Amazing Porto

Center of Porto, easy to go everywhere we wanted to go. Near the river and the famous sunset observatory only 100 meters away. Kind staff, Matalda and Pedro always trying to help us thank you.

A great location in Porto

Staff excellent. Couldn't have done more to make our stay comfortable. Very informative when we needed information about the area. Location excellent.

Sitting room wasn't comfortable. The sofa and the easy chair were hard. They need cushions . The shower spilled water out onto the floor no matter how careful we were. The bathroom door didn't close. Cork screw was difficult to use. Hated the big brown cups for tea and the white cups were too small for tea ! Need white mugs for a good cup of tea. Pillows on my bed were not comfortable. Too soft .

Super! Uma estadia acima das nossas expectativas.

A acomodação situa-se no centro histórico e próxima das atrações principais. Ela tem uma vista linda para o Rio Douro. O Pedro que nos atendeu foi muito atencioso. Ele nos deu dicas sobre o que fazer e onde comer (incluindo restaurantes onde os locais vão).

Dobre miejsce na weekend lub dłuższy urlop.

Dobrze urządzone i wyposażone mieszkanie na parterze (salon z aneksem kuchennym: płyta, piekarnik, lodówka, ekspres do kawy, naczynia, pralka, żelazko), telewizor podłączony do internetu, wygodne łóżko w sypialni. Rewelacyjny kontakt z gospodarzem, który podsunął wiele pomysłów na spędzanie czasu w Porto.

W salonie (od ulicy) było bardzo głośno, hałas panował do późnych godzin nocnych (a właściwie wczesnych rannych), Postawienie dodatkowego łóżka przy oknie (dużej witrynie) nie pozwalało na spokojny odpoczynek.

La amplitud del departamento, la dotación en cocina, que hubiera café e infusiones ofrecidos por el departamento. Y, lo mejor, la amabilidad y trato excelente de las personas de recepción.

Ascensor no había, quizás no haya por la catalogación del propio edificio? La apertura hacia adentro de la puerta del baño hace incómodo el acceso al baño.

Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Unkomplizierter Check In und Out. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes WLAN. Bequeme Betten. Ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Metro. Gute Anbindung vom und zum Flughafen. Gut ausgestattet.

No recomendable para venir con niños. Mejorable

La cama es muy grande y cómoda, la tv es smart tv y el personal fue muy atento.

Hubo mucho ruido hasta mas de la 1am, el acceso es complicado porque no hay ascensor, las escaleras son muy empinadas y esta en una cuesta la puerta del alojamiento. No hay microondas y las instalaciones estaban bastante desgastadas

We had a wonderful holiday in Porto

Location good. Easy to get to the river and the station. Restaurants nearby.

A lot of loud noise in the evening and at night from the lucky duck next door. Bathroom cramped.

Ideal location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable apartment

The team organised a private transfer for us from the airport which all went very smoothly. We had clear instructions in advance on how to get into the property; and we were met on arrival as the reception desk was open - staff were always friendly and helpful. The location was ideal - v close to the old town and the river. We were able to leave the buggy in reception so we didn't have to carry it up and down 3 flights of stairs everyday. And we were close to minimarts so we could get supplies for the fridge.

Soundproofing wasn't the best - we could hear people moving around upstairs and it was quite loud/ late at times.

Nice clean apartment centrally located

The apartment is very clean, bright, open space, comfortable and spacious. Location is perfect in the historical area, walking distance to all the major attractions and many good restaurants nearby to choose from. The staff is super friendly available 24x7 to help. Paulo did our check in and gave us great advices on where to visit and restaurants. Kitchen is small but functional for short term stay.

There’s a smoke smell when entering our apartment even though windows were closed, probably from the restaurant nearby, we had to open the windows to air it out. Also the water mixing part of the shower faucet (not the handle) was super hot, so be careful not to accidentally touch that part during shower.

We loved our stay in this apartment and would definitely return.

The staff were very welcoming - Alberto was so helpful in providing information and suggestions for our stay. The apartment was lovely - very clean and homely. The location was great.

An extra fan in the apartment may be useful and I’m sure the staff would have provided this had we asked.

Clean, well organized, apartment with great location. Very reactive and helpful reception. Everything worked well (key pick-up, wifi, leaving bagage in storage etc.).

The surroundings can be noisy late at night, but that's the cost of staying in a very lively neighborhood.

Great location, large apartment, great value for money!

Communication from the hosts was excellent - they whatsapped me to let me know when keys would be ready for collection and arranged a taxi to the airport. The apartment was large - way larger than I expected. The bed was very comfortable. All in all, great value for money.

The bathroom was too small and poorly laid out.

Location was excellent to Porto center. Modernized room in interesting old building. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurants nearby. Good WIFI.

Stairs not suitable for those with limited ambulation. Upstairs bedroom with very low beams in places.

Lovely apartment

A lovely apartment situated in a block with reception. The location is brilliant, close to everything, but in a quiet street so one can rest. The staff is super friendly and accommodating and is a big motivation to recommend this apartment - Alberto especially is a star. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We can highly recommend it!

Exceptional

Beautiful , so spacious , seperate bedroom, spotless bathroom , fully equipped kitchen. There were nice touches like a tray with tea service on table, a lovely water decanter. The location was great, can walking to river, restaurants . The kind owner let us keep our luggage in the office before and after check in. A great place.
