Pet friendly, clean, great location.
Carpet isn’t the best choice for pet friendly rentals.

Location was great and very quiet. Empty cans and liquor bottles were left on top of refrigerator. One of the chairs at the table was broken and almost used it but luckily was noticed before it was sat on.
Could have turned out bad.
Wasn’t totally picked up and broken chair

Good location only one block from the beach. Nice homey feel to the property.
I sent a notice to the host number stating that the ceiling detector in the bedroom needed a battery. The light kept flashing.

The location to see the ocean.
We contacted customer service right away that our rooms were not cleaned. we sent photos and no one came to clean the place. We asked for a credit and that was also not given thus far.

great location. bbq is nice.
Parking sucks due to 2 car limit. Place is super outdated for the cost. I mean a mini Montgomery Ward stove/oven from the early ‘80’s and an old fridge that’s super loud. furniture is not great and the outside deck chairs and table are junky. Even the door knobs are super old.

Location was amazing. I loved that they provided sheets to put on furniture for the dog. Beds were comfortable and curtains in the bedrooms were nice since rooms were street level.
The heating of the house was very confusing. There were no instructions on how to use the heat. In the middle of the night, the bedrooms were way too hot and we couldn't get them to cool down without opening doors or turning off the heat completely, and then they'd get too cold. It made sleeping uncomfortable for us, and our toddler actually woke up sweating and really uncomfortable in the middle of the night and couldn't get back to sleep in the small room. There is one thermostat in the bathroom that we thought was for the whole house, but it turns out each baseboard heater needs to be adjusted separately. If we had stayed another night we probably would have gotten it down, but the first two nights were a struggle. There were also no directions for using the wood stove. A booklet for the whole house would be really nice since it's quirky, instead of a generic booklet from Vacasa with nothing specific to the property.

Quiet, out of the way, close to the beach.
Stairs!

We loved how close to the beach it was! As well as how small and simple the house was!
The only thing that was hard for us was the baby gate setup.

Good location and we were comfortable
Dated, worn-out furniture and cabinets, ants, no cushions for outdoor chairs; probably would not book again

Upstairs heat would not turn off. Unbearably hot on that level of home. Decor was worn and not very clean. Over priced for the size of the home and quality and cleanliness of the interior.
Close to beach.

Excellent location. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient to restaurants and beach. Stand-in local Vacasa manager (Michael) tried very hard to fix TV after hours, and offered to give us a partial refund for the fact it wasn't working when we arrived. (He wasn't able to fix it, and had a break after today when we left until the next renter arrived, so we told him to just wait until the break to address a difficult tech problem.)
1. TV service not working when we arrived; no connection to cable or satellite--so no TV available at all during our stay. 2. Shabby furnishings. 3. Cobweb in house on upstairs stove pipe, and massive ones outside on carport. 4. Screen on bunk bedroom window almost torn off frame at bottom. 5. Only half a set of vertical blinds on patio window.
