THE BEST CHOICE

Everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment is much more beautiful than is in the photos. With windows everywhere. The apartment is extremely clean, and our host left us also a little welcome presents on the beds - which was very cute. The flag has great location and the building is very safe. We felt like home ❤️

Where you should stay in Bologna!

The flat exceeded my expectations. We were a group of 4 travelling on day trips so it was nice to have three separate rooms for us to be able to prepare quickly. The check in process was easy and instructions were very clear. There is a lift available in the building although the flat is only on the first floor. The entire property was so clean and has everything you may need including a kitchen available to be used for cooking. We were also provided with loads of snacks which was such a nice treat. The beds are so comfortable and there is a lot of storage space available. Facilities are complete as advertised. The toilet is spotless and has toiletries provided with a good functioning hairdryer (that will not smell like burning, compared to other properties). It was about a 10 minute walk from the station. The host was very kind and easy to deal with.

Cosy & Clean space

Easy check in and check out; Great location to explore the city or to reach the train-station if you are doing some day trips The place was super clean, they also had enough coffee for all of us which is rarely the case. Even though the place is not very big, the rooms are spacious enough and the beds are very comfy; I'd definitely recommend

There is nothing particular that we didn't like. Keep in mind that the walls are a bit thin, so if there is someone in the group who likes to sleep in it is better to have earplugs. At the time of our visit the building was under renovation which was not that much a problem as we were out most of the time.

Central location! Comfortable beds

Location was very central. We walked everywhere. Communication with Ester using what's app is easy. She provided us with instructions, address and keys, documents needed, parking as wells as tourist tax per person per night. There's some snacks, water in the fridge as well as tea and coffee. Beds are comfortable. Our two kids have their own room. Building construction didn't bother us since we were out and about most of the day!

Instructions on how to use the stove. We tried to use it but for some reason, it didn't work. But a very minor issue since we ate out a lot :)

Fantastic stay in beautiful Bologna!

Great communication with the owners, great location. everything you needed supplied and it was a lovely home from home

Loacation: very close to the train station as well as markets, restaurants and historical places, Owner: responded quickly whenever we asked something., Flat: clean, large enough rooms

Elevator: out of service because of the construction in the buliding Teflon pans in the kitchen: too old and erased. It is strongly reccommended that they should be replaced immediately. Dishwasher: It would be nice if there was a dishwasher in the kitchen.

Exceptional

There are many mirrors. The sink in the bathroom is separated from the toilet and the shower area so other people can use the sink while someone else is in the shower. Good comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen, we managed to cook a whole meal for 5 of us. The host was very responsive on WhatsApp and gave very detailed and clear instructions for checking in. Good location, close to the train station, 10 minutes walk.

There was construction going on so we couldn't use the lift, but that's no ones fault.

Everything was so perfectly taken care of, small details that matter a lot AC in all the rooms, specially in this hot weather in the city The host was super kind solving all our questions/concerns The location was perfect.. close to all the attractions/restaurants that we wanted to visit The apartment is modern and very well maintained

The whole place was incredibly clean, fully air conditioned and the host even left some snacks for us on arrival. She was even patient when we were slightly late checking out.

There were construction works ongoing while we stayed, but nothing that the host could do anything about.

Clean, well thought out, smart place!

The place was very clean, clearly well thought out for travellers (USB plugs, ironing, breakfast items and coffee). Aircon was in every room too!

No complaints. A little further from the main piazza than we’d hoped (12-15 min walk) but otherwise perfect!

Super cute and great value.

This is an ideally located flat to explore Blogna on foot. It uses its small size very efficiently. We slept 6 people comfortably. The management is super kind and responsive. Small personal touches make the space feel warm and clean. Everything needed to cook a simple breakfast or dinner.

The building's exterior is currently undergoing construction work which limits the view from the flat.

Modern comfortable apartment

The apartment was spotlessly clean. Comfortable enough to accommodate a group of friends. The rooms are huge, spacious and fully equipped. It is a modern apartment, newly renovated and very practical. It's a 10 min walk to the piazza and even closer to Via indipendenza.

+ three big rooms where 6 adults can fit perfect + close to the old center + close to public transport and the train station + it was really clean

- two of the rooms are close to the Main Street and it can get a bit noise, but in the night it was ok to sleep, no noise problem - no balcony so if you are a smoker you need to get out
