Zentrale stadtnahe Lage.

Die Lage am Fluss und fussläufig zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Innenstadt. Für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung ausreichend.

Die Ausstattung sollte umfangreicher sein. Toast, Geschirrhandtücher, Teekanne, Staubsauger und Bodenwischer. Im Innenhof fehlt ein Tisch. Daher konnten wir dort nicht Frühstücken oder Abendessen.

Good property and location, petty fees

Great location, very comfortable bed, spacious property.

Charged a 50 euro cleaning fee yet made you do all the cleaning yourself. Do the dishes, take out the trash etc. then what the heck was the extra 50 dollar charge for. This type of crap is why I use booking and not air bnb, very disappointed.

Die Lage!

Es war laut, weil die Unterkunft direkt an einer stark frequentierten Straße liegt und die Fenster nicht schallisoliert sind. Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber, weil sehr viele Ameisen anwesend waren. Die Duschkabine ist zu eng. Das Apartment bedarf dringend einer Renovierung.

Lovely by the river.

Location was fantastic with easy walking access to everything. Would co.e back to stay and staff were very friendly dly & helpful.

Shower is too small for 6'2 so water had to go on floor as the screen had to remain ajar. Would have liked a wash machine but Laundrette was only 800m away. We stayed 6 days. Kitchenette lacks bench space but great induction cooktop.

Great location but improvement can really be made for the same price.

The bedroom is big, bed confortable. The good thing about this place is the location, you are in the street corner of the center, view on the river, you need to walk 10min to park the car in the parking, as you have to pay in the street on daily basis and it has A/C. So this specific apartment is good as an hotel room basically, no more than that. The bathroom is ok, but you need to be a small/medium size person to fit in the shower.

Only talking about the red room, the first one on the pictures. This appart hotel is just a big hotel room in terms of facilities, the kitchen is not practical to use beside making a coffee/tea. What they don’t show on the pics is that the coffee maker and the kettle is also on the kitchen counter, therefore no space! There is barely anything to cook, 1 fry pan which is the size for making a paella and doesn’t fit the cooker, so you cannot even fry an egg. If you actually want to try cooking, you need to remove the tray with the coffee machine and kettle from it and put it on the floor as there is no extra furniture to place it. It could have at least a coffee table or a console! The cleanliness of the sofa is very questionable. No tea towel, no salt & pepper to at least make a pasta, not even a broom to swipe the floor. In Italy you are suppose to separate your trash and recycle, but only 1 trash is provided, not even a lid for the smell. You need to have the curtains constantly closed in both rooms as there are no sheer curtains and everyone from the street can actually see inside, because the windows are very low. Soundproof can be improved!

Amazing apartment with plenty of space and in a super central location, everything walkable.

AMAZING central location, spacious and modern bathroom room/bathroom. Helpful staff during check-in and semi-private garden.

Trash did not have a lid so the smell spread within the apartment and checkout communication non-existent / late.

Good location. Nearby there are cafes and pizzerias where you can eat delicious food. Attractions are close by. Quiet neighbors.

Not enough cosmetic items (shower gel, hair products). Need a pan that fits the size of the stove

Great apartment in fantastic location.

Apartment is really lovely. Location is great. All attractions within walking distance. Having the courtyard is also an added bonus.

A mirror in the bedroom would be ideal. Unfortunately we did have a slight noise issue on our last night from the apartment next door. However it was thankfully only one night and our last night.

great location, 10 min from the historic centre. excellent stuff, could have been more clean and have better amenities

excellent location, spacious apartment, really good stuff!

relatively clean, found some hair on the floor . Could have been better by changing the towels and providing more shampoo and toiletpaper. Didn’t like the fact that we had to take out the rubbish and leave the kitchenette clean. Its not the visitors work..

Great location

Great location in the historical part of town, not crowdy, but in the center. Apartment was nice, especially the bathroom. Host was polite and on time, so everything functioned with the keys. The surrunding is very good, with the grocery store nearby.

The walls are obviously very thin, because we could here evereything our neighbours were talking about. There was only one window in the apartment and it was in the bedroom, with the blur glass, so practicaly there is no daily light in the apartament.There were no kitchen knife for cutting vegetables or meat, only knives for butter.

Great location, easy to get to/from the airport and the central areas of Verona. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room is comfortable.

Missing some amenities (bad hair dryer, hot water didn't last long enough for everyone, very small TV)

Convenient short stay for a tourist couple.

Convenient location for exploring old town. Adequate facilities for a short stay.

Messages passed via Booking.com were slow to be communicated, which made key collection difficult to synchronise with the owner/agent. Apartment had only one external window, which looked onto an internal courtyard.

Very clean, central location, ideal for families!

The apartment was very clean and spacious. Ideal for families. The location was central, easy to find and reach by transport. The owner was very helpful and arranged shuttle bus from/to the airport. We would happily stay again. Thank you!
