Good house suitable for our extended stay. Great location one block walk to beach and adjacent to the stat park trails. The office was responsive to a call about 2 minor problems.the kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for cooking and baking. Manzanita is great.
Benches crowded the small bedrooms, and chests and closets are already packed with extra linens and pillows leaving little space for guests! The house was clean, but at day three we discovered smelly damp linens left in the washer and the dryer was full of (more!) blankets ... We went out and bought washcloths, before finding the house washcloths damp in the washer.
The back deck needs maintenance, but is still safe to use.

The house is cute. It is in a quiet neighborhood. The surroundings are nice. The beach is fairly close. The living room area is spacious. It has a nice wood burning fireplace. There are four different decks/balconies to enjoy. It was clean and had a nice vibe.
Not complaints, but observations:
1. The upstairs balconies should be looked at. They may not be structurally sound. Seriously, someone could get hurt.
2. There is no bathroom downstairs. If someone had accessibility problems, it would be an issue.
3. The beds were not that comfortable. The king bed sucks you into the middle and we both ached after sleeping in it. 4. The kitchen is outdated for the price we paid and the fridge needs to be replaced. The bottom of the fridge is
falling off and in general it was a fridge I didn't want to put food in.
5. The landscaping was a bit overgrown.
6. Check in time is 5:00. This is too late for the price we paid. I have never stayed somewhere that was later than 4:00
check in.
7. I paid a total of $1,300 for three nights. This is way overpriced and I regret paying that much.

Price for value, simple and cared for. Cozy. Open kitchen.
