Perfekter Ort um sich zu entspannen und verwöhnen zu lassen.

Wir waren zwei Nächte dort und haben es wirklich genossen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, das Personal war 10/10 und die Ausstattung und Lage waren perfekt. Ein sehr ruhiger Ort um sich zu entspannen. Auch der Service war 24/7 erreichbar. Mr. Mash und sein Team waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit für alle Anliegen.

Traumurlaub am Stand

Die absolute Nähe zum Strand, der jeden Tag sehr gepflegt wird. Die aufmerksame Bedienung den ganzen Tag von Yohan. Schon morgens früh der 1. Kaffee wird auf der privaten Terasse serviert. Der Zimmer Reinigungsdienst war außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und zuverlässig. Super Service!

Villa ideal frente al mar

Hotel con mucho encanto ubicado en una playa salvaje y tranquila cerca de Mirissa Beach. La ubicación es una pasada, habitaciones preciosas, grandes y cómodas, con vistas al mar y una piscina genial en la propia playa.

Como puntos de mejora, gran parte del tiempo no hay trabajadores en el hotel, por lo que si se necesita cualquier cosa, hay que esperar un ratito a que alguien aparezca, o por ejemplo, si empieza a llover, las colchonetas de las tumbonas acaban empapadas porque nadie se encarga de retirarlas. Además, la comida viene en cantidades muy pequeñas y nos pareció un poquito caro, y para pedir cualquier bebida tienen que traerla del hotel de al lado. No obstante, recomendamos mucho este hotel porque estuvimos muy a gusto y el hotel y la ubicación son una pasada!

Real 4* with nice location and facilities

Location. We took sea view room and it is nice. Staff was nice. Dinner was okay but tasted better over Sri Lanka.

Extremely overpriced and not worth it.

Nice design aesthetic

I paid for an Ocean "suite", $400 a night, and the room I was given was the size and layout of any hotel room, not a suite that is supposed to have a secondary room/ space. This was just a room! And EXTREMELY expensive at that! These prices are 4-5x more than other options around the area yet I thought would be worth it– it was not.

Quiet place with just like 5 rooms. Nice pool, by the sea, close to mirissa. Simba is a great funny & friendly roomcleaner who speaks top english !!

its on the beach but nod possibl to swimm !!! (rocks & current) . the stuff working in the service dosent speak english ..... makes it hard to even order a omelette 🤣

Excellent service recovery by the team

As we neared the end of our amazing and packed trip throughout Sri Lanka, we were looking forward to some relaxing time by the beach! Unfortunately soon after we checked in loud chants coming from the nearby temple disrupted the serene atmosphere. The hotel manager Mahen handled the situation remarkably well. He swiftly arranged for a change of room in another property. And he threw In a late check out as well to accommodate our midnight flight back home. We highly recommend the resort for the excellent room, service, food and friendly staff. We will assuredly come back! We really enjoyed the place. Thank you Mahen and his team for the wonderful experience!

BEAUTIFUL BOUTIQUE HOTEL WITH AN AMAZING VIEW

the location, the cleanliness, the friendly and helpful staff

the food wasn’t so good, unfortunately the noises at night/ early morning ( I believe it is because there is mosque nearby?) that disrupted my sleep and I want too happy about that, other than that, EVERYTHING else was simply AMAZING!

Superb

The hotel is very expensive. We took a room facing the sea. We had a great time. A large, clean room with lots of small and important details. The menu of the food in the hotel was not varied, many things were missing from the menu and what was there was very expensive for no good reason and the portions were not large. The staff at the hotel are very nice and helpful. 2 charming young guys named Didola and Laxiri were with us all 3 days and made us feel the best. Check out took a long time even though we were the only ones

Buddhist temple immediately adjacent to the hotel (room 5 at ground floor and above) with load broadcast chanting from 5-6am. unable to sleep. small issues like key not working, tv not connecting, air conditioning malfunctioning should have been checked prior to our stay.

Tranquil beachfront & wonderful staff

Kavindu and the friendly staff at The Beach House made us super welcome! The location (5-min out of Mirissa) and beachfront setting was excellent - allowing us to soak up the gorgeous sunshine from the pool and relax away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. You can also spot turtles swimming in the sea from the beach!

More of a global environmental concern than an issue with this hotel - it's very sad to see so much plastic/ waste floating up on the beaches in the South/ West of Sri Lanka. I'd love to see more local environmental action with regular beach clean ups - potentially a government incentive for collecting a bag of rubbish etc.

Lovely stay. Beautiful beach and you can use the facilities in the sister hotels. Staff were wonderful and so helpful. One evening they even put on a special complementary dinner for us on the beach which was beautiful. A wonderful place.

The beach house

It is small nice hotel on the quiet beach it really looks like a beach house. staff is very friendly and helpful. 5 minutes with tuktuk to mirissa town

it is close to the road so you can hear the cars and also the praying at 5 in the morning sounds like people doing it inside your room and it last for hour, but i guess you can hear that everywhere in this location.

10/10 Recommend!

This stay completely exceeded our expectations. We received an upgrade upon check-in and actually ended up staying at their sister property-- Lantern Boutique. It was an amazing property! The GM and staff went above and beyond to welcome us on our stay. The room was beautiful. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and really enjoyed it! The front office organized our PCR tests and we were able to do them in our room. I will definitely stay at the Revel properties when I come back! No question about it!

A private beach house with super-friendly staff

Unbelievable friendly, helpful and welcoming staff - we felt like being at home. The rooms are very comfortable and stylish. The beach house is part of a “larger” complex by Reveal. The Beach House itself has only 6 rooms and makes it a very private location. You can enjoy your dinner or breakfast right at the beach. The sun beds next to the pool are super comfortable and more than enough for all of the guests. Remarkably fast Wi-Fi at every place in the hotel. We enjoyed our very nice and relaxing stay.

Not important for us but nice to know: You can not swim in the sea at the beach due to the steep coast. You can still go in and enjoy the nice beach and waves on certain spots.

Beautiful property which really makes you feel like you’re staying at a beach house.

Our room was facing the street and didn’t have a great view and was really noisy at night. The hotel doesn’t make food or drinks at their property so you can’t order cocktails poolside which was disappointing.

we had a great time in the beach hoyse by Reveal. very clean and the staff are very friendly, led by a nice manager called Marvee. other staff members were great too, such as Milan, Shamir and Achini. they were super nice and you will find them whenever you need. thank you so much.

Very good

Beautiful location and a lovely spacious room. Pool and sun loungers were great and most of the staff very friendly. A short Tuk Tuk ride into Mirissa but far enough away that it’s away from the hustle of the bars and restaurants. We were given a packed breakfast on the first day as we were picked up early for whale watching - really helpful when you leave at 5:30! On the last day we checked out at 11am but our taxi to the airport didn’t arrive until 5pm. They were happy for us to use the pool and loungers and the shower in the main area of the hotel - this was amazing as we would have been lugging bags around if this wasn’t possible. Really accommodating. The main house keeper was amazing! He did a little artwork with towels and flowers on the bed every day! He was really really friendly a truest lovely man.

The service at breakfast was very slow on the first day. We waited over half an hour before even being handed a menu. When the food arrived it was good but slow because it comes from the sister hotel down the road. Room was very noisy as facing the road but it was clean and very comfortable. When we arrived we were treated a bit like we shouldn’t be there (maybe our travelling back packs suggested we were not the normal type of customer??), we were asked ‘why are you here’ and when we said we had a booking we were only then ok to go in. Maybe just a language barrier but the man on the gate/entrance wasn’t overly friendly on a number of occasions we were there. For food and drinks you need to walk the short distance to the sister hotel. Nice walk along the beach, watch out for small crabs at night!
