Good Value for money

Central location to train and bus transportation, grocery,shops, restaurants. Very clean, good security.

Towels were either not of good quality or were over used and need to be upgraded.

Overall, it was great! I would love to come back again.

Location is great, short walk like 8 mins from the Ilford station to the apartment. And Ilford is connected to Stratford where one can connect to other destinations. Apartment is nice, spacious and clean. All amenities worked perfectly. There is bus stop closeby too which is great and there are night buses as well. There are many departmental stores, shopping street, cheap restaurants closeby within 100-200 meters. It was perfect for us as we spent the day outside and just spend the nights in the apartment. Kitchen was well equipped, if some want to cook. Bathroom was nice and spacious.

It was a bit noisy as buses went throughout the night and people shouting on the streets. If you close all windows then its fine. For us it was okay, but some who hate noisy nights might have issues. We stayed for 5 nights and the receptionist said the apartment will be cleaned once in 3 days but it was not for us. Basically we used same linens, towels, garbage bag was not disposed for all 5 days.

-There was no occupancy at the reception, had to call customer service while we were waiting outside, it was a bit of a struggle. -Information provided in advance for the room layout was not followed. -The bed on the left side is realy bad! that's why we asked for the couchbed in the livingroom. -The window in the living room, we couldn't open it, the invoirment and air suply in the appartement was really bad and that's why it was also to hot!! We asked for opening up the window (because a key was needed) but no one could help us. At last, the bathroomdoor makes a squeaky sound that wakes you up when someone goes to the toilet.

Very pleased !

Loved the room that has kitchen private toilet, the area is amazing as is so close to all kind of shops , stuff was great the Lady by the tesk was super kind and helpful

What I would recommend to make it better would be great if they provided washing machine as it was hard to find washing store around the areas . Also price to be lowe as is also 300 deposit , some might not afford it just because of the 300 in advance . So either get rid of the 300 deposit or lower the price . Besided that it was amazing

Beautiful apartments and extremely helpful management

Communication was first class - I had booked 5 apartments with different dates. It was complicated but manager was extremely helpful and kept in touch. Very helpful All 5 apartments were beautiful and spotlessly clean

Much better than expected.

Very clean and well.maintained apartment. More spacious and much warmer than I expected it to be.

Only improvement could be a newer/firmer mattress. The bed was lovely, but I found the mattress slightly to softand springy.

the staff were very friendly and supportive. the flat was clean and it has an amazing view. the location was close to many supermarkets and shops.

Pleasant

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

We could not check-in after 18.00, therefore we had to get a code. The process to get this code took a lot of effort from my side, I had to call twice after paying already. Also, using the code to get the key was a bit complicated. Not very customer friendly.

OK, but I wouldn't go back again. Too far from city. Poor area.

Room was clean. Facilities in room was OK. Good shower with hot water.

The bathroom sink plug was blocked entire time. Could not unblock. I had to keep emptying water into toilet myself. Nobody at reception to ask about it. TV picture was terrible - could not be fixed.

Good place for 4 people, also for a longer stay.

Good localization, good connection to the city by Elizabeth line. Cleanliness and good service.

Complicated shower water heater - it was difficult to control the temperature of the water. Too few hangers in the wardrobes.

Sufficient For short shopping trip or event.

Location was excellent for shopping

Residents smoking next door and our room was heavily polluted with smoke. Upsetting because we only book non smoking buildings and this clearly was not. When I asked to change room due to me having heighten sensitivity to strong smells including perfumes and air fresheners , the staff felt like it would be still sufficient to just hand me an air freshener. This really spoilt the experience for me. Also I didn’t appreciate the little bugs in the bathroom all in the sink and the floor, made me feel uncomfortable because they were constantly returning had to keep cleaning and couldn’t lay my toiletries out. Couldn’t open the microwave without lifting it into a position due to it been contained in a small cuboard in the kitchenette. Also had to take the kettle from the kitchen over to the floor next to the bed to boil due to no electrical points in the kitchen n had to also do this to use the toaster, so it was a little awkward. Needs a re think or some sort of long corded 3point electrical extension. Also I was told there would be a sofa in my apartment only to find 2wooden chairs no sofa. Not much cooking accessories I had to buy some item from the local shop to use for cooking which I left for the next victim’s lol .

Without air conditioners it was really hot and unfortunate to stay in the apartment during the day without a solution by the apartment maintenance company owed 300 pounds security with a credit card !!!! Beyond the payment for the apartment. There is a sign above the sink that must not leave unclean dishes otherwise they will charge up to 150 pounds !!! Do not recommend!

The check in process was not smooth and booking.com was not so helpful either

Location is not good enough for tourists. No check in available at the property. Had to travel 20 minutes back and forth for check in at another premises far from the apartment

the host and the customer service of the booking.com as they kept sending stereotypical email for apologies but no help at all for everything which was not in place
