Great value for money and perfect for groups

Swimming pool was nice and clean, so were the bed sheets, lots of clean bathrooms, great location, plenty of space inside and out, air con was effective. The owner Nick was very helpful and responsive when we had a problem

Couple of rips in sofas and broken lamp - the hair dryer broke

Nick was super helpful, it was good value for money and easy to get to the strip!

Could have been cleaner and had a few better facilities, such as a working kettle or better shower

a wonderful holiday in the Cypriot sunshine and hospitality what’s not to love

we loved the Villa , the location was perfect, Nick the host was very helpful and responsive,

some areas could do with updating, but it didn’t affect the overall stay

Very spacious, own pool. Near to amenities.

No instructions for safe. Could not find cleaning utensils, could not use B&Q. Problem with ants even if no food was about.

It's a nice place for groups with nice facilities but it needs more caring hand.

Good location - walking distance from Nissi Beach; Compact but functional patio/kitchen/living room.

A lot of broken/dirty eqipment like pool beds, bbq area, glass on the table, door locks, not working showers (but the owner showed up pretty quickly and fixed the water problem).

Good place to spend a couple of days regardless some drawbacks.

Spacious, sunny house with plenty of room for 6–8 people and an en suite bathroom in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. 5 minutes walk from restaurants, 10 minutes walk from Nissi Beach with a private pool, an outdoor dining area, and quite a big barbecue. Private parking space. Overall, a nice place, if you turn a blind eye to some flaws.

Despite the fact that the house is not old, it is already a bit worn. Dirty stains between the windows glass make a really bad first impression. Basic furnishings. Worn living room sofa—the landlord should really clean it thoroughly or renew it. On the pictures of the Booking.com offer, there are pictures of several similar houses, and you actually don't know which one you book. The fourth bedroom is located under the staircase in a kind of former garage room, has only one small window, and is much worse than the other three (which actually matters only if there are more than 6 people in the house).

Definitely recommend!

Huge thanks to host! The villa was big, comfortable, clean and had everything you need to chill, rest and have a good time. The pool water was good to swim. We were making BBQ outside - all needed items were at hand so we didn't need to waste time finding coal in shops, fire liquid etc. The wifi worked well. All kitchen equipment was present - we made a delicious dinner. Rooms are comfortable and good to sleep with fresh bedding. Check-in was super easy - we got instructions by call. This is the moment when you don't need to describe much - everything is perfect! Thanks to host who agreed for free late check-out, because Cyprus is a place where you don't want to be hurry :). I definitely recommend that!

Better to come with a car because there are no big shops around so we had to drive to Paralimni Lidl. That's not about property. We had a car and could move around. The property is great one!

Perfect for big groups

Amazing property, is bigger than we thought in the inside. We stayed as a group of 10 and was very spacey and comfortable. The host also sorted out all our needs during the stay including sorting out transfers, buying safe reliable tickets to events and suppling us with discount codes for food and travel.

Property was large and had everything we needed, it is in a good location as you can walk to the strip passing bars on the way or simply order a taxi down. The host Nick was very accommodating and was able to provide us with late checkout and tickets to any events we required.

The was excellent and more than we was expecting, in a great location and lots of amenities on site.

Its not that we disliked anything but we would of liked a second key and maybe a shelf and hooks in theo ensuite bathroom. Overall we had an amazing stay.

Good value with all the facilities. Would stay here again.

Cleaning could have been a little better. Oven had old food so we didn't use, wardrobes and under beds not cleaned. Shower in master bedroom's fixing needs repair and sinks need unblocking. Hosting, facilities and location were excellent so the few faults did not overshadow our stay.

Nice location not far from Nissi Beach with ability to make BBQ and have some privacy.

The location just 2 minutes ride from nissi beach, you can easily reach on your foot. Villa among some others and it was noisy with Greek music but luckily not at night.

The facilities are very old, outdated, broken or dirty. The swimming pool is for one person only. I did not really like the deposit issue, but I understand the owner.

THE HOUSE WAS VERY SPACIOUS. KITCHEN WAS SEPARATE AND THAT HELPED A LOT ESPECIALLY FOR KIDS. ALL THE AREAS WERE VERY ROOMY. IT WAS A QUIET NEIGHBOURHOOD. LOCATION WAS OK. CLOSE PROXIMITY TO NISSI BEACH.

THERE WERE NO REMOTE CONTROLS FOR AIR-CONDITIONS IN THE BEDROOMS AND IT WAS VERY HOT. THEREFORE WE HAD TO USE THE ONLY ONE REMOTE THAT WAS IN KITCHEN TO SWITCH ON AND OFF. ONLY ONE REMOTE CONTROL FOR THE WHOLE HOUSE. IRON BOARD WAS BROKEN AND IRON ITSELF HAD ELECTRIC WIRES NAKED. VERY DANGEROUS FOR USING. NOT ENOUGH BATHROOM AND POOL TOWELS.

Wonderful

Great 4-bedroom villa, we visited for a short break but would stay here for longer given the chance. Got lucky with the weather so visited Nissi Beach which is only a short walk away. Has all the facilities you need like bbq and washing machine for a comfortable stay, beautiful pool, good wifi and plenty parking space. Thank you to the staff for an easy check in and a wonderful experience, will be coming back on our next holiday.
