Great, the perfect boutique hotel to discover Rome's historical city center.

Great location to discover the historical city center of Rome (very close to Pantheon and Trevi). Room was very clean and refreshing cold during our hot weekend in June. Matteo was very friendly and helpful, to book restaurants and a taxi. Breakfast was very nice: although no buffet, there was plenty of choice to order. Orange juice during breakfast was freshly made.

Price is a bit high, even for Rome. No bath, only a shower (as once can expect in a city-hotel). Breakfast-box to take out (during early trips) is limited.

Incredible location, walkable to literally all the major attractions

Amazing location, I was able to walk literally to all the major spots I wanted to see. The staff were very communicative and accommodating, and there was house keeping daily.

The random staircases and steps made it a little bit more difficult to move luggage and locate the rooms.

Easy convenient location to shopping and to pantheon. Right in the centre of the old town, so is very convenient.

Beautiful room and things look new and well cared for. Clean. Air conditioning very cold and room smells new. Shower and bathroom very good and clean. Tea coffee kettle a welcome item.

That the gate leading up the stairs didn’t shut properly, so you had to hold it shut before it engaged. The street below a but noisy at night but cannot be helped.

Ein tolles Hotel gemäß Beschreibung und Standard mitten in Rom, wo Gast und Service noch geschätzt wird.

Das Personal war bzw. ist super freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Wir wurden bereits vorab per WhatsApp begrüßt und gefragt ob ein Shuttlebus gewünscht wird. Wir haben das Angebot für die Ankunft und Abreise vom und zum Flughafen angenommen. Der Fahrer war pünktlich, der Van neuwertig und sauber. Alles tipptopp. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, die Zimmer sind groß mit einem großen Bett mit guter Matratze. Das Bad ist modern und sehr sauber. Die Dusche hat auch noch warmes Wasser nach etlichen Minuten. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, der allen Beteiligten viel Spaß gemacht hat.

Todo, es todo. Reformado. Habitaciones con cama de calidad, para mi imprescindible para el descanso. Ducha amplia. Servicio muy atento. Desayuno muy bueno.

L’odore di fognatura che proveniva dal bagno. Al check out nessun commento da parte della reception alla segnalazione. A questi livelli lo standard deve essere alto

Bonito y céntrico hotel

La ubicación es excelente, y la habitación muy cómoda y bonita. El desayuno bastante completo y servido en la mesa.

El aire acondicionado no se podía regular, solo encender y apagar (temperatura muy alta), y la ducha tenía poca presión.

נחמד מאוד, חוץ מחווית המים המבאסת, שאר השהיה היתה בסדר גמור.

מיקום מעולה, מאוד מרכזי וקרוב להרבה אתרים מרכזיים בעיר.

באחד הערבים נגמרו המים במקלחת. לא המים החמים, אלא מים בכלל. לא היו מים. לקח להם כרבע שעה לסדר את זה.

La ubicación y el trato son muy buenas. La habitación era preciosa con vistas a un patio interior muy bonito. Se encuentra en una calle céntrica pero no abarrotada. Nosotros volveríamos a repetir sin duda.

Da localização, do tamanho do quarto, roupa de cama e banho ótimas.

Negociamos de forma paga um late checkout e quando voltei para o quarto, mexeram em todas as nossas coisas. Tiraram todos os itens do nosso banheiro e colocaram em saquinhos. Achei isso um absurdo. Eu paguei para estar lá e mexeram nas minhas coisas. Até meu sabonete que eu trouxe de casa jogaram fora.

Ήταν σε τέλεια τοποθεσία μέσα στο κέντρο και δίπλα σε όλα , το δωμάτιο πολύ όμορφο !!!

Είχε λίγες τρίχες στο μπάνιο από προηγούμενο επισκέπτη , αλλά ήταν εντάξει !!

Excellent, convienant and safe location!

Amazing location within walking distance of the main attractions and felt extremely safe with police in boxes everywhere due to parliament buildings being in close proximity.

Very minor details headboard had little tears, bathroom radiator wasn’t clean and we needed it to hang towels off and the air con didn’t seem to warm or cool enough!

correcta, estuvimos muy cómodos.

Muy buena ubicación, habitaciones amplias y limpias, muy modernas y bien ambientadas. Justo debajo tienen un café muy lindo, donde puedes desayunar, o tomar alguna copa por la noche, nos atendieron excelente, y la habitación estaba lista antes del tiempo de llegada estipulado.

es un poco intrincado el edificio, hay ascensor, pero algunos pisos son por escalera, el personal del hotel nos ayudo con el equipaje, así que no lo sufrimos.

First trip to Rome

Location was fab. Map available on arrival. Breakfast was tasty but also very basic Scrambled egg and a croissant. For the money I paid, I'd have expected more choice

We couldn't get a drink in the bar as guests. On arrival we were told we had been upgraded as it was my husbands birthday 40th but our room was very standard and what i had paid for. So I think we were just told this as a wow moment. We were given a bottle of prosecco which was very kind. But to tell us we were upgraded, when we weren't, it's what I had booked, was pointless. The TV also hardly worked. The Internet signal was poor so the channels kept jumping and the option to sign in to Netflix didn't work as the connection was poor. This hotel is in a great location, comfy bed and nice staff. But it could be just a bit better thought out for guests.

Apart from the super convenient location this hotel doesn’t have much else going for it.

The location of this property is awesome. You can walk to many attractions, shops and restaurants or take a short cab ride. You feel right in the midst of the action.

The nightly room rate and hotel layout. For the nightly room rate to not have breakfast included is crazy, we stayed at a previous property only 5mins away and it was significantly cheaper and so much better. The room we were allocated for a family of 4 was very dark and flooring had so many levels, there were steps everywhere. Many times we had stubbed toes or someone tripped up, particularly at night when the lights are off and needing to get to the bathroom. Access to the hotel rooms are separate to the hotel reception you need venture back out onto the street and take a separate entrance. There’s also no lift, so unless you manage to acquire the help of a staff member it’s quite the hike up stairs with large suitcases. The hotel reception is tiny, barely existent and located in the restaurant, which is run by a separate company to that of the hotel which makes things a little confusing. Staff level of friendliness and helpfulness inconsistent, varied from great to very average. Some nights were louder than others could hear other guests opening and closing doors.
