Romina nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et elle a su répondre rapidement aux petits problèmes rencontrés.
Le service était également r’ttes appréciable comme les sets de toilette ou encore les gâteaux, fruits et boissons offerts à notre arrivée.
L’appartement est très bien situé avec beaucoup d’excellents restaurants et une petite supérette juste en bas.
Le salon est très grand et accueille facilement toute notre famille (7).
Le bruit de la rue est un point très négatif. Et les fenêtres étant percées pour laisser passer l’évacuation de là climatisation, nous entendions dehors comme si la fenêtre était ouverte.
La 4eme chambre ne devrait pas apparaître comme telle ! C’est un placard minuscule attenant à la cuisine. Je ne pense pas d’ailleurs que sa taille soit aux normes. Et sur le plan de sécurité elle n’est d’ailleurs pas nommée comme une chambre.
Il y a 7 vrais lits (matelas +sommiers). Le reste sont des lits d’appoint beaucoup moins confortables. Nous avons du déménager un lit de ma chambre dans celles de mon fils qui dormait sur un lit très inconfortable et bien trop petit pour ses 1m90.
Pour moi, cet appartement devrait se limiter à louer à 6 adultes maximum + enfants (jeunes) dans les chambres des adultes.

A stunning apartment in an excellent location. We arrived at Max's after staying in a disappointing apartment with a low level of maintenance, first Max welcomed us with detailed explanations and a wide smile. The apartment is maintained to a very high standard, spacious, clean and has lots of nice treats that make the stay pleasant. The host thought of all the smallest details and in the best way. The location is very central and everything is within walking distance. It is highly recommended to stay in the apartment. Max, thank you personally for the wonderful hospitality

Very spacious and comfortable apartment which was right in centre of Rome. Max was a great host and provided lots of extras to make the experience all the more enjoyable. Have been to Rome on a number of occasions and this was the best accommodation we stayed in.

The location and amount of space in the historical centre is amazing and perfect for a large family. Well appointed apartment and friendly/helpful host.
Not in the control of the host and something to be wary of (although is an outcome of being in such a good location) there is a both a nightclub and a bar in the small street below the main bedroom window. Very noisy into the early hours on both Friday and Saturday nights. Main Street frontage is also quite busy at all hours as a thoroughfare between the Pantheon and Largo Argentina areas.

the only slight negative was the noise from the street late at night - sounded like a bar that was open til the wee hours and people were very merry as they left. but it was Rome on a weekend and we chose to stay in the thick of it!

Perfectly located just a few streets away from the Pantheon and walking distance to all the big attractions. The apartment was large and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Max has thought of everything! Thanks so much - we really enjoyed your apartment and our time in Rome.

Great contact with the owner Max who met us on arrival. Information available for sites around the area. Apartment very clean, very comfortable and we were provided with too many amenities to list !! Welcome fruit basket on arrival with fantastic coffee bar ! We even had a Christmas tree!! Max was an excellent host ! He genuinely cares about providing a fantastic stay ! it was a 5 star stay!

The description of this appartment in Booking.com is so minutely detailed that it would be silly trying to descibe something that isn´t there already, except maybe the huge tray of fruit and the proseco bottle in the fridge on arrival.
The surprise is that the reality, is much better than the photograps.
If you´ve been to Rome you´d know that this is probably the best location to visit the city.
If you haven´t been, go Massimo´s. He is also the perfect host

This property was stunning. so comfortable and centrally located. we were about a 25 minute walk to the Coliseum. The Pantheon was literally a 3 minute walk. Max the host was so helpful and friendly. He sent us recommendations on restaurants that were close to the apartment. There is a supermarket 2 minute walk away. Max had left milk, water, soda, beer, wine, cookies and a huge bowl of fresh fruit for us. He also set up a shuttle from the airport to apartment for a cheap price. I will definitely recommend this apartment and when I go back to Rome I will rent from Max.

This apartment is more beautiful than what the pictures show. Plenty of space for larger families to spread out, tons of amenities, and right around the corner from the Pantheon.
My family got to pretend we were Romans for two days. This apartment was the highlight of Rome for my daughter, who proclaimed she wanted to live there permanently. Max is an amazing host, gracious and so accommodating. Thank you for letting us rent your beautiful abode, Max! We'll be back!

Our host Max was wonderful in quickly answering questions and offering suggestions for our trip. He also arranged transportation to the airport early in the morning on our departure. We loved the apartment with plenty of space and amenities. It was an excellent location too.

This was an amazing, large apartment in a wonderful location. The host (Max) went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, including organizing our transportation, greeting us upon arrival, provided a welcome bottle of wine and fruit basket etc. etc. I can’t say enough about Max, he was an extremely organized and gracious host!

Wonderful apt. on 3rd floor of a 16th century building in fantastic location walkable to most major sights. Max is a great host . Grocery store and restaurants close by. Just simply the best place for our family of 7 we could have had.

EVERYTHING! From Max meeting us at the door, to every single amenity he provided. This apartment is huge! 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, HUGE living room, dining room, kitchen. A/C was GREAT! Perfect for a family, or 3 couples. Location is the BEST right by the Pantheon, quick walks to just about everything you want to see in Rome. We enjoyed this apartment so much we keep talking about it. Max provides everything you need to be comfortable. The apartment is beautifully decorated. It made us feel like we were living in Rome (at least we pretended for a few days). I wish every place we stayed on our vacation was a nice as this one. BOOK THIS ONE AS SOON AS YOU KNOW YOUR DATES IN ROME! You won't regret it!

Excellent accommodations in the heart of Rome. Max is a wonderful host!! He made sure the kitchen as stocked with lots of goodies in the refrigerator and a large fruit basket on the dining room table. Each room and bathroom was stock with all the necessaries: shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, magnifying mirrors. A very thoughtful host. He can also help with other travel plans such airport transfers.
The apartment location is very close to the Pantheon and other sights, as well.

Wonderful historic flat in Rome for families that is right next to the Pantheon. The place has been upgraded with all the modern conveniences that you would expect if you lived in Rome. Don't hesitate to stay in this place because someone will buy it as a home.

I cannot recommend this apartment enough. It is beautiful, huge, comfortable, modern yet classic, and close to everything. We walked to both the Colosseum and the Vatican in under 30 minutes, and the Pantheon is practically next door. It's on a quiet street, but close to the major thoroughfare and plenty of restaurants and shopping. The hosts are amazing and communication was perfect. We appreciated that they let us drop our bags off when we arrived before check-in, so we could walk around without worrying about our (many) bags. The hosts offered so many extra amenities - a huge bowl of fresh fruit, and a fridge stocked with wine, beer, water and fresh milk. The kitchen is fabulous. The master bedroom is simply unbelievable. My whole family (including teen daughters) wished we had fewer tours booked during our three day stay so we could simply stay home and enjoy the apartment. If you are looking for an apartment in Rome for a family or group of friends, this is the one.

We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights with a group of 8 friends. Max is a very hospitable host, he arranged the taxi transport from the airport to the apartment, and was waiting for us (late at night) to show us around the apartment.

Taking advantage of the ability to travel again to Italy, my family and I traveled from the United States to Italy for 16 days over the first half of July 2021, traveling through Milan, Florence, and Rome. Pantheon Palazzo Nari was our place in Rome, and we could not have been more pleased with the LOCATION, comfort, and size of this apartment. It felt huge for us as we were a family of 5 - my wife and I and our three kids, ages 10, 8, and 3. The owner Max went above and beyond helping us find a place for our rental car to unload our luggage, helping get our luggage to the apartment, showing us everything, and even providing fun toys for our youngest to play with during our stay. He had amenities waiting for us like water, fresh fruit, milk, many different kinds of coffee. I could go on and on, but we loved our time here. It's located right near the Pantheon, but on a cute square with several restaurants and coffee shops that are always full of local Romans and just a few tourists, which is what we try to find when we travel (eat where the locals eat!). You will not be disappointed here.
There was nothing that we didn't like about the place. Max even reached out weeks in advance to clarify exactly how to make up the beds in each room based on where our children wanted to sleep. He was an incredibly thoughtful host.
