La ubicación estuvo genial Los alrededores estaban perfectos

La habitación ya que nosotros habíamos reservado uno y en recepción nos dieron otro cuarto mucho más pequeño y nos comentaron que por el precio que pagamos ese era la habitación real Entonces pues no nos respetaron la habitación que habíamos reservado

Location was great, comfy beds and great showers! Close to all the action.

Depending on the room location, street noise can be an issue.

When I arrived around 12:30 midnight the employee said they didn’t have rooms, and he said Booking don’t give them advice about my arrival. I had to look for a new hotel. Bad experience with Catalina’s employees.

very plain, nickel and dime establishment that babysits you

kind of easy to get.to places

single entrance and exit. security taxes visitors and limits you to one guest. that one guest needs ID and to pay upwards to.1/3 of.room price. they also charge you at checkout to clean the blankets

Clean, very simple, close to nightlife. Wifi is good.

Room is very small with simple furnishings. Mauve priced slightly above than what it should be.

I spent 20 minutes in the room, then my plans has changed and I decided to check out, I asked for refund, but the receptionist refused to. this is totally unacceptable!!! I would never stay there ever again!!

Friendly, clean and quiet, yet only a block from downtown.

Friendly staff. Good location. Clean. Both aircon and fan. Bed was comfortable. Quiet.

WIFI went out second night and all through the last day, before check out at 12:00. I know I’m picky, but both pillows were overstuffed.

I like the location. I only stay 1 night due to dental visit.

The noise from next rooms. Had to cover my head in pillows to muff out conversation next room was having in the early morning.

It was not pleasent the first night. I am going to request the second night that I did not stay.

Looked ok at a glance when I got into the room that assigned to me.

I booked 2 nights but I moved out 3:30am on the first night as it smelled sewer smell very strong which made me hard to sleep.

Use towels and sheets at your own risk

The location is great and everything seemed to work fine. The bed wasn't bad. Basic place if you don't need luxuries.

They tried to charge me for a towel that wasn't clean (what are towels for?). The room didn't have a window. It seems like the walls are made of paper, you can hear everything that's happening around. I had to insist that my internet access hadn't been activated.

Cheated, unexpected, no hotel communication with booking.com

The room was quiet and comfortable with good natural light

When selecting my hotel using booking, I specifically searched for a hotel with 24 hour reception. Under “when will you arrive,” I selected 1-2am. Under special notes I included that I had a very late flight and would be arriving to check in between 1-2 am. Upon arrival, they informed me that my reservation expired (even though they had my credit card information and that they could not honor my deal purchased on booking. I asked If they could see my special notes and check in time from the booking site, to which they said that can’t see anything from booking.com and that I would have to pay extra or leave… keep in mind it is downtown Tijuana at 2am. I had no where else to go and it was cold. I had to stay and pay more money. The next day when checking out in a hurry, because of an an appointment, they made me wait to inspect the room, which took greater than five minutes for a room I barely touched since I wasn’t there a full night. I was not happy with my stay or with using booking.com
