It was very clean and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
It can be a little noisy being on Revolution avenue which is not an issue for me since a little noise help me sleep better.

In the middle of down town and lots of places near by. Great price for what you get. It’s safe
Very small rooms but I understand you pay for what you get.

The location of the hotel is awesome, great zone.
The parking lot is very sketchy and unsafe, its just a dirt lot and you have to leave your keys with the man who watches the parking lot. We felt very uncomfortable with that, so we found a safer parking lot nearby where we could leave our car overnight. The lobby and the hallways smelled bad and the receptionist man was rude.

Central location directly on the Revolucion and very impressed with the cleanliness. Great value. Lots of stairs to the floors in the hotel. No elevators and no access for the handicapped.
the parking situation sucked. Although parking was safe and enclosed, it was a hassle asking the front desk to open the parking lot when we wanted to leave. Even worse when we came back and had to ask the front desk to send someone to open the parking lot to park again.

THE place to stay in Tijuana. right in the middle of the action, it's spotlessly clean and very comfortable.I go to Tijuana twice a year for dental work and this hotel is excellent in every area !
nothing !

The rooms are simple with touches of modern updated decor.
No body wash or lotion, so bring your own.

Location, clean, and the desk people.
The parking employee was senseless and not friendly or helpful. He made us very uncomfortable. He did not call the desk to see what was going on and to verify we had a reservation. If it was up to him we would have had to go out of the parking, in the street, and then go to register and come back. We refused and left the car there. But we had to make a couple of trips instead of one, just because he did not call the front desk.
