Compact studio apartment with all the things we need

Clean and quite spacious. Good price. We can cook in the kitchen and do our laundry. The heater also worked well

Hmmm not really an issue, but it maybe better to have a staff standby, at least during check-in, to welcome and explain things

Idéal séjour un peu long

Appart'hôtel avec cuisine et salle de bains pas mal du tout. Quartier un peu ancien sympa. Idéal pour 2. Ascenseur. Pas vu le propriétaire mais il avait laissé un plan de la ville très pratique.

Le seul bémol est que les lits sont si grands qu'on tourne mal autour... Et nous étions à bicyclette donc pas de problème (Kyoto est plat). Sauf l'aller et le retour à la gare à pied avec valises environ 20 minutes.

スタッフからのメッセージは予めブッキングコムのメッセージに入りますし無人でも問題はありませんでした。唯一、備品のタオルがバスタオルのみでフェイスタオルがなかったですが、ワンルームマンションタイプで気が楽に過ごせました。スリッパは使い捨てタイプではないので、気になる方は使い捨てを持参した方がです。我々は持参しました。また、利用したいと思いました。

Très bon séjour malgré qq détails

L'emplacement était calme et grand. Il y avait peu de vaisselle mais juste assez pour ce que nous avions à faire. Kitchenette sympa, avec partie congélateur. Avoir une machine à laver le linge est un plus. Appartement sûr et sécurisé par un code.

Ce n'est pas que je n'ai pas apprécié, mais le check in et out s'est fait sans le personnel. On pouvait le contacter en cas de besoin. Je n'ai juste pas l'habitude. Les matelas auraient besoin d'être changés à mon goût. Et qq petits détails comme très peu d'espace de passage entre le lit et le mur, une petite barre pour se relever du bain ainsi qu'une patère pour accrocher nos vêtements auraient été bienvenues.

We did found a bit difficult to carry our baggage on the first floor cause we didn't see any elevator but everything else was superb!

Like having your own apartment in Kyoto.

Our space in Kyoto was fantastic and great value. Very clean and spacious in a quiet, non-touristy neighbourhood where we found little treasures close by including a bakery (Maruki), a yakitori-ya and a Thai masseuse. Having a washer in the room and a balcony to dry clothes was great. We found it easy to get around the city using public transport. We paid 1700 yen for the taxi from the train station to the inn.

there was nothing that we did not like.

Excelent option for stay in Kyoto. I highly recommend it.

Room with plenty of space. Small kitchen. Small balcony. Good location. Private restroom.

Beware of the luggage because there is no staff to collect it. Therefore, notify the property way in advance the arrival.

Very good

Very quite and comfortable room which, the bathroom is very spacious and the shower was awesome. Location is good there are transports to everywhere in Kyoto and some attractions are in walking distance. There are plenty of supermarkets in walking distance which can save you money on food.

Quite expensive daily parking charge, I believe this has been added to the website since we booked, the information wasn't available before (I checked the communications I had before checking in and could not find the charge) There is only two of each item to eat with (two plates, two forks, two chopsticks) even though we had a child, there is also very limited items to cook with. Be aware that the washing machine which is suppose to be a air dryer doesn't really dry, wasn't a problem for us since it was a hot day so everything dried on the veranda outside

Great stay, will consider this on our next visit to Kyoto.

Complete with all dining utensils and cooking utensils, an automatic washing machine so I don't have to leave the hotel to go to a coin laundry shop. Also comes with a closet, a dining nook, a spacious bathroom with all toiletries you will need and a bonus hair iron aside from the standard blowdryer.

What I did not like, its just there was no elevator to get things up and down the hotel. This hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood but a little far from a train station.

Good position, confortable apartment, the bathroom and the bath tube where perfect. The laundry machine is very useful. wifi connection was efficent.

Have full kitchen equipment and feels like home/studio (hitori gurashi house)

Dusty in the room and pink mold in the bathroom. Mattress too soft, my kid cannot sleep on it.

Quiet, clean and roomy.

The room has been sound-proofed and is on a quiet back street. I really liked the lighting in this place.There was parking at the entrance. It was a good sized room with a kitchen, great air con, plenty of room to relax and hang out. The shower was great and really clean. Loved this place!
