 guests. There was one double bed, a single bed and a sofa that is the same size as the single bed. There are no kitchen amenities for the fifth person.
There was no dining area, despite being featured in the description.
There were very limited kitchen amenities. Despite the description of the property promising an oven, a stovetop, a coffee machine and a tea/coffee maker, there was only a kettle and a microwave.
There was no hair drier, despite also being featured in the description of the property.
The sugar had dirt in it, the kettle was full of some black disgusting thing and the sponge was dirty as well.

discreet and I like that
comfortable
3.2
perfect size for family. incredibly good value for money considering hotels were 4/5 times more than this one. great location.
staff were contactable at all times- no complaints!
3.2
free parking and large ensuite shower room
the checking in process was AWFUL….it started about five days before arrival and just never stopped….including ID checks, security deposits, phone calls (plural), WhatsApp messages and not knowing the address until the day before or the code to get in until you called (again) on arrival… headache is an understatement, Stressful is probably more accurate!

Beautiful apartment, the host Sam Peers very kind and helpful. I recommend this apartment

We liked nothing and it has been an awful experience so be careful if you are booking this place.
I booked this property for our elderly parents visiting us for two nights in London. Whilst booking I just made one mistake and booked this for one person through my booking.com account. As the property could accommodate 10 guests (as shown in the property advert on booking.com) hence within five minutes of realising this I called booking.com and was advised to call the property landlords. When I requested them to change it to three guests and three visitors, they asked me to wait for their call and they will resolve the problem. No one called the whole weekend and did not pick up either. They called on Monday on the day of my parents arrival and asked us to pay £250 for each additional person . I agreed for one person to stay in the property considering I will at least keep my parents luggage however they asked me to pay £500 refundable deposit in their company account and not by credit card. As i did not have sufficient funds in my bank so I decided to pay cash however I could not locate the property as there was no sign board and this was somewhere in between the residential houses.Again no one picked the phone. Had to call booking.com and was advised that property landlords need to be called. Also be careful that you have sufficient time to complete the paperwork they were asking for each guest and visitor before arrival as you need at least a day to sort this out. Never experienced this ever as I am using booking.com for five years now. My parents were travelling on Sunday hence it was anyways not possible for me to provide their identification documents until they have arrived. Beware as this property owners are using the same bed linen for all their properties which is misleading and mentioning all properties are near the station. I had to book the property near to station however I booked a wrong property as the bed sheets looked similar and booked the one on Thorold road which is at quite a distance from the station. Be care full before booking.
3.2
The apartments layout and cosy feeling of home
The price was very reasonable and within budget
Team are very helpful
There was still dust and other people's traces of hair on the bed
And extra toilet tissue would have been helpful
3.2
The location is perfect.
I didn't like the fact that i overpaid for a tiny room. £850 is a lot of money.
With a cup as a wash basin and a tiny shower. I paid for an apartment with enough room but ended up with a tiny space bc i requested a 1 guest visit.
The bathroom facility is too poor to be in an apartment.
No washing machine, no cooker, etc. Poor beddings and uncomfortable matress and pillows.
3.2
Location was good for the station to get in and out of London.
I mentioned an issue we had with the apartment door and they sent someone over who was very friendly, kind and tried his best to resolve the issue, however we still ended up with a unsecure apartment over night.
I won't be staying with London Apartments again, especially not after how they behaved post stay.
For what was described as an upgrade at no extra cost, was worse than the pictures of the place I thought I had booked. Not impressed.
For a start the door to our apartment didn't lock, so didn't feel secure or safe and meant we couldn't go out anywhere without having to take all of our belongings with us.
It wasn't overly clean, the sofa bed was covered in dust, it was described on booking.com as having a kitchenette, it was a fridge with a microwave on top and a kettle and toaster on top of that! None of which were plugged in so had to go rooting behind the fridge to set it all up.
It also mentions a dining table, it didn't have one nor was there any room for a dining table. Just had a coffee table inbetween a cupboard and the end of one of the beds. The lampshade by the bed wasn't plugged in, nor could it reach the nearest plug socket, so that was a pointless ornament essentially.
I was disappointed in the property/ room, that it could be so far from what was advertised. When they rang to confirm details they confirmed the Redbridge property would be better for us as it apparently met our needs with being a father and daughter, saying we'll upgrade you to this as it's got a private bathroom and close to the station at no extra cost. This bathroom was outside on the landing which was fine, but not private in the sense we were the only ones that could get into it! There was no way of locking the door from the outside when we weren't using it, so it was open to any one who needed it. Instead of taking negative comments on board and trying to rectify them for a better customer experience, they just delete them and try to discredit them by calling you and tricking you into completing an email saying you didn't stay at the property! If you get an email from noshow@booking.

Absolutely a disgusting and trying to take money from my card after lying about problems
Very dangerous place to stay specially top floor no fire escape would never stay again
3.2
Went to the address but got told we had to go somewhere else very unclean. Light in bathroom not working
3.2
The location and area
Well it was cold
3.2
Location is very good
Extra registration for my credit card 100 pounds deposit and 1 pounds registration fee additional and still I didn't get back my 100 pounds deposit money yet.
3.2
Reception staff were good.
Bathroom unbelievably small. Kettle was dirty with an open bag of sugar and a handfull of coffee in a jar underneath the sink.Didnt bother trying to make a coffee.Advertised as plenty of parking but in reality very little available so plan on parking some distance from location.
3.2
Absolutely nothing
Having to speak to various people 3-4 days before getting there to send identification and register vard for sevurity deposit which took time out of our other holiday. This could have been done in one day or at the time of booking. even whilst driving there we were still having to constantly keep contact with the place and were told we couldn't have the codes until we were at the property which was late at night and caused stress as we concernced on what we would dot iff our batteries were to die or that they wouldn't pick up the phone. Then arrived at the apartment to find the window left wide open and freezing cold, bed nearest the window was damp so left with 3 beds for 4 people no heating working so was freezing tv unable to connect so no channels mould up the windows shower stinking also a faulty plug socket which was unsafe and loud rowdy people in other room which was frightening two young kids one with autism who also freaked out when he seen how dirty his feet were as the floor hadnt been cleaned.so had no option but to leave within an hour of arriving which resulted in us driving around London late at night trying to find a suitable hotel which wasn't until early hours of the morning totally ruined our time away. Even to the point of messaging to check out they told us check out leaving the keys in a flower pot but after leaving they then said the safe but then said flower pot was ok was so stressful start to finish Would not recommend.
3.2
Free parking.
Apparent was not clean, very noisy, bedding did not looks fresh.
Bathroom was small and was not easy to get into Shower for normal size man.
The bathroom was dusty, no soap, toilet paper wet. No any noise insulation, you can easy listen the next door neighbors, especially when they was in toilet.
The apartment was stated, as fully equipped, but forks, spoons, was missed, all cutlery dirty.
Windows and curtains was very dusty.
The apartment renting price is so far from reality.
3.2
Convenience to workplace and food outlets, and carparking availability . Host always contactable throughout my stay.
Cooking facilities consisted of a microwave, expected some sort of cooker,
Additional hand towels and cutlery in a more accessible position in room, such as shelving above sink area to give better food preparation area.
3.2
the fridge
it was dirty. so incredibly many black hairs on and in the bed and in bathroom and floors. moldy bathroom. toilet almost clogged. shower mallfunctioned: shower head working poorly. not worth this amount of money. Adres/location is different than mentioned at Booking.com. thank goodness we only ‘slept’ there.
3.2
Convenient location from the M11.......that's about all really
No replies to messages before the morning of our travel, emails on 'conditions' etc received when we arrived! NO mention of actual property location or number, just that the road was near the station. It was the hottest day of the year and we sheltered in a car park whilst trying to send photographs of ALL I.D.s for the whole family, and £100 further deposit before the location would be revealed. This turned out to be another mile or so further away from Ilford station. Two tiny apartments.
3.2
Location and facilities were excellent, it is also very secure. The fact that it is run by a group and not one individual gave us a greater sense of security.
Sam Peers provided clear information about the property and how to access the secure keys, he was extremely helpful.
Nothing

Reasonably priced accomodation close to Central London by tube. The designated host Sam Peers was very helpful
3.2
The location of the property as it was close to a tube station.
The lengths this London Apartments company have gone to, to suppress my review is unbelievable!
My first review was deleted after someone phoned me pretending to be from booking.com and tricked me to click on options that were not accurate. As soon as I did this the status of my stay changed to 'cancelled' and my first review was deleted. I had to send proof to booking.com that I did in fact complete a stay here which is why I'm allowed to leave this 2nd review.
Now, about our stay:
*We were made to pay £100 deposit on day of check in and send photo ID otherwise we wouldn't get an address.
*As I'm pregnant, I was told that we would be swapped to a 'like for like' property with parking- the property we ended up in was appaling.
*Room was too small and nothing like the photos online.
*One of the 'beds' paid for, was actually a sofa, which was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on.
*Broken toilet seat on arrival.
*Sharp corners in a small space which meant my toddler banged and hurt her head. Workers had to cover them.
*Bathroom so small that when you're sitting on the toilet, your knees are hitting the shower!
*I raised these issues straight away and was told that a member of the management team would contact me. This did not happen throughout the whole stay- very poor!
I've been with booking.com for over 7 years and this is the first property I've ever had an issue with. The management don't care about customer service and just want to take your money and then stop you from telling the truth about them. The review score you see above is not accurate as I am sure that this isn't the first time they get people's reviews deleted or say they 'didn't check in' to discredit truthful feedback.
If you take the risk and book with them, then when any issues arise, make sure you phone Booking.com straight away and tell them and save yourself the stress I've gone through!

Room is incredibly small for three travelers, but it works.
